The hate for season 3 of Bridgerton is just reeking of fatphobia. Penelope is a gossip and petty, yes, those are her flaws. Each season the main leads have had serious flaws, Simon was consumed with hate so much so that he was self-destructive in a way that almost took Daphne with him. Daphne was so stubborn in her anger that she raped her husband to prove a point. Anthony never processed his grief and therefore controlled his family so much they hated him. Kate was self-righteous and had a martyr complex. And Colin we know is childish and has a hero complex. But the only person I'm seeing hate for is Penelope and how she doesn't deserve to be happy or have a good season. Like WTF? It's a romance show and the only real difference between this season and the last 2 is that the main lady is plus sized and getting her man. Ugh, hate Penelope if you want but don't act like every other character is without fault on the show. I'll get off my soapbox now.

So according to Jess Brownell there will also be a Demi Lovato song in the 2nd part of season 3 and she said she listened to it while writing a certain scene (which one we don't know yet). Now, I like solving mysteries. So I browsed through Spotify and listened to a lot of her songs and/or read the lyrics.

What if the song that's being used is "Lionheart"?

Since it could be that Colin and Penelope might have to "fight" some external "forces" (Queen Charlotte, Cressida or who knows who else) regarding the whole LW reveal/situation, the lyrics would be quite fitting to such a scenario and to Polin as a couple I think.

Another tiny detail about this song: there's the following line in the lyrics:

"...And we walk together into the light..."

And what's the title of episode 8? "Into the Light"

But that's probably just me reading way too much into things...

Anyway, I'm EXCITED for this season!!

I lowkey think we're gonna get Agatha and Thomas Bridgerton in the same pregnancy.

This is mainly a thought because of Portia's "I am a mother" speech to Jack. The one that goes that the first Featherington daughter who has a son inherits the Featherington title.

From the books we know Penelope has Agatha first and then Thomas, well they already made Amelia into Auggie for plot reasons. So I'm kinda suspecting Agatha and Thomas are gonna have a closer birthday now.

If they do go this route I want Thomas to be the surprise baby. Like we get hints that Portia's side of the family has had twins before by some off handed comment here or there.

Then when Penelope gets pregnant she writes off her larger pregnancy belly as just her bigger size in general. When she goes into labor you just hear her mutter about it being too early. Everyone is confused because the baby came early. You can see Penelope slowly piecing the puzzel together (pregnancy brain).

She gives birth to little Agatha. Colin announces his daughter to the family. We get a closeup of Portia's face who only looks resigned.

Then Penelope feels the need to push agsin and thats when it hits her that there is another baby.

Much to Portia's shock the daughter she has written off is the one who births her first grandson.

Little surprise baby Thomas Bridgerton is born and Penelope inherits the title.
