Sleepovers
Okay, so some of you might have read this oneshot before, as it as was posted by winglessvampire/visualstruggle 16/01/2017. I’m winglessvampire (also known as Nico, hi!) and yeah, blog got terminated, what are we gonna do? Repost and hope I gain back my amazing community. A lot of shit will be happening with this blog over the next couple days and we will all see how it works out. Enjoy!
“What is this? You guys are seriously planning a sleepover in my cabin? Without telling me?” Nico di Angelo was glaring down at them, arms crossed over his Simple Plan t-shirt. “Are you out of your minds?”
“We- um, we were going to tell you, but you’ve been busy all morning. What have you been doing, anyway? You weren’t in the cabin when I checked earlier, so I looked around, but I couldn’t find you,” Percy said, looking up at his cousin.
“I was doing important things for my father as well as getting my weekly check-up in the infirmary,” Nico said, slumping down on the bench next to Piper. “I swear, Solace is crazy! He got me up at 7 am. 7 am!”
Nico groaned and poured himself a cup of coffee. “Fuck me. I’m too tired, it’s too bright outside and too much nois- wah!”
“Now, now, Death Boy. You shouldn’t be that grumpy. It’s a beautiful day,” Will Solace said happily, his hand clasped tightly over Nico’s mouth. “And for your information, I’m ADHD, not crazy. There’s a difference if you didn’t know.”

Hair dye
“Jesus Christ, Alex, what the heck happened?”
Alex groaned, running her hand through her now electric blue hair, peeking up at Magnus through a couple of stray strands. “I don’t know. Some complete idiot put dye in my shampoo or whatever. So now I have electric blue hair and not green. Something is terribly wrong, and I hate it. I don’t feel like myself.”
She paused for a moment. “Where did they even get hair dye from? I didn’t think hair dye was available in Valhalla.”
Magnus looked thoughtful. “Beats me. I have no idea.”
Alex groaned and hid under the bedsheets. “I can’t let anyone see me like this. You’re an exception, since you very rudely barged into my room when I didn’t answer.”

So hey, some of you probably don’t remember me because I’ve been having trouble finding both time and motivation to write so this blog is basically abandoned. I’m going to try to stop letting myself off the hook and hopefully write more stuff.
Anyways, getting to the point.
There’s an idea I’ve had for a while that I’m thinking about finally writing, and I want to know if anyone would be interested in it. (I know I shouldn’t be motivated by an audience but I’ll take what works for now.)
Would anyone want to read a Fallout 4 AU, starring most of the main PJO/HOO characters? If all goes well, it would probably be updated with new chapters semi-regularly, rather than a one-shot.
If anyone wants to let me know they’d read it, or has questions or anything, I’d love that! And if you maybe wanted to reblog so more people see this that would be fantastic too and you’re awesome!
Thanks y’all!

Okay so small confession that I was this anon and I can't wait to read whatever you come up with!
Could you write a scene where Annabeth has realized he's actually a trans boy (or maybe genderfluid and feeling male today?) and is scared to tell Percy because he thinks Percy is straight?
I am working to make this into a proper fanfic don’t worry. I just had to throw this out before I forgot.
Annabeth gets help from Piper to look masculine when the days he needs it at camp while Percy is home with his mom.
He’s scared to let Percy see him like this because he knows the Percy is straight, but he also doesn’t want to potentially scare Percy off like this. Deep inside, Annabeth knows that Percy won’t judge for it, but the bad thoughts are still there.
One day, Piper invites Annabeth that they go to the city to get actual clothes from the men’s section for Annabeth and he agrees
He carefully wears his baggiest jeans and hoodie and places his hair inside a beanie (‘cause this is January and it gets cold)
While out shopping, Annabeth swears he hears a familiar voice- Percy
He quickly turns around and looks at a café close by. There Percy is sitting holding a cup of coffee while talking to some of the guys on his school’s swim team.
He swears loudly and that makes Percy look up, instantly to Annabeth’s regret
Percy frowns slightly and says something to his mates that Annabeth can’t quite pick up before walking over to where he’s standing with Piper
He hugs him tightly and whispers in his ear if everything is okay
Annabeth briefly looks at Piper who just nods in reply to Annabeth’s silent question
And Annabeth whispers back that he’s genderfluid and that he just feels like a boy sometimes and that Percy please doesn’t hate him for this and Percy just starts laughing gently and Annabeth doesn’t get why until Percy says that he’s bisexual
And Annabeth just smiles and hugs him and places a kiss on his cheek before telling him to go back to his friends who are just looking at them, waiting for Percy to come back
And when Percy IM’s him that evening, there’s no judgement in his eyes and Annabeth is just very grateful for his amazing boyfriend

Update: they changed their username to BlueCats and stole another fic from a third person. What the hell.
