今日の お弁当 は、とうもろこしごはん。

義母から、美味しいとうもろこしをもらったので、さっそくお弁当に！

ウィンナーと玉葱と一緒にバターライスにしました。

前日に具材はバターで炒めておいて

味付けは塩胡椒にちょっとだけ醤油も足して。

朝炊き��がったご飯と混ぜて盛り付けるだけ。

朝が苦手だから極力前日仕込み‥

くつろぎ茶屋 あかね雲

今年の2月23日にopenした古民家カフェ。お店の雰囲気も優しくて居心地も良かったです。同伴した母も気に入っていました。

"あかね雲のお昼ごはん(daily lunch)"は今のご時世ありがたいことに900円(tax included) この日のメインは塩サバでしたが、綺麗に火が通っていて、ふんわりしっとり🐟

散歩の後はクールダウンに名もなき小さなケーキ店へ👣

因みに母もここのスイーツが大好き。

お店の人は全員老若男女大��迎してくれますが、母は初訪問です笑

間借り店の頃はバルの雰囲気に怖気づき、今度はお洒落な雰囲気に怖気づいていましたが、今日はこのフラッピンス欲しさについにお店に入りました笑

店員さんも母を大歓迎で迎え入れてくれ、食べているときにもパティシエの土川さんが挨拶に来てくれました。たぶん今度から一人ででも訪問できると思います笑

右はピスターシュ・ショコラ🍫

*間借り店の頃は半円のシルエットでしたが、移転したらフロマージュ・ブラン(チーズケーキ)同様お色直しされました。そして明日も別件で近くまで行くのでカヌレの予約を入れました笑
