After watching The Cecil Hotel on Netflix, you realise the Documentary was never about her. The Cecil Hotel was more focused on making sure the hotel name was cleared. The manager couldn’t care about Elisa Lam, the manager was more focused on making sure her name wasn’t associated with the death of Elisa Lam. They tried there best to defend the Hotel because they know something happened to her. I 100% believe that the manager knows something without a doubt. She had shown no empathy at all.

I am mad at the fact that they dragged out the Documentary and waited right until the end to talk about her mental health.