Please Help Spread This
Hey, can y'all help me get something out there? My sister writes fan fiction for The 100 and recently discovered that someone had been stealing her work off of AO3 and posting it word-for-word onto fanfiction.net after changing the characters to make it percabeth, under the username bluefood02. I’m hoping we can maybe get some of the fandom at least to be aware that all of these fics are stolen (they have 5, and 4 are from her, one from her friend) and not read them. Also please nobody send them hate! That’s not what this is about, I just want my sister to get the credit she deserves and for the person responsible to learn that this is unacceptable behavior. Thank you!

Okay? Okay.
Quick disclaimer right here: This was written in the middle of the night while I was in a dump of depression and dysphoria so it’s angsty. It also may be terribly inaccurate. And it ends kinda weird.
Dedicated to @demiboypercyjackson since I promised him a one-shot weeks ago and I just didn’t complete it.
It’s all a big, fat lie. Everything is. Nico had accepted that as a fact of life. And it just reminds him more and more the longer he stares in the mirror. He is a big lie. He isn’t beautiful like Will insists that he is. His body is so unlike how he wants it to be.
He stands there in front of the mirror in only his underwear, not even noticing how the clock ticks, counting down the time until breakfast. It currently shows 5:38 am, not that Nico notices it.
Everything about him is wrong and bad. First, his hair. It stands up in all directions like a swarm of bats is what it’s made up instead of actual strands of human hair. Nico can’t stand it, no matter how soft and shiny it is. Will loves it (somehow) and often tells Nico that while making small braids in his hair that is just long enough to be put into a pony-tail. Nico hates it. Will doesn’t understand. No one does.

Frick She's Cute
K so it’s Mother’s Day today as I’m pretty sure all of you know and @alexfierrno is technically like my Tumblr mom so I figured I’d use this day to give back to her for all that she’s done for me as well. And, well, the only thing I have to offer is fanfiction and I heard that Theyna is one of ur top three ships so… guess what I wrote? :D
This is the first time I’ve ever used these characters in a fanfic so I’m sorry if I did something wrong but it’s based on a college AU that I started a while ago and @dwarf-scum wanted me to continue so enjoy friends!!! :D
<^>
“Annnnddd my roommate isn’t here,” Reyna says, dropping her bag on the bed. The room was small, with bland walls that could be easily fixed with a few posters and decorations. The beds, thanks to the small living space, were merely a few inches apart, bare except for the mattress until they put the comforters on. In the corner of the room was a desk that barely seemed to fit, yet somehow did as if by magic, nothing sitting on it except a dusty school flag that must have been left there by the previous residents.
Reyna opened her bag, wanting to get started on making this place feel more at home. If she had to live at school, may as well make the best of it. She pulled out her purple blankets, setting them on the bed as she took her bag to the desk, placing her school textbooks and a few personal books on it. Then she made the bed, and satisfied with the way it turned out, she collapsed onto it, tired and hot because of the stuffy room.
As she laid there, she couldn’t help but wonder who she could be rooming with. They could be noisy, they could be quiet. They could be rude, or they could be so teeth-rotteningly sweet that she would get a cavity from it. They could also messy, with no respect for personal hygiene, or they could be a neat freak. Really it could be anything. And really, she didn’t care. They could be the most rude, disgusting person in the universe and still be better than Reyna’s brother at home.
The door bursts open, making Reyna jump as her new roommate walked in with much difficulty, trying to pull a particularly large suitcase in through the door. After much banging and kicking, the other girl finally managed to pull her bag into the room, grumbling curses at the poor, beat-up, silver suitcase. She huffed and turned around, pushing her short black hair out of her face. She wore a black leather jacket paired with ripped black jeans and a grey t-shirt. She had in a few earrings in her ears, more than the average person would have, paired with a black choker and black Doc Marten boots. Even before getting the workload of college, she already had bags under her eyes for who knows how many sleepless nights.
The girl once again pushed her hair out of her eyes and held out a hand. “Sorry about that. This suitcase is stupid.” She emphasized that with kicking the suitcase. “I’m Thalia. Your roommate.”
