For breakfast I've got a cup of coffee with some rice milk (3 kcal)
I went for a long walk and studied a little bit.
My lunch was a salad (with lettuce, corn, peas and cherry tomatoes) and some boiled cauliflower. I feelt soo filled up, but I've got some apples that are going to go rotten, so I felt sorry and had one of them (168 kcal)
In the afternoon I got a green tea (4 kcal)
Dinner was a "tteokbokki jajang", taken from a pretty korean place. Delicious (352 kcal)

For Breakfast today I got a cup of coffee, 2 plums and the leftover of mixed dried fruit and nuts (161 kcal)
I spent the afternoon walking around trying to do some commissions and I've studied a little bit.
Later on I went visiting my granparents and my grandmother prepared me for dinner some meat rolls, mashed potatoes and boiled chicory. For dessert there was a fruit salad. Everything was terrifically good, I'm gratefull for my granparents 🖤(309 kcal)

Lunch was a delicious tuna tar tare, which I've mixed up with some cherry tomatoes and some steam coocked peas and corn. Taked it up to the next level with a mix of dried fruits. (198 kcal)

Went to study at the library from 9.15 to 17.40. I've been super productive, so I'm proud of myself.
