I wonder what would be stardust reaction to reader who look like a regular cookie but is actually a star who got a physical form just like him?🤔

Summary: Y/N confesses to Stardust Cookie that they were also a star the whole time, Stardust Cookie is nothing but relieved!

Y/N sat in front of Stardust Cookie, their heart felt heavy but what they were going to say needed to be said. “Stardust Cookie.” They spoke “Yes, love?” He responded, “Remember when we first got together and we made a promise to keep no secrets?” They asked. Stardust Cookie nodded, a bit nervously, just what did Y/N have to say? Y/N took a deep breath “I’ve prolonged telling you this for long enough, Stardust Cookie, we are one and the same. I am a star too! I just never told you because I was worried about how you would react. I was afraid you’d be upset with me for not telling you in the first place or for not joining you in the vastness of space much sooner.”.

Stardust Cookie’s perfect blue eyes widened, how could that be?! For the longest time he thought he was the only one but now his beloved Y/N says that they too were born of stardust?

Y/N sat there in silence, awaiting their boyfriend’s response, they knew he would be in shock and maybe feel a mix of other emotions too. It isn’t every day you’re told that you were never truly alone all this time! And while it can be a relieving thing to hear it can also break one’s world view, some people like to revel in being alone and like to feel as if they’re special. Maybe he was the same way?

Stardust Cookie wrapped his arms around Y/N, they weren’t expecting it but they reciprocated the surprise hug, he smiled feeling their skin against his. “Y/N?” “Yeah?” “You have no idea how happy you’ve made me, not only did you keep a promise that meant the world to me but you also told me something that I needed to hear for the longest time! That I’m not alone, I’m not the only one! That my struggles are shared, that even with everything I go through there will always be someone who feels my pains! And above all else I’m glad that it’s you who I share these experiences with! I love you so much, thank you for telling me!”

Y/N’s cheeks felt warm, who knew that Stardust Cookie had such a way with words? And honestly they were glad too, they used to feel just like him, they used to feel completely cold and alone in the void people call space. They squeezed him back tighter “You’re welcome, I love you too!”.
