I would like to personally thank the prop cigarette that didn’t come out of the pack, causing Javi to have to lean over to use both hands, showing his lats.

Obviously I am going through Pedro Pascal’s filmography because I am weak against this man and everything he does. Here is the list:
Game of Thrones
Graceland
The Mentalist
Bloodsucking Bastards
The Great Wall
Narcos
Kimgsman: The Golden Circle
Prospect
The Equalizer 2
Triple Frontier
Wonder Woman: 1984
We Can Be Heroes
The Mandolorian
The Book of Boba Fett
The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent
House Comes with a Bird
The Bubble
Also there is some upcoming projects that think about so much that I can’t sleep at this point.
The Last of Us
Strange Way of Life
The Uninvited
My Dentist’s Murder Trial
Tropico
Tumblr media
I feel complicated about the fact that he has very significant work but not a very long filmography. I feel like I consumed everything about him online (yes, that includes youtube videos of him 8 years ago) At least 2023 seems like its going to be his year with the Mandolorian season 3, The Last of Us and Strange Way of Life. Couldn’t be more proud :’)
p.s. these are the works that I watch and reccomend, of course he has other works and you should check them too

Oscar Isaac as "the blue hair guy" in the short movie "The Joy Stick"
I am freaking out to the fact that Oscar had blue hair?! Btw his screentime is like 5 seconds and the short movie is... interesting? I think he has a bleached beard as well?

Ted Lasso season 3 prediction
nobody is talking about how much Ted knows about Nate. in season 1, we see many interactions between Ted, Beard and Nate discovering Nate's personal life. in season 2, we see Nate changing and Beard noticing, however Ted has his own things to deal with.
my theory for season 3 is Nate won't even try to redeem himself at first (since he is angry all the time), but Ted and Beard know him enough to win over him. Nate may be a genius on football and win some matches, but i believe that in the end, Ted and Beard will change Nate's mind about his inner anger. Nate is a very well written character and i don't think he will be portrayed as a pure villain like Rupert. Nate is confused and misplaces his anger (as we all can do sometimes), and i don't hate him for it. i do believe in Ted and Beard tho, they won't give up on Nate.
in the end Nate may become a well respected team manager and Ted will be excited everytime he gets to see Nate in opposite team as a coach. (friends to enemies to frenemies)
long story short, i believe in villains. villains that turn has a solid backstory and turns to mc's frenemy, that is.

There is a list of books mentioned in Ted Lasso series:
Jack Kerouac- The Dharma Bums
Jonathan Wilson- Inverting the Pyramid
Orson Scott Card- Ender's Game
F. Scott Fitzgerland- The Beautiful and Damned
Medeleine L'engle- A Wrinkle in Time
Ayn Rand- The Fountainhead (Ted's fav book)
Pat Conroy- The Prince of Tides
Dan Brown- The Da Vinci Code
James Hollis- The Middle Passage
Merlin Sheldrake- Entagled Life
Esther Forbes- Johnny Tremain
I did not include the football books that Beard always reads, except for "Inverting the Pyramid", since I was taking notes for myself in the first place. That book was specified in the pilot script so I've added it later.
Also, I've noticed that Sam reads "A Wrinkle in Time" in season 2. The book looks used and I am 99.8% sure that it is Roy's secondhand. I'd like to think that after Roy became a coach, he recommended books for the team (Lasso much?) and gave Sam the very book that helped him.

Spoilers// South of Heaven
I just finished watching "South of Heaven". Man oh man. This movie gave me total Banana Fish vibes with the ending. Feeling empty af...
Jason may seem to play very spesific parts in movies, like womanizer and carefree types in comedies, but this man can act. I was heartbroken throughout the entire movie for him. I am a big comedy fan, myself. Serious movies like this is not my speciality, however I think the story was a little predictible, even if in the end they did a little trap, it was stated all along (in the alternative name Till Death). Still, it was fun to watch a classical plot with good acting and cinematography.
Tumblr media
In conclusion, for Jason, I will watch anything. By anything, I mean all. Also watched "A Good Old Fashioned Orgy" last night but I'm gonna keep my comments on that to myself. 😌 (Let's say I could guess the ending this time too)

A lot of you told me about the Ted Lasso 1x7 shooting script, "Make Rebecca Great Again". Here are some notes on that (sorry it's a bit long):
There is a dialogue cut from the episode where Ted talks about Dani being on the starting line-up. Dani says "You honor me with this decision." what a baby
After they arrive at the hotel, Ted finds out that Nathan's room is not at their floor.
"Nate, how many times have I asked you to make sure that your room is on the same floor as ours?"
"All of the times. Should I go switch it?"
"Yes, Nate. Please go switch it." (🥺)
Right after that Ted turns to Beard and says if Nate doesn't start acceptin' the mission they are on, he is gonna "self-destruct." This is just meant to be a joke, in my opinion, but still he deals with a lot through S2. Yet again, he makes some suicidal jokes in one of the episodes so maybe this is not that deep.
The scene with the hotel employee and Sassy where he says "of course not, why would you?" is not in the script and I think it was a very funny scene.
When Ted was looking at himself in the mirror, struggling with signing the divorce papers, the description of his look is: "This is you now."
Here are some writers notes on Hannah Waddingham singing:
"Oh snap, the boss is gonna sing." Holy shit. Rebecca can fuckin' sing. "Woo woo!" "Go girl!"
Ok, when Ted is having a panic attack, he first hears Michelle calling his name. Then when he looks up he sees Rebecca standing above him. There is a direct transition from Michelle to Rebecca in the script, unlike in the episode he hears his son calling him etc. (If doesn't give you Tedbecca vibes idk what does.)
Also I've noticed that in the script, Ted says "Thank you Rebecca." But in the scene he doesn't call her by her name. Made me think of the times that Ted doesn't call Rebecca "Boss."
After he signes the divorce papers, he looks at himself in the mirror once again and the description says: "You're gonna be okay."
When Rebecca turns back to the hotel waiting for the handsome waiter, she "clearly thinks about Ted." (i meaannn)
Oh, I am not crying I got a little mental improvement in my eye. Sorry this was a little long but I can see why this script was Emmy nominated.
Also before I read these scripts, I was totally against Ted and Rebecca. I kinda still am, not because their chemistry or looks, but I desperately need a soulmates-bestfriends couple of different genders. I hate that whenever a man and a woman have good chemistry, they end up having a romantic relationship. Just feels like lazy writing or easy way out. However, from the very beginning, this could have been planned by the writers. I just hope that if Ted and Rebecca gets together, it won't disappoint us storywise. One thing is clear tho, Ted and Rebecca are definetely soulmates.

I am reading the early Ted Lasso 1x1 script, "Pilot". Here are some notes:
The character description for Ted is:
TED LASSO (40, Jason Sudeikis-type)
The song "Waterloo Sunset" by the Kinks was supposed to play while Ted and Beard first landed on London.
It literally says in the script that Ted is the first person in the club to ask Rebecca after her divorce if she was ok. 🥺
There is this scene description:
There are TWO DESKS up against OPPOSITE walls. Ted and Beard LOOK AT ONE ANOTHER then PUSH the desks TOGETHER, facing each other, like best friends in grade school.
Ted is described as flustered after he tapes Keeley's boobs and she comes in sees him in Jamie's locker.
After a commenter on TV says condescending things about Ted, Beard says "Asshole." and Ted tells him off about swearing 🥺
Ted and Beard text each other and we find out that they have an "extensive collection of kitten GIFs." 🥺🥺🥺
There is a music cue for "Opus 26" by Dustin O'Halloran when Ted goes up to his apartment and writers' note says: No pressure, but we'd really love it if you played this as you read the rest.
Let me just say, I love to observe the decisions of writers as they go on with the story. There are some interesting details about the characters in dialogues, descriptions etc., even if some of them didn't make it to the original story.
This is not the final version of the script, the final script is very similar to the original episode. Idk if there are any other scripts for other episodes online, but i would love to read every episode since I have no mental stability.
