Nara is very sweet and caring and has become a great friend! Please support her! Let’s get her safe!
Tumblr media
Evacuate disabled mom Nara and her family!
Send support to givebutter.com/NaraMedicalAid
They need $17,500 to evacuate their family and the rest will go towards medical treatments for her Pancreatic cancer and MS which were both brought on by a white phosphorus exposure in 2008.
Please support the @fedup4palestine_campaigns verified give butter and please share with your networks! Sending direct messages to people, texting and calling with specific asks for support work the best, so please take a little time out of your day to share mindfully!
Nara cannot share her own campaign because only her immediate family knows of her disabilities and cancer, so it is our responsibility to get her funded!
The other day she got her first chunk of money from Fed up successfully!
For our lesson today for my student Mos’s 13th birthday, they finished up this great poster of Nara!
Image description: A marker drawing by 13 year old Mos of Nara, a disabled pal-eh-steinian mom who is using supplemental oxygen and has a line going into her hand. She has a heart over her face for anonymity and she  is wearing a black hijab. Underneath her is a Pal-eh-steinian flag with a heart instead of a red triangle. Text reads “Evacuate disabled mom Nara and her family!” In colored pencil block text. There is a QR code that goes to the give butter link givebutter.com/NaraMedicalAid

Evacuate Abood (Abdul) Rahman Shreim and his family of 15 from Gaza and get them to safety!
The Shreim family includes Abdul Rahman, and his twin brother, Hamza, his parents, his older brother Ahmed, and his older sisters Iman, Noor, and Haneen. Also included are three of his sibling’s spouses and four of their children, ages 5 to a newborn. His sister Noor recently gave birth to a baby girl and has entered motherhood amidst these incredibly challenging circumstances.
I had a very beautiful life as a software engineering student and we had a very good income but the war has wiped us out. After the war, I want to continue my studies in Turkey because my university was destroyed and I will have no future inside Gaza. – Abdul Rahman
The family has lost many close friends and relatives due to the Israeli occupation, and they have experienced more trauma and loss than most of us will encounter in a lifetime. One of Abdul Rahman’s closest friends was martryed in his arms leaving a devastating memory that he will never forget. Their sister-in-law’s niece, 5-month old, Joud Shomer, was found decomposing under the rubble of her family’s house, and Abdul Rahman’s grandmother also passed away due to lack of food and access to medical care. These are just a few of the many losses the family has experienced over the past 6 months, and they have been suffering immensely.
The cost to evacuate one person is approximately $5,500. With 15 family members, the total evacuation cost reaches $82,500. The situation is constantly changing on the ground in Gaza, and if evacuation becomes impossible, monies raised will also be allocated towards securing future housing, purchasing housewares and clothing, and covering medical care and food.
The Shreim family are left with no choice but to live in the incredibly dire and dangerous conditions of Rafah where the constant threat of heavy bombardment continues. Their situation deteriorates with each passing day, exacerbated by the minimal aid permitted to cross the Gaza border. As a result, essential items such as food and basic necessities, when they are available, are incredibly expensive. Life in Gaza has become completely unlivable, and the Shreim family needs help in order to survive.
Your generosity and support can facilitate their journey to safety and give them hope for the future. I urge you to join me in supporting the Shreim family by donating today. You can also help by sharing this fundraiser with your friends and family. May God reward you for your efforts!

