To the people saying it's too late to make byler canon in s5: Jopper became canon in s4. It's not too late. Byler has been building up since the start, they're relationship has always been vital and the reason we feel it might be to late is cause Will and Mike haven't been mcs on the last 2 seasons. S5 Will is back as the protagonist he's always been and, with how they left off milkshake and El's journey for independence, it's now or never. Byler either becomes endgame and the narrative pays off as it should, or the people with control of what happens in stranger things are a bunch of pieces of shit that are bad at their job. I personally like to go for the first option, but at the end of the day we can all agree, the story only makes sense if Byler is THE COUPLE. Stranger Things has always been about the supernatural, the relationship between Mike and Will and El's forming her own identity. That was the focus on s1, and if they really plan on bringing it all back as they say, that's what we're gonna get!

One time I ate probably way too many mushrooms and I could feel my trip going bad. So, I turned to my roommate and I said something along the lines of,

"I feel amazing but I feel like this sensation has a price and I'm about to pay it."

I'm a huge Jancy shipper (Jargyle, also), but I think the Duffers missed the opportunity to give Jonathan Byers a punk girlfriend.

Jonathan loves The Clash and likely has a good knowledge about their music (him having Will listening to The Clash gave me this idea), and I'm positive he knows other punk/goth artists as well.

Imagine

If we had this female character that's all combat boots, combat jacket, spikes, crazy hair and rough make up that just happens to be parked somewhere (waiting for a friend maybe), blasting punk music at insane volume and Jonathan sees her.

i went to a tiny counterserve diner once and accidentally poured sugar instead of salt all over my hashbrowns and was eating them sadly anyways. the waitress took them away and started making me another one and I tried to protest, but she just snorted and said "we're not catholic here". now every time i'm doing something painful out of obligation i think about how that is not repenting, this body is not a catholic establishment, there is no nobility in suffering.