Reyna’s voice seemed to fail her. Usually she was cool and collected in front of anyone she met, even if she hated the person with a burning passion. But this time, she couldn’t seem to find the words as the same thought ran through her head, Oh wow she’s cute she’s really cute shoot shoot shoot she’s beautiful she’s–
“Hi you’re cute–I MEAN I’m cute– I MEAN–” A blush creeps onto her cheeks. “I’m Reyna.” Thalia flashed a smile at her and Reyna found herself not able to look into her eyes. Geeze Reyna it’s just a girl get a grip.
“So… should we go get lunch or something to get to know each other?”
“T-that would be nice.”
<^>
Two months into the semester and her crush on Thalia wasn’t getting any better. The more and more she learned about her, the more and more she started to like her, which was the exact opposite of what she prepared for.
Speaking of the devil, she walks into the room, her black hair a mess and sets her books down on the bed, looking even more tired than ever. She collapses onto the bed.
“I’m not doing this anymore.” She threw her arms over her eyes as if to block the sunlight filtering in through the windows. Reyna, sitting at the desk studying, turned around to look at her. “What?”
“I-I can’t.”
“You can’t what?”
“I can’t do this. I’m behind on every class, I don’t understand half of what they’re saying, I’ve failed every test so far… I should just forget about college.” Now she had her attention. Reyna stood up and sat on her bed across from her, looking at Thalia with concern.
“But you’re so close. A few more months–”
“It’s no use. I’m a failure and I always will be.” Reyna wanted to do something, hug her or give comforting words or something. There was only one thing she could think of.
“I could help you.”
“What?”
“I mean, I’m doing pretty well in my classes so I could, you know, help you get back on track?” Thalia sits up to look at her, her eyes red.
“I can’t ask that of you….”
“No please. I want to help.” Thalia nods her head.
“Well in that case… could you?”
<^>
Thalia did not go to college to fall in love. She did not come to have her heart cripple as she looked longingly at someone, imagining a bunch of different realities in which they were a couple and kissing under the stars with a moonlight picnic. She did not come for the drama and heartbreak that comes with falling in love, yet here she was, staring at a girl with long black hair, not listening at all to what the professor was saying, falling in love with her roommate of all things.
You heard her right. Thalia, the punk, standoffish girl was falling for Reyna, the smart, selfless, and beautiful girl.
<^>
“REYNA!” Thalia called, running through the halls of the school to the girl who was just emerging from her classroom. Reyna jumped, obviously not used to random people shouting her name with such excitement. She looked over to see Thalia running towards her and before she could even think, Thalia knocked her to the ground in a hug.
“Wow um hi?”
“THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!” Reyna pushed her off, her expression confused as she picked up her books.
“You’re welcome I guess? What did I do?” Thalia rummages in her messy backpack, looking for something. Finally, she pulls out a wrinkled paper and holds it out to Reyna, who takes it with shock.
“You passed your midterm?!” “Yep! Thanks to you!”
“Thalia!” Reyna finds herself embracing her in a tight hug, much to Thalia’s surprise.
“I’m so proud of you,” she whispers, sending shivers down her back.
“I couldn’t do it without you.”
<^>
“Wow it’s the end of the semester already,” Reyna says, shoving the last of her clothes in her bag. Thalia sits on her bed.
“I know right? It went by so fast.”
“That, I can agree on.” They both laugh. As the semester progressed, it’s become easier and easier to have those times where they could just laugh until their stomachs hurt and stay up past 2am talking about the most random things.
“I’m…. I’m going to miss you,” Thalia says quietly.
“Hmm?” Reyna says, distracted with taking down posters.
“Nothing. I’m excited to see my family again.”
“Yeah. Despite everything, I kinda missed them,” Reyna agrees.
“Do you still have my phone number?” Thalia asks.
“Of course.”
“Could you… could you maybe text me sometime?”
“I’m planning on doing it as soon as I leave.” Thalia smiles broadly, her heart hammering in her chest. Reyna packs up the last of her stuff and brushes her hands on her jeans.
“Speaking of which, I have a long ride ahead of me and I want to beat the traffic so I should get going…” A hint of sadness creeped across Thalia’s face.
“Okay! Safe travels!” Reyna smiled and nodded her head and started to make her way down the hall. Just before she left the school, she heard someone shout, “REYNA WAIT!”
