So I got lost on my 2nd day in the islands. Here's how it went. Me (looking for a specific restaurant before checking in) to Man 1- "Can you tell me how far this restaurant is?" Man 1- "If you walk, it should take you about 15 minutes. Go straight in that direction and take a right." After walking for about 6 minutes Me to Man 2- "Do you know where this restaurant is?" Man 2- "Not too far. Follow the natural curve of the road. Should take you about 15 minutes." After walking for another 8 minutes, I reach a clearing. This isolated, exotic beauty of a mangrove makes me forget what my original mission was. Suddenly a local fisherman appears, I ask him where the restaurant is. Fisherman- "It's very close.
