Do you think that the Lamb knew they were the last, or did they learn that horrible truth right before they were beheaded during the Bishops speech. Do you think they started off being a bearer of the red crown with so much rage knowing that the Bishops wiped out their entire race over a stupid prophecy

Do you think they enthusiastically took the one who waits deal just so they could get revenge on the Bishops. And then they got to know each other and learn they both hold grudges against the Bishops. The Lamb learns that the one who waits used to be a bishop, and was betrayed and imprisoned by the others. They learn his true name, Narinder. Then the time comes for his freedom, and the Lamb refuses to give his life for it. Because then they wouldn't see Narinder freed. They will rip the chains off of their Narinder themselves if they have too. They will be free Together. TOGETHER

Shamura's confession

A dialogue-only look into Shamura's redemption, and how deep forgiveness can go.

“Absolve me, My Lamb, for I have sinned…” They say.

From the other side, came the Lamb’s voice, amused. “Speak and be heard…” 

“My sins are old, thousand years old…” Their hands come forward and join in prayer.

“I’m sure you can find forgiveness, you have time, don’t you?” It’s an opportunity, not a gift.

“...That I do…” They will take it

“What are your sins, then?”

“I forsaken a brother, a brother whom I loved…” It’s true

“Why did you do that?”

“...Fear, ignorance… He was becoming powerful, breaching barriers I never thought possible, and I was afraid.” It’s a partial truth, a dodgy thing.

“I see… You should seek your brother, redeem yourself…” 

“There’s more, my Lamb…” It’s hesitant, their hands tighten.

“Speak, and you shall be heard.”

“Because of that fear, tha ignorance, I cast an entire race to death…”

Silence…

“I regret it, My lamb… I shall spend the rest of my life in regret.” It’s true, raw and painful like venom… But venom for whom?

“So you shall…”

Shamura is my fav bishop, they say some really cute stuff to my lamb in-game.

I wanted to make something cute between Shamura and Narinder but I chose to post this first, hope it was worthy.
