I have really good news!

So my brother has had a bump in his nose since, forever, and it’s been affecting him all his life. Like the way he smells things and the way he breathes.

Well, he finally got it removed a week ago, and now he can breathe normally! I kid you not, he couldn’t stop talking about how weird and amazing everything smelled now. Eating a Snickers was literally a whole new experience for him, and he tried to eat a burger but the smell of the pickles was too overwhelming for him (there’s obviously some downsides). And he kept going on about how when he breathes now he can actually feel it going down his nose and into his lungs and that it was such a weird feeling.

It’s such a relief for him that his bump in his nose is finally gone, especially after 15 YEARS of just having to LIVE WITH IT.

Anyway I’m super happy for him, and I hope he’ll get used to having this whole new sense soon.
