i don’t have a diagnosis of anything and i’m not really sure where this is coming from, but have other people experienced motion sickness just. getting worse?

i’ve gotten car sick for years, but maybe 2 years go i had an extreme bout of vertigo or fatigue (i don’t know both a doctor and pt couldn’t figure out what was wrong) that lasted over a month until i got covid and had to sleep for a week

since then i’ve noticed my motion sickness has been worse. initially it was not doing well with video games with moving cameras after some time, but now i can barely look back and forth on spreadsheets that are heavily populated with numbers before i get incredibly nauseous for hours

i don’t even know if i’m asking for advice or trying to find people who’ve experienced this or just complaining but it makes me feel incredibly awful and both pathetic and useless which i know aren’t true but it’s taking me DAYS to get through an incredibly simple task and it’s taking a toll