I started the @fedup4palestine tumblr today because I am a volunteer with them! We have been having some trouble with Meta / IG so I wanted to make an alternative for promoting the Fed up 4 Palestine work! Please give the page a follow!
[Video Description: Mazen speaking directly to camera, then videos of the baby supplies and then people carrying the supplies downstairs. Then multiple clips of the supplies being given out to families and children in Gaza. Video ends with a piece of paper with the Fed Up For Palestine logo. Transcript: Mazen says, “I am Mazen Shaheen from the Fed up for Palestine team, today, every night, present at one of the displacement camps to distribute milk and diapers to families in need.” hopeful music plays. end video description]
Introducing the Fed Up 4 Palestine Tumblr Blog!
Hi all! We have created a tumblr since our Instagram is being shadowbanned and we have been dealing with a lot of problems with Meta
Check our our website under construction
Follow us on Instagram
Donate to our Emergency Appeal
Who we are
A Palestinian led non-profit organization who was founded on the principles of justice and advocacy for Palestine.
After the recent events in Gaza, we became FED UP with the injustices against the Palestinian people. Our dedicated team is committed to providing easy, safe & trustworthy ways for communities around the world to help.
We are currently all volunteer run by a very small team! our Tumblr is currently being run by a non-Palestinian volunteer who does not speak Arabic (sorry!) Sky Cubacub of @rebirthgarments. Our volunteers are all over the world (across 5 different time zones currently).
What do we do?
Watch our video to see some of the mutual aid work we are doing currently on the ground in Gaza with our partner Mazen . We are focusing on providing, food, water, formula, diapers, pads and other sanitary essentials to people in Gaza.
While our site is under construction and our foundation is new (just got our nonprofit status in the first week of March) , we have been working hard to provide relief as fast as possible, and we can’t wait to share more about what we’ve done and how you can help! For now, please consider donating to our emergency appeal for Gaza, or joining our online community to see how else you can start helping today (we are currently mostly looking for people to help who can speak and write Arabic!)
Mutual Aid workers need aid too:
If you would like to donate directly to our on the ground worker Mazen and his family for their evacuation fund go to givebutter.com/Mazen
Please Note: our applications for individual family campaign creation is currently closed, and we are pivoting our focus to our on the ground relief work.
Please do not send us DM's here, we will not be responding to DM's, go to our website and email us if you want to connect with us.

TW: Chemical w-rfare, Ab-rtion
Urgent Ask to evacuate Nara, a 🍉 disabled woman with MS who also has pancreatic cancer due to chemical w-rfare.
Support by financially contributing to her @FedUp4Palestine vetted funhnd-raizer (that I personally vetted): givebutter.com/NaraMedicalAid
+ resharing/ reposting this post!
I, Sky Cubacub- a Fed up 4 Palestine team member, have been in direct contact with Nara to get to know her and her story more over the past few days. We have become fast friends due to so many overlapping symptoms of our disabilities. Nara’s story caught my eye because I have post-viral ME/CFS which many times is a precursor to MS. I really want my disability community to show up for her to get this campaign funded that is so close to my heart so that she can continue medical treatment.
We have chatted extensively! During our chats, I found out from Nara that she had not previously had health issues until she was exposed in the white phosphorus attack in 2008. The long lasting damage and effects of phosphorus continue to compound and become more and more disabling to this day, even after 16 years.
Here is her story in her own words (edited for clarity):
“Hi I'm Nara,
I'm a cancer and multiple sclerosis patient. I need treatment, examinations, and follow-up on a regular basis, but the hospitals in which I used to follow up were bombed and the other one was turned into military barracks. All I need now is to leave Gaza for treatment, preserve my life, and live with my family in peace.
We're a family of 4, including my 12 and 7 year old children.
I had been diagnosed with a tumor in the pancreas as a result of inhaling phosphorus in a previous war. A couple years after being exposed to phosphorus, I became pregnant, and the fetus was pressing on the tumor, which drew the doctor’s attention to the cancer. My fetus was emergency aborted, and the spleen, 80% of the pancreas, and part of the small intestine were removed. I complained every now and then of a lot of pain as a result of the removal of part of the pancreas. I was having follow up care in the Turkish Friendship Hospital for hematology and tumors. But since the beginning of October, I have not been able to follow up because the hospital has turned into a military barracks.
The remaining part is talking about multiple sclerosis:
In 2018, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. I had many complications, such as inflammation of the seventh nerve in the eye, the inability to walk with balance, movement with difficulty, and many symptoms. I was then required to take 12 injections every month and many medications and vitamins. I was following up at the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Yunis, but unfortunately the hospital was out of service due to the war. So for a long time I have not received any injections. MS is truly difficult and it controls my life completely, and the attacks occur in many and varied ways.”
A note about her breathing apparatus:
Because people in displacement have to wait in long queues and pay to use the bathroom, Nara had started to restrict her water intake because of a UTI she never has been able to heal from. This has created a problem with raised levels of potassium, so doctors have placed her on oxygen for fear of the potassium affecting her heart.
Goals
she needs at least $15,000 to evacuate
2 adults at $5,000 each
2 children at $2,500 each
this price is subject to increase due to the cost of registration for evacuation continuing to go up
The other money will go to the cost of treatment and living costs.
Nara chooses to stay anonymous because she has had to mask her disabilities so much that only her family knows about her MS and Cancer, so we have not linked her instagram, but we are in direct contact with her and can verify that she is who she says she is! Because of this, she cannot promote her own fundraiser, so it is our job to collectively do it for her!
[Image Description: a digital illustration by @k8deciccio of Nara, a Pal-eh-stienian woman wearing a black hijab/outfit with purple highlights. She has a breathing apparatus that is bulbous that goes in her nose. Text Reads: Help Narawith Cancer and MS Treatment, She Must Evacuate with her family of 4. $30k goal givebutter.com/NaraMedicalAid . There is a QR code in the bottom right corner that goes to her support link. The @FedUp4Palestine logo is in the top left corner.]