She spun around and found herself face to face with Thalia Grace.
“I’m sorry I just– I wanted– I thought–” she takes a deep breath and runs her hands through her hair, wondering why she thought this was a good idea in the first place.
“I wanted to give you something.”
“Oh?” Reyna raises her eyebrow, a playful smirk on her face. Thalia blushes.
“Well?” And then, Thalia surprised her by grabbing the collar of Reyna’s sweatshirt and planting a kiss on her lips. Reyna’s stomach did a somersault and her heart felt like it was going to burst. This was what she wanted ever since she met Thalia, and now it was happening. If this was a dream, she never wanted it to end. This was perfect, this was happiness, this was–
“Safe travels,” Thalia says with a wink, pulling away. She walked back to their room, her heart skipping a beat as a smile spreads over her lips. Reyna is still in the doorway, not able to move with her legs like jelly.
When Reyna got home that night, she received one and only one text.
“Hey babe ;)”

Okay I'm not great at taking compliments (especially from you, Alex. Why must you do this to me?) but thank you! Your good review, anyone's good review, means so much to me! And thanks to both @alexfierrno and @theinsidiouscinnamonroll for their help when I got stuck!
I Thought You’d Never Ask, Chapter 2
“Hey Nico, I’m home!” Hazel called as she opened the door. She slung her bag off her shoulder. “Wanna watch the new Doctor Who?” There was no answer. She frowned. Usually when he was going out, he texted her or left a note to let her know. As she set her keys on the counter, Nico emerged from the hallway with a wild and slightly disoriented look in his eyes.
“Hazel! What are you doing home at—“ he looked at the clock. “Oh, it’s 4:30 already?” She looked at him, worried.
“Are… you alright?” his focus snapped back to her.
“Hmm? Oh, yeah. I mean yes. I think so. No, definitely. I’m good.”
“Nico, what the hell is going on?” he took a deep breath.
“I, umm… I have a date tonight. With Will.”
Hazel dropped her bag in shock. She stared at her half-brother for a second before squealing and hugging him.
“Oh my god Nico! When? How? Where? What–” she paused to regain her composure.
“Tell me everything.”
They sat down on the couch and Nico recounted everything that had happened that morning as Hazel sat, enthralled. When he got to the part about how Will had asked him out, she rolled her eyes.
“You are such a clueless dork!” He shot her a look. “What? You are! He’s been flirting with you all this time and you never picked up on it? How thick can you be?”
Nico grabbed a pillow and threw it at her. “Give me a break Hazel! Reading guys has never been my strong point.” She shrugged.
“That’s the truth. So what are you going to be doing tonight? Did he say?”
“All he said was that he would cook dinner.” Hazel grinned.
“He’s cooking for you? That’s sooo romantic!” Nico grimaced.
“Yeah, well. I don’t know what to say or do on a date. I haven’t exactly been on many of these. I’m kind of freaking out here Hazel, what if I mess this up?” Hazel put her hand on his shoulder.
“Look, he obviously likes you, or he wouldn’t have asked you out in the first place. Just be yourself and try not to overthink it. You’re a sweet guy, big brother, you’ll be fine.”
Two hours later, he certainly didn’t feel fine. It felt like a colony of butterflies had set up shop in his stomach. He knocked on the door to Will’s apartment. After a few seconds, the blond opened the door, smiling that wonderful smile at him.
“You’re early!” exclaimed Will. But he didn’t sound upset to Nico, more surprised and maybe even happy. That was a good sign, right?
Oh, crap I’m going to ruin this.
“Yeah I, umm, I thought maybe I could help you cook?”
This was a bad idea, abort abort abort ABORT—
“Sure! I mean, there’s not much to do, but you can chop the vegetables while I start cooking the chicken. We’re having fajitas.” Will opened the door wide and ushered him in.
“Do you want a beer?” asked Will as he walked Nico over to the kitchen. “I was just about to get myself one.”
“Yeah, I’d love one.” Will opened the fridge and pulled out two bottles. He popped the caps off and handed one to Nico.
“Thanks.” Nico took a long sip of the beer and set it on the counter. Then he grabbed a knife and set to work chopping the vegetables that Will had sitting on the counter. It was nice having a simple, repetitive task to keep him busy, so he could zone out and stop thinking himself to death. He quickly finished off the peppers and started in on the onion. Will’s voice pulled him out of his reverie.
“Wow, you work fast!” Nico shrugged in response and kept chopping.
