Last day in Hanoi :( We were looking for a place to hide from the sun and came across a very cute, country-style café with lots of flowers. They even have a spoon in the shape of a shovel... I love it ! And the juices were excellent too 🌷

Felt very sad and tired and it was not because it was the last day we spent in Hanoi. I felt the urge to take a brown sugar matcha latte at The coffee house, it was so good that I felt quite better atfer drinking it 🍵

Iced coconut coffee ! I've seen a lot of them around here, so I thought I'd get one to try myself !You take a coconut, grind it up and mix it with ice cubes to get a kind of shaved ice, then add coffee to get this refreshing drink ! I thought the coconut taste would be strong, but it's not at all, you can hardly taste it, it's very mild in fact ! Great discovery !

Went to The cozy village to have some fun with friends, we ordered drinks which weren’t good at all, it’s actually rare to find bad coffee in Vietnam so we were all surprised but the place is nice and great to play board games, so I guess it’s fine !

Highland cacao

Took an iced chocolate latte and an ice cream. Looks like the latte doesn’t have taste. It actually has a particular taste, not the ordinary strong flavor of chocolate but something more authentic. And as you can see, there is jelly inside, it also has a chocolate taste. Never tried this before. It’s really soft and good. I liked it ! The ice cream is also special and we appreciated each bite of it.

Train street in Hanoi !!!

We wanted to see the famous train passing through the little street full of coffee shops. A lady came up to us just before we arrived and wanted us to go to her restaurant. She also warned us that the train would pass in four minutes. I was very reluctant to follow her because people here like to sell themselves and are very insistent. I ended up agreeing because, apparently, the police won't let you pass through this alley if the restaurant owners haven't invited you in for a drink. We were so lucky ! We took the opportunity to get some white coffees, which were very good.

Egg coffee is a specialty in Vietnam. We went to a coffee shop renowned for its creamy egg custard. We had an egg latte and it was very good.

I finally tried the salted coffee ! I think that normally, the cream should be salted, but here, the coffee is sweet and they simply added salt on the edge of the glass AND they also added pepper and chilli ... I did not like that much. Next door, my boyfriend had a simple coffee latte.

Still in Hoi An, we had delicious Vietnamese coffees for breakfast. At the same time, a lady came to sell us some very cute 3D cards. My boyfriend's parents bought a dozen of them for 30€... I wasn't expecting that, but it was really funny haha !

Discovered in a stand in Hoi An, there are lots of places where they sell this kind of thing, I find them sublime and was very tempted to buy some, fortunately my good conscience caught up with me !

My main goal with this Tumblr account was to show you "everything I find cute on a daily basis", it's literally what's written in French in my bio and for some reason, I made it a coffee account 😅

Here's one of my favorite things besides coffee and flowers : stationery ! We were looking for some in the Da Nang area to decorate our little travel notebooks and came across this tiny store selling all kinds of stickers, notebooks, pens and so on. As we rather needed something that could stick memories in our journals, we decided to go for maskintapes ! Aren't they just too cute ? What do you think ?

Whenever we can, we grab ourselves a little Vietnamese latte ! A coffee sua, a tiramisu coffee, a coffee with condensed milk.. we've pretty much covered the whole range of drinks ! I think Vietnamese coffee is my favorite, the taste is intense and so unique, I love it so much and I'm so happy to be able to have it at any time and at a low price since I'm in the country itself ! In France, and even elsewhere in Europe, coffee is so expensive... I've got to make the most of it !