Hi friends! We have a couple of updates to share.
Firstly, Seraj needs more than $3,300 to pull off his final Ramadan project before Eid. He wants to distribute it on the last day of Ramadan, which is in 3 days, so we need to get to $20k ASAP!
contribute at bit.ly/serajfund
The financial situation in Rah Fah continues to decline, with intermediaries taking a 15-17% cut when people get cash out. He is so hopeful that this project will work out! Helping others and bringing smiles to faces–especially those of children–is clearly one of Seraj’s passions.
Here are the project details, all thought up by Seraj himself. He has amazing ideas! 125-130 cash envelopes containing either 50 or 100 shekels each. Seraj will distribute them based on how large each family is. Seraj will also make 40 envelopes for kids, each containing 20 shekels.
Currently, Seraj’s plan is to distribute his envelopes on the last day of Ramadan, before Eid al-Fitr. Last time he tried to print something, the printer had no electricity. He has a plan this time for checking in early to make sure he has a chance to print.
Working with Seraj on his mutual aid projects has been such a tangible reminder that we reject the notion of charity (which is very rooted in the white savior complex and pity of Black and Brown folx), and even allyship (not enough action)  instead are partners and collaborators with Seraj self directing, leading us, and constantly motivating us to to get to the next goal so he can achieve his vision!
Because Seraj and his family have managed to survive, he’s been able to give back. No NGOs or governments, just a 21-year-old young man helping as many of his neighbors as he can. In his words, “This is my duty, sisters, as long as I can help! Why don't I do that!”
Seraj is genuinely a superstar to everyone on our team. His generosity is humbling to us. We have so much to learn from Pale-eh -steinians.
Secondly, we have a date for our upcoming virtual dance party! Mark your calendars for Monday, April 29th in the evening (Pacific time). Sky is hosting this event to hype up our virtual auction for Seraj. Follow Sky on Instagram for more details @rebirthgarments or @radicalvisibilitycollective
If you’d still like to contribute items to the auction, go to bit.ly/fundraiserforseraj ! Seraj’s Support Soirée would like to offer an item or service for every budget. And we encourage a wide variety of dough-nation types! While many of them will be creative objects, they do not have to be.
Some examples:
a book you love or wrote
a framed photograph
a massage (local area bidders only)
a meditation session
a piñata
a tarot reading
a t-shirt you love or designed
stickers
a virtual lesson on social media marketing
visual art
a virtual dance lesson
Your items will be listed this week on Give Butter! (stay tuned for details!)
Our support soiree dance party will hype up the auction featuring selections from the archives of Rebirth Garments fashion performances while you can dance with Sky!
Thank you so much for being here for Seraj. He and his family are so deeply grateful for all of the ways folks have supported them and partnered with them to help others. And our team is so thankful for how you all have stepped up. Please share and contribute!
-Written by my team member Bex with additions by me!

