I'm not sure whether it's just me, but I'm so sick of myself that I want to forget about myself. Some days, I just want something to happen to me, as if I might go unconscious for a few months.

Just blackness in my vision and a substitute where I don't feel the void that keeps me yearning for something.

I just don't understand why I'm this way. Why do I endanger my own mental health?

Do I not have a good life? I should be so ever grateful that I have a family that accepts me and works hard. Friends who are supportive, give me motivation and have my back.

Not to self diagnose but I feel like I have depression?? I dont know if it is normal to feel sad often especially when you are alone.

The unexpected awareness that I'm constantly talking to everyone led me to believe that I'm afraid of being alone. I'm afraid that everyone is changing too much and will abandon me.

I need help. But then again isn't this just normal to feel what im feeling or is it not?

I dont know how people define normal anymore. This frustrates me.