“You know I do this for a living, right?” he cut the last of the onion and picked up the cutting board. “Let me know when you’re ready for these.”
Will appraised the chicken in the pan. “Now is fine.” Nico tipped the board and let the vegetables slide off, sizzling as they hit the pan. He inhaled deeply.
“Oh, that smells good.” Will grinned.
“Thanks, it’s a friend’s recipe. I got him to teach it to me a few weeks ago and decided this was the perfect chance to try it out.”
They passed the minutes as the food cooked talking kitchen tips and stories. Once it was ready, they took it to the table and ate, making conversation about their families and where they came from. Nico learned about Will’s siblings, Austin and Kayla, and about their childhood out in California. He found himself talking about his childhood, hopping from private school to private school with Hazel and his big sister Bianca. He told Will about how he had learned to speak Italian from his mother, a Venetian immigrant, and watched Will’s eyes light up as he heard about Nico’s trips to Italy. He told Will things that only the people who knew him best knew. After dinner, Will lead him out the fire escape and up onto the roof. When they got there, Will had a blanket laid out on the ground.
“Will, what are we doing up here?” asked Nico. The blond smiled and lay down on the blanket.
“I like to come up here at night to just look at the night sky. I thought you might enjoy it up here too. It’s a great place to come to get away.” He motioned for Nico to join him. Nico sat down next to Will and carefully stretched out beside him.
“It does seem very peaceful.” He tensed slightly as the blond’s fingers found his own, but he forced himself to relax and accept the contact. It was… nice.
“Yeah. I love to come up here and just look up, try to count the stars, find the constellations. Looking at all that up there, really just reminds you how small the problems we have down here are.” There was just a tinge of sadness in his voice. Hearing it made Nico feel overcome by a desire to make the sadness go away. Surely if anyone deserved happiness, it was Will. He shifted a little closer to the other boy and gave his hand a squeeze.
“Want to talk about it?” Will turned to look at him and Nico found himself getting lost in those beautiful blue eyes. Will shook his head and smiled at Nico.
“It’s nothing. Just, thinking about my patients at the hospital. I have a hard time accepting that you can’t save everyone, you know?”
“Yeah. I know what that’s like, to have a hard time letting go.” Will gave him a sympathetic look and moved his head to lie on Nico’s shoulder. They sat together like that in comfortable silence for a while, but it felt like the time that passed had no meaning. It could have been an hour or a minute; there was no way to tell in that moment. After some time, Will spoke up.
“I’m really glad we finally did this, Nico. I just wish one of us had decided to say something earlier.”
Nico smiled up at the stars. “It was worth the wait, though.” He worked up his courage before he could think twice about it and turned to the blond on his shoulder, kissing him deeply. After a few seconds of pure heaven, he pulled back and looked deep into Will’s eyes. The blond seemed startled but he was grinning ear to ear. Nico realized that he was smiling just as wide. He kind of liked the feeling.
“I’m not waiting any longer though.” Will rolled his eyes and slipped his free hand around onto the back of Nico’s neck.
“Shut up and kiss me again, you idiot.”

“Hes cooking for you?
After dinner, Will led him out the fire escape and up onto the roof.

I Thought You’d Never Ask
Nico cursed under his breath as he fumbled with his keys. After a long, hard day at both of his jobs, all he wanted to do was crash on the couch, if he could just get the damn door open! Finally he found the right one and got it in the lock. As he walked through the doorway, he was greeted by the sight of his half-sister Hazel, sitting at the kitchen table studying. She looked up and flashed him a warm smile.
“Oh hey Nico! You’re home kinda late, lots of last minute orders?” Nico dropped his bag beside the door and let out a long sigh as he relocked the door.
“No, the last order of the night was just at the edge of our delivery zone, and I can’t leave until I’ve clocked out the driver.” He rubbed his eyes, then walked over to the table. Picking up one of her books, he flipped to the cover.
“Physics test tomorrow?” He asked. She rolled her eyes.
“No, end of the week. But I’m supposed to study with Frank tomorrow, so I need to make sure I understand everything so I can explain it to him.” She put on a tone of what am I going to do with him, but Nico knew Frank was his sister’s best friend, and by the way things had been looking lately, soon to be a bit more. He was happy for her; Frank was a good guy. Hazel gave him a look as though she knew where his mind had gone, and smirked at him.