The kiddo has a heart emoji over their face and is smiling really big. They are wearing a red shirt that says “sleep time” with a sleeping bear on it. They are standing on a sandy ground in front of a tent. Text to the right of the photo on a red background reads: Gaza Sky Seraj’s mutual aid project for Ramadan in Rah-fah For part 2 of Seraj’s Ramadan project, he gave out 32 food parcels for 32 families around him in the displacement camps. Mohammed Hammad increased his goal for evacuation to $25k so that he can bring his 6 younger siblings with him!
I was informed by my comrade Brenda that the first goal was originally $10k to evacuate Mohammed Hammad and his mother because since he is under 18, he can only evacuate with a parent or legal guardian. But in this case, his 6 younger siblings would have to be left behind on their own, so @fedup4palestine raised the goal to $25k so that Mohammed’s whole immediate family can all evacuate together. Since you all have been so amazing and we have raised $9k in just 24 hours, I think we can do it!
[Image description: an amazing colored pencil drawing by my 12 year old student Mos @NicoCavalu made of Mohammed Hammad laying down with his leg propped up with the metal fixator on his knee. Hand drawn block text in red, black, white and green reads “Disabled 17yo Mohammed needs medical Evacuation immediately”. Red typed text in red reads “Goal increased to $25k so that his 6 younger siblings are not left behind alone in Rafah
givebutter.com/mogaza
There is a QR code that goes to the Give Butter Link.]
Caption continues:
I’ve had some questions from people asking about my vetting process and about @fedup4palestine and if @moh.2090727 is able to access the money for sure, so here are some short answers:
I or a trusted comrade have personally vetted all of the fuhnd-raizers that are under the heading labeled “Pal-eh-stienian Fundraisers Sky of Rebirth Garments is helping with” in my AllMyLinks. Half of them we vetted through video chat, and the other half were already friends of my friends from before the “escalation”. Mohammed Hammad’s campaign was already vetted through @fedup4palestine , and over the course of the last 36 hours I have messaged with him extensively. I talk to every one of the people that I have been working on helping every day (unless they lose access to the internet).
Pretty much all of the families I am working for are more than down to be connected with anyone and answer questions, so don’t be shy, if you are not supporting fuhn-raisers because you are not fully sure about them, just DM me and I can get you directly connected with a family so you can see how real they are!
Note: I am currently not able to add on any more fuhnd-raisers for me to personally work on (until more of them have been totally met)
@fedup4palestine is a very new nonprofit, they have been too swamped with making the fuhnd-raizer pages to finish and launch their website yet. They have their nonprofit status, and they use it to create the GiveButter campaign pages. I just went through the process with my other fuhnd-raizer with Seraj to make a GiveButter, and you have to be a nonprofit in order to make any campaigns there (I ended up using my fiscal sponsor Allied Media Projects’ GiveButter in order to make the auction for Seraj, which will go live in the next couple days!). GiveButter is now the recommended alternative to GFM, since GFM keeps shutting down Pal-eh-stinian fuhnd-raizers. This does not mean you shouldn’t give to GFM’s that you know are vetted, but it means that you should also work to help folks get GiveButter campaigns as well!
Mohammed Hammad has a bank account with Bank of Pal-eh-stein , and I have confirmed with both him and @fedup4palestine that he has access to withdraw the money from his fundraising money anytime he needs. He is currently waiting to withdraw until he now has the full amount for him + his siblings’ evacuation because he doees not want to leave them behind.

Disabled 17 year old Mohammed Hammad needs medical Evacuation immediately!! $10K needed ASAP Mohammed has a fixator on one leg which has sepsis; he will need it amputated (life threatening in current conditions) if he isn't evacuated to Cairo immediately. He takes care of 6 younger siblings essentially by himself. a @FedUp4Palestine verified fuhnd-raizer! givebutter.com/mogaza

It’s so sad that in order to get people to care about Palestine, we completely ignore the thousands of innocent men who have been killed in this genocide. We have to say “children”, or “women and children”, with slightly lower numbers, because the full death count is somehow seen as less tragic when we include men.
My heart aches for the innocent men of Palestine who have been slaughtered. You mattered just as much as anyone else. And for the men who are doing everything in their power to help their fellow Palestinians, we love and respect you. Thank you for all that you do.

