Gracias @buenosaires.ar ・・・ “David”, la increíble obra de Jorge Rodriguez - Gerada, ubicada en la esquina de Venezuela y Tacuarí, en el barrio de Montserrat ✨ David is an 11 year old child studying at the Isauro Arancibia Education Center, located at 1318 Paseo Colón, in the San Telmo district of Buenos Aires, where two hundred children and youth who live on the streets or are in danger of becoming homeless attend kindergarden, elementary school and primary studies for adults. Knowing that no child would learn on an empty stomach the school also offers food to the students. This institution was threatened by possible demolition to build the trace of the Metrobus that will pass through the area. The building, which still serves young people in marginal situation, has no heat and no maintenance tasks are performed by the State due to the new urban planning. This mural gave attention to that situation. The school is no longer in danger of being demolished. #buenosaires #argentina #mural #arte #arteurbano #streetart #context in #publicspace

Here are some images from the recently presented master plan study for the municipality of Xingyi in Guizhou province, China. It was a pleasure to have collaborated with BAD -Built by Associative Data @builtbyassociativedata in association with Master Architect Vicente Guallart @vicenteguallart. This plan explores Natural and Ecological tourism in the region. Here's a timelapse of my most recent collaboration with BAD. @builtbyassociativedata in Beirut, Lebanon Titled ‘Connection’ the mural portrays a young boy exploring an electric circuit board, alluding to the essential need for innovation and education in building a better future for the society. After the conflicts that have violently marked the city of Beirut, and with Bachoura being once the front line of the devastating 1975 Civil war, the area is now being brought back to life by Beirut Digital District.
