So it’s liftingwayoflife’s birthday, 8 years young today!
I haven’t been very active on here unfortunately, life got in the way along the way, little bit older, no wiser!
But I hope that in the last 8 years this blog has inspired and motivated at least one or two people, I mean it has 120k followers at this point! It was a big help for me back in the day so I hope it helped someone else on their journey!
I will try and bring back some more content in the future, no promises though, adulting is hard!

So it’s lockdown, gyms are closed and things are not how they should be. However, a gym is only four walls containing some machines. Fitness can be attained in many different ways, at home or outside. If you could get to a gym before the lockdown you can definitely keep the ball rolling now!
