weight loss motivation tip:
go on shein, aliexpress, amazon, whatever you want to shop on & make a "weight loss" wishlist. promise yourself that once you get to your ugw, you will reward yourself with those items.
or have items to reward yourself at each milestone.
i for example love to clothes shop on websites that offer one size fits all, etc. or sites where their sizes tend to run small.

• exercise every day - even if it is only walking - and log it
• 600-1200cals a day except 1 no-count day
• drink lots of water
• go to sleep early
• read instead of watching shows (cravings are worst when im watching something)
• weigh in every day
• journal to stay accountable

No exercise but i worked a 9 hour shift moving around and standing the whole time