“By the way, the cute neighbor came by earlier. Said his bathroom would be done in about a week. You’re running out of time, big brother.” Nico scowled at her, but she adopted a face of pure, angelic innocence. Will Solace had been using the bathroom in their apartment for nearly a month while the bathroom in his was being renovated. Hazel insisted on referring to him as “the cute neighbor” because, as she put it, “He is soooo your type!” Nico was willing to admit that the blond was good-looking, but he didn’t allow himself to go any further down that path. What were the odds that Will was even into guys, much less guys like Nico? He shook away the thought and gave Hazel a playful little shove.
“Stop trying to play Cupid, Hazel. I’m gonna go change out of my uniform, but do you want to watch something when I get back?” She glanced at the clock and closed her textbooks.
“No, it’s getting close to my bedtime. You know, early class tomorrow.”
“Alright, see you in the morning.” Nico headed back to his room and pulled off his green Di Angelo’s Pizza polo and hung it up, then grabbed his favorite t-shirt, black with a silver skull on it, and pulled it on. He headed back out to the main room and crashed down onto the couch. He grabbed the book he was reading and his headphones off of the coffee table. He switched the headphones on and put on his favorite playlist from his phone. As the first song began to play he closed his eyes, just for a minute of rest. Within seconds he was drifting off, definitely not thinking about the cute boy next door.
When Nico woke up, he wasn’t sure if he was still dreaming or not. There was a very startled looking Will standing by his door, and even though he was still half asleep, Nico thought there was something odd about that. Will recovered from his apparent shock.
“Oh hey Nico! Sorry to wake you, I didn’t know you were here! I don’t know how, but I didn’t ” Nico rubbed his eyes, trying to wake himself up.
“Solace. How did you get in?” Will held up a key.
“You… gave me a spare to your apartment? So I could let myself in to use the bathroom.” Things were starting to come back to Nico.
“Oh. Right. Sorry, ‘s just I’m a little tired, it was a long night.” He stood up and headed into the kitchen area to make himself some coffee. That should wake him up. Will smiled sympathetically, and Nico’s heart almost skipped a beat. A part of him, larger than he wanted to admit, wished he could see that smile every day. Don’t be stupid, di Angelo, he thought, He’s not interested.
“I’ve had a few of those at the hospital.” Will frowned. “But why are you here at this time of day?” Nico popped a cup into the coffee maker and hit “BREW”.
“Bank holiday. I uh, intern at Styx Consulting, and since most of our clients are financial institutions, there isn’t much to do when the banks aren’t open. And I get Tuesday nights off from the pizzeria, so today I’m free.” His coffee was almost done. Nico gestured at the coffee maker and looked back at Will. “You want some coffee?” Will nodded and flashed him that dazzling smile again and said, “That’d be great.” Nico turned back to the coffee so the other boy wouldn’t see him blush. Once he had his face under control and the second cup was brewed, he turned back around and offered it to Will, who took it with another quick smile. They stood in the kitchen, savoring their drinks for a few seconds. Then Will spoke up again.
“Your pizzeria, it’s Di Angelo’s right? Do you like, own it or something?” Nico smiled at the thought.
“No, it actually belongs to my uncle, but it’s been in the family for a few generations. I’ve worked there since I was… 16? So almost 8 years now. I made manager right after I started college, and since I graduated I work there to pay the bills. Paid internships still don’t pay very much.” Will nodded.
“Must be nice, working for family like that.” Nico almost snorted. You have no idea. Will drained the last of his coffee and set the empty mug on the counter.
“Well, Um, I guess I ought to get going.” Nico was both disappointed and a little relieved that the blond was leaving, but as Will opened the door, he stopped suddenly, then turned back to Nico.
“Okay, look. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and it’s clearly not working. Since we both have today off, how about if you come over to my place tonight, and I’ll cook you dinner. Sound good?”
Nico felt like he’d been kicked in the chest. His world was spinning.
“W-Wait. You mean… do you want to go on a DATE?” Will grinned, and this time Nico let himself dream.
“Di Angelo, I thought you’d never ask. See you around 7?” It was all Nico could do to nod yes. Will’s smile grew even wider and he turned and went out into the hall. As the door closed, Nico ran a hand through his hair wondering what had just happened? As his brain caught up to reality two thoughts came to the front of his mind, and he voiced them aloud.
“I have a date tonight.” He paused, then half-smiled, half-groaned.
“Hazel will NEVER let me live this down.”
