got my belly button pierced this weekend!! =)

ngl pulling my shirt up for the piercer made me feel weird. wanted a dangly one but they didnt have any + the guy said i couldnt anyway bc it was my first one. then he said that belly button piercings are historically for men and they originated in ancient egypt with pharoahs or whatever and the craziest part is he didnt even know i was egyptian bc obviously i dont lead with that so that was kinda weird but i was really nervous about the needle going into my stomach so i was chatting up a storm anyway which continued kind of like this: me: has anyone ever passed out before?

him: yeah once or twice

me: omg

him: have you passed out while giving blood or getting a shot

me: no

him: then you should be good

me: ok cool, has anyone ever thrown up?

him: no do you think you're gonna throw up?

me: no but maybe

him: you should be good

then he prepped my belly button and chatted up a little more then told me to breathe in and breathe out and it was done!!! just like that and it barely even hurt and i was very brave about it all. he also told me i had the perfect navel for a piercing which idk if that means anything to yall but if it does dm me im single.

on my walk back to campus and saw a smiley face in the ground, then i went to the dining hall and had french fries and took this picture in the bathroom. also my two friends frankie and cormac came with me to get the piercing (they didnt get anything)

also i painted my nails!! :D