@MiddleEastEye is reporting that next week Pal-eh-stienian banks may be cut off from the world (read article here) so it is extremely necessary that we all try to do as much support as possible right now to vetted GFM’s!
Some options for support or involvement:
-monetary support
-posting everyday on your socials about GFM’s that need urgent support
-handing out flyers with GFM links at actions
-directly asking friends/family/ community to support specific GFM’s
-become a core fuhnd-raizing team member of a vetted GFM!
You can DM me if you are interested in getting involved! I’m helping with 3 specific families right now but there are many others who need people to help!
Today I am uplifting Hamza’s GFM for survival funds!
I joined the GFM team for Hamza because my comrade Brenda who is a team member with me for our other friend Seraj started to talk to Hamza every day, vetted him , and then joined his team!
His GFM has not had a lot of love, so please check it out and support in any of the above ways at bit.ly/hamzafund
Hamza is trying to get financial support for food, water and other basic survival necessities at the moment and then eventually for rebuilding his family’s life!
Stay in touch with Hamza by following:
Hamza on IG at @Free_gaza100
And his support page run by my comrade Brenda at @help.hamza.from.gaza_
[Image Description: An orange graphic with text that reads “18yo Hamza from Shujaiya and his family of 8 are currently displaced in Deir Al-Balah

Support their survival in the displacement camps”
There is a QR code that goes to the GFM link along with two photos, including a selfie of 18 year old Hamza in a puffer jacket and baseball cap in front of his tent and a photo of his younger sister holding up a coloring book page that she colored in that says “Pal-eh-stein , peace and freedom” with a hand holding up a pal-eh-stienian flag”. are you terrified of the fact that western medicine is dependent on an extractive industrial complex that's collapsing at increasing speed?
Me too buddy :/
...at a complete loss for where you'd even start without access to a pharmacy? I CAN help with that!
Tumblr media
An Anarchist Free Herbal is a zine that's intended to help people start thinking about autonomous medicine in concrete, practical terms. It won't answer your dire questions--because we all start as beginners! What it will do is get you set up with some skills to start turning those big, scary, hard to think about questions into a set of smaller, researchable, solvable questions. Itll give an idea of some of what's out there in terms of medical approaches that aren't reliant on industrial production, and an array of basic skills (from research to making medicines) that you can build on as you continue learning.
You can read it here as an ebook/pdf for free, or not free if you want to be very nice to ur local cripple herbalist. Got money? Lucky you! You can get a physical copy in the mail at-cost AND donate one to someone else in one fell swoop right here for $12 (or more!). Don't got money? Me neither! You can request one o them donated physical copies by emailing mildewamyx(at)protonmail(dot)com and telling me where to send it.
Good luck!

I found an extremely dope disability survival guide for those who are homebound, bedbound, in need of disability accommodations, or would otherwise like resources for how to manage your life as a disabled person. (Link is safe)
It has some great articles and resources and while written by people with ME/CFS, it keeps all disabilities in mind. A lot of it is specific to the USA but even if you're from somewhere else, there are many guides that can still help you. Some really good ones are:
How to live a great disabled life- A guide full of resources to make your life easier and probably the best place to start (including links to some of the below resources). Everything from applying for good quality affordable housing to getting free transportation, affordable medication, how to get enough food stamps, how to get a free phone that doesn't suck, how to find housemates and caregivers, how to be homebound, support groups and Facebook pages (including for specific illnesses), how to help with social change from home, and so many more.
Turning a "no" into a "yes"- A guide on what to say when denied for disability aid/accommodations of many types, particularly over the phone. "Never take no for an answer over the phone. If you have not been turned down in writing, you have not been turned down. Period."
How to be poor in America- A very expansive and helpful guide including things from a directory to find your nearest food bank to resources for getting free home modifications, how to get cheap or free eye and dental care, extremely cheap internet, and financial assistance with vet bills
How to be homebound- This is pretty helpful even if you're not homebound. It includes guides on how to save spoons, getting free and low cost transportation, disability resources in your area, home meals, how to have fun/keep busy while in bed, and a severe bedbound activity master list which includes a link to an audio version of the list on Soundcloud
Master List of Disability Accommodation Letters For Housing- Guides on how to request accommodations and housing as well as your rights, laws, and prewritten sample letters to help you get whatever you need. Includes information on how to request additional bedrooms, stop evictions, request meetings via phone, mail, and email if you can't in person, what you can do if a request is denied, and many other helpful guides
Special Laws to Help Domestic Violence Survivors (Vouchers & Low Income Housing)- Protections, laws, and housing rights for survivors of DV (any gender), and how to get support and protection under the VAWA laws to help you and/or loved ones receive housing and assistance
Dealing With Debt & Disability- Information to assist with debt including student loans, medical debt, how to deal with debt collectors as well as an article with a step by step guide that helped the author cut her overwhelming medical bills by 80%!
There are so many more articles, guides, and tools here that have helped a lot of people. And there are a lot of rights, resources, and protections that people don't know they have and guides that can help you manage your life as a disabled person regardless of income, energy levels, and other factors.
Please boost!

