finally got to see my friend after work! i picked up food and ice cream for us on the way there, changed into my pajamas as soon as i arrived, and we finally watched the golden bachelor finale while i got such such good snuggles from her dog

she also gave me the hanukkah gift she had mentioned, which was a really nice keychain with the kraken logo!! i don't have a keychain and it makes her nuts lol as soon as i opened it she took it back to attach it to my car key on, and i love it!!!

i also got my holiday card from @dearmrsawyer!!!!! i have been so excited for it to arrive, and it is here!!!!!!! and it has a very nice note inside that immediately made me burst into tears because i love jamila so much and i am so glad she is in my life. she she also sent me some very cool stickers, including some underwater animals and a very cool kraken sticker!!!! feeling very grateful for my friends today 💚💚

and now i am home and showered and snuggled up in bed and ready to watch some hockey!!!!!!!

Sometimes I stop and think about how much the MGS story fucked with my feelings and how often I get stuck thinking about its messages and I haven't played it, I've just watched videos and then I remember that we have this neighbor called Death Stranding which is technically a baby next to MGS. Can I stand it? This time I'm driving the vehicle, following every step, believing that I know where the story is going to take me but the creator certainly has a lot of things to throw in my face.
