If not, sorry. Please feel free to send this again with more detail on which thing you mean to refresh my terrible memory.

And speaking of terrible memory, I have to admit that the name did not ring any bells until I did a google image search, and once I did, my first instinct was, of course, just to go with Lexa (or a Lexa derivative ) because how good was she in that role. Then I dug a little deeper and found out she was also in the Walking dead (or one of them, anyways. Zombies aren't really my thing, but I think the original series has spun off as many spin-offs as undead), and despite knowing nothing about her character there, it was enough to send me leaning yet again towards the warrior/bad-ass spectrum of characters.

And while I've never felt I was particularly good at writing those types of characters (it's one of the reasons I took as long as I did to add Santana to my roster, both here and elsewhere), there is certainly no doubt that she would fit that role admirably.

But, since the point of this prompt is to create a character, and I feel an abundance of need to 'prove' my creative chops right now, I continued to scroll through the search results (oh what a hardship on my first day back) until I found this picture:

Which for reasons I can't quite pin down gave me very strong Wanda Maximoff vibes. And yes, I know, The Scarlet Witch is hardly a departure from Badass, Post-Apocalyptic Warrior-Queen/Zombie Slayer. But these particular vibes are more early Episodes of WandaVision than, well, any other part of Wanda's timeline. So more Domestic vibes than Uber-Powerful Witch, with a touch of 'retired' super-hero (a la Elastigirl in the first Incredibles movie).

Regardless, the above photo had me leaning less towards Wanda or Elastigirl, and more towards a more general MCU-ish verse. Black Widow (Scarlett or Florence) ish, with maybe a dash of Aunt May and/or Laura Barton; someone with the skillset and experience to hold their own in a fight (and then some), but who's given up the life to focus on family (by blood or marriage, or just someone they've taken in after a mission gone wrong).

But still, that was more a hodge-podge of existing characters than something wholly new, so I kept scrolling. And then I came across this image:

Which, again, for reasons I can't quite pin down gave me some serious 'Model' vibes. But rather than start me off down a separate path of inspiration, this path turned back to the first. After all, what better cover for a would-be spy/secret agent than one where world travel was a given, where showing up at gatherings of the rich and powerful wouldn't raise any eyebrows, etc.

So giving in to what the Universe was clearly trying to tell me, I present to you Alexis Dawes:

- Pertenecer a una familia de alto estatus económico siempre le brindo lo mejor y se acostumbró a eso. Aprendió a ser caprichosa desde una temprana edad, a sabiendas que con un par de quejas y un ceño fruncido conseguiría lo que quisiera. A pesar de su actitud siempre cumplió las expectativas, se amoldó con sencillez a cualquier cosa que su familia impusiera. Deportes, idiomas, clases de etiquetas, y demás son las cosas que se encuentran en su eterna lista de conocimiento. Estaba a la altura, y siempre podía crecer un poco más para superarse a sí misma. 

 - Pero la verdad es que nunca hizo esas cosas por sí misma, siempre las hacia porque alguien más le decía. En el pico de su adolescencia fue cuando intento poner fin a esto. Los ceños fruncidos que traían los caprichos eran reemplazados por gritos y portazos, llegar a los horarios que tenía permitido se transformaron en mentiras tras mentiras para explicar el por qué habia llegado tarde a casa. Y la lista puede continuar. Pero su as bajo la manga era que siempre mantenía todo bajo control, sus notas perfectas, sus actividades intactas, y una sonrisa reluciente que te haría creer que era la mejor hija. 

 -Detestó tener que mudarse a Francia, en su momento la noticia le cayó fatal e hizo saber desde el momento uno cuan desconforme estaba. Por un momento considero en separarse de la familia y quedarse en estados unidos, pero por presión (y unas cuantas amenazas de por medio) de su padre termino acompañándolos. En Europa terminó la carrera que tan feliz haría a sus padres: relaciones internacionales. En vez de festejar lo único que hizo fue entregarles su diploma y anotarse en otra carrera como nuevo gesto de rebeldía. Se negaba a ejercer algo que no quería y vivir una vida mediocre e infeliz. Mientras tanto, los pequeños gestos rebeldes continuaron algunos a espaldas de sus progenitores y otros que alardeaba con felicidad. 

 Tw: mención de drogas/alcohol y accidente automovilístico. - Durante los últimos años consiguió un buen empleo a medio tiempo que le permitió ahorrar dinero y continuar estudiando. Hace un año, manipulando a sus padres de una forma u otra (y tras muchos meses de minucioso trabajo), logro mudarse sola a un buen apartamento en Paris. Pero la libertad le duro poco. Cinco meses atrás sufrió un accidente automovilístico tras salir de una fiesta. Las pruebas de sangre muestran que tanto ella como su grupo de amigos habían ingerido alcohol y otras substancias. Obviamente la familia puso una gran cantidad de dinero en los medios para que no saliera a la luz que la hija del embajador de estados unidos era una irresponsable. Pero el peor precio lo pago con una perdida de memoria. Se quedó completamente en blanco, sin ser capaz de siquiera reconocer a sus hermanos. Sus padres aprovecharon eso para intentar lo que tantos años no pudieron: volver a ponerla en la vía correcta y convertirla en la hija modelo. 

 -Actualmente volvió a vivir con su familia, dejando su apartamento completamente vacío y lleno de recuerdos a los cuales no tiene acceso. Debido al accidente dejó a medias su nueva carrera de marketing y también perdió el empleo a medio tiempo que tenía en una pequeña agencia de comunicación. Su progenitor, esta considerando empezar a llevarla a sus reuniones más importantes con la excusa de que ‘le hara bien’ y ‘le resultara intersante’. Realmente solo busca encontrar una posible mano derecha en esta nueva version de su hija que puede amoldar a su gusto.

The Canadian children, or at least the middle two, have always been, what can only be described as "too chill for their parents' liking". Where most royalty is excepted to acta and dress a certain way, Emma and her older brother Hunter, always seemed more interested in cozy intimate locations and comfy clothes. Of course, there were times when dress code and attendance was mandatory, and Emma almost always found herself gravitating to the elder Canadian. She took solace and comfort in her brother's presence.

With that said, if one of them was more social, it was definitely the younger of the two. Sometimes Emma worried about how much time Hunter liked to spend alone. Truly, she couldn't judge it, but there were plenty of places to go and friends to make outside of the royal court, so she usually did her best to at least drag him out of his room once a week.

That is, when she wasn't off gallivanting around with Luce. Lucille O'Rourke was something of a kryptonite to the girl. It had been almost a decade that she'd known her and in those 10 years they'd broken up and gotten back together more times than anyone could count. How one person could be both so enthralling and enraging was beyond Emma. Yet, some of her fondest memories were of being lost in some foreign country, not knowing the language, but tangled up with Luce laughing about something ridiculous she'd done earlier that day.

Ultimately though, Emma's worry wort tendencies always catch up with her and the constant stress of assuming she'll hear about Luce dead in a ditch somewhere leads to another fight and they call it quits again. Some might call it a toxic relationship, Emma usually just chalks it up to fate and a magnetic pull the woman subconsciously holds over her.

Being in Thailand will give her the opportunity to rekindle things, though if that's for the best or not remains to be seen.