One of the most impactful ways that @se3raj.0 is changing the atmosphere in his Rah Fah camp is by giving to others. Many of his neighbors aren’t able to purchase vegetables and are exclusively eating canned food. Yesterday, Seraj handed out 32 baskets including vegetables to 32 families around him in the displacement camps. He is calling the second part of his Ramadan Project “Gah-zah Sky” support at bit.ly/serajfund
Thankfully, Seraj is feeling much better than last week! There have been many hard nights in Rah Fah, but his family is steadfast and doing as well as possible. Last night one of my comrades complimented Seraj on the wonderful food his family makes with so little under such circumstances. He responded:
“We must always do something to change the mood, my sister, for fun or to change the atmosphere in which we constantly live!”
Seraj is living in a tent under constant threat to his life. And yet, he’s still one of the most generous people I know. Your contribution to Seraj will support not only him and his family, but also multiple vulnerable families in Rah Fah.
Thank you with all my heart to those who have supported Seraj in any way. He, his family, and our whole team are so grateful to you.
Written by our team member Bex
Remember if you send monetary support, if you contribute an item to the support soirée or if you share seraj’s GFM 4 days in a row, then you can get a chance to get a custom vinyl pro-test banner (DM @rebirthgarments screenshots!)

You can co-design the banner with me- I can make something pretty exact from a drawing, or just tell me what elements you would like / things you would like it to say and I can design it! Your banner can talk about multiple types of liberation struggles since our liberation is interconnected! Banner can be up to 4 feet wide!
I do sliding scale entries, check out the great sliding scale guidelines graphic from @Chiara.Acu :
Tumblr media
$20 an en-tree for those who can
$10 an en-tree for those in the middle
$5 or less an en-tree for those who are low income
So for example if you are employed and have access to healthcare but stress about some basic needs but are still able to meet them, send $10 for every en-tree.
For those of you who cannot contribute financially, I would also accept these other options:
-contribute art, goods or services to Seraj’s Support Soiree at bit.ly/fundraiserforseraj
-your commitment to post 4 days in a row about Seraj on your social media as 1 entry, or if someone financially supports on your behalf! Send me screenshots as proof!
Unlimited entries!
You can send proof of support through the @RebirthGarments IG or our Tumblr ( rebirthgarments.tumblr.com ) , and you will be contacted through whichever platform you contact us on! This rahffle is open till April 2!

Help @saed_mgharee and his family evacuate from Gah-zah
A quote from Saed’s interview for arfi:
“From now on, Saed Mgharee dreams of leaving Gah-zah with his family. Even if it means taking the risk of never coming back. ‘I want to go back to work with my clients. I want a normal life. I want to be safe with my family.’ But bringing out six people costs $30,000 to pay to the Egyptian authorities, and now without income, Saed Mgharee can only place his hopes in international generosity. He launched a campaign on [Goh-Fuhnd-Me].”
Slide 2:
