HOW VIOLETTA AND SL CHARACTERS PLAY THE SIMS (+ their favorite sims games)

This is a very important post. I am more than qualified for it.

Violetta, Francesca and Naty are in the same category because they'll play the sims in the same way: Big happy families. Barely any drama at all. Just sims getting married, having children, raising them, repeat. They all have epic family trees that they have spent time and effort on. They don't have a specific sims game, they love them all (well, except for Sims 1, as it's harder to really have babies there than it is in other sims games). They love how the sims 2 focuses so much on families and generations, they love the generations expansion pack in the sims 3, and all the family aspects in the sims 4 too.

Ludmila goes the opposite route: The more drama and angst, the better. Every time her sims are slightly happy, she'll ruin it for them. Everyone breaks up, people die easily, it's just always some sim crying. I think she likes the sims 3 the most due to the open world and how the sims can live their own lives while she goes and meddle with it. She also likes the pre-established dramas in the sims 2 with the premades, and the fact that Sims 2 has a "create own neighbourhood" option, so you can create an entire community with just your own sims. Supernovaville is an iconic place she has made.

Camila loves making stories. She doesn't particularly have a favorite sims game, but she does love being in control, so she does love how Sims 2 have the thing of "family is paused when you play another family". However, she does really like the sims 3, most of all due to the 70s-80s-90s-stuff pack. She also does like Sims 4. She has had many epic stories of her sims, and following her telling people about them is like following the most confusing telenovela. It's so the point where she has dedicated entire neighbourhoods after sims. Once she even liked a sim so much she made a cult that worshipped the sim after their death, having their urn in the middle of an attic as the worshippers gathered around.

Leon and Maxi love to play with mods and cheats. They know every cheat to man and thinks mods make the games much more interesting. Their favorite game is the sims 4, as they have the most recent mods there.

The other Violetta characters don't really play the sims. Andres tried once and got scared because his sim died, and he felt so bad about it he never touched the game again.

Luna loves the Sims 3 the most, and that is most of all because of the color wheel and create a style-option. She loves having sims with funny genes like purple hair, and picking any color or pattern she wants on anything in the game. She also, of course, loves the open world, and have multiple times forgotten to take care of her sims' needs because she's busy exploring the world they live in - zoom in on the smallest details, always go "ooh, what's that? Who's that?". Her sims are exhausted because she forces them to go to random places all the time to explore, forgetting to let them eat or sleep. She is however, kind of sad you can only roller skate at a rink and not out in the open.

Ámbar I think rarely creates her own sims, she just likes to be in charge of the ones already created, and guide them on their way. This is why she loves the Sims 2 the most - in there, she can be the most in control, as the premades already have pre-established backstories. For better or for worse, she is here to fix or mess up all the premades lives. She only creates her own family when she wants to test something out or wants to spice up the life of the already existing families.

Jazmin loves the Sims 4 the most and downloads too much CC to make her sims more beautiful. Her game is corrupted and her computer storage is full with all the CC she has.

Yam also likes the Sims 3 the most due to the create a style and the color wheel (designer gurl at heart). She also goes around making sims gay. You bet that, when the Into the Future expansion pack came, she immediately took all her gay sims to the future so they could have biological children at the hospital there. Oh, also she loves to make sure her sims reach level 10 of their careers and fulfill their lifetime wishes, because she's a perfectionist when it comes to the Sims.

Nina always plans ahead what she wants to do with her sims. She creates the perfect house for them, plan out their futures immediately... only problem is when the sims disobey her, or when she grows bored... but she genuinely feels bad about abandoning families or start new save files. She likes the Sims 3 and 4 the most, as there, households can take care of their own when you play with another household. So she has just neighbourhoods filled with created sims she has left for a new family, so she just lets them grow on their own, and then she can come back when she wants to fix them again.

Jim and Delfi both just spam motherlode and make their sims move into the biggest houses, play with them for a solid day and then grow bored, abandoning the household and start a new save file the next day. Only difference is that Jim feels sad about it and sometimes have tried to keep playing with a household to "not make her sims sad". Neither of them have a preference for a Sims game though.

Simón has no Sims preference, he just likes to make his sims do the weirdest shit possible just for giggles. A family full of people in hot dog suits? Typing testingcheatsneabled true and change random sims passing by in CAS, where he has changed their age, gender, or just their clothes? Purposely making people get abducted by aliens? Just trying to find every strange thing or npc there is? He seeks for the weirdness and the Sims games provide it.

Ramiro only plays the Sims 1, because, in his words, nothing can top it. So he has so fun adventures there. He does like that sims can randomly freestyle in the Sims 2, though.

Matteo and Gastón both love to build houses, but playing with households? Nah, not as much. So they just build and build, then they're done. They like the Sims 4 the most though, as they can release their creations in the gallery for others to have use of.

Emilia we don't even wanna talk about what she does when playing... just saying, when whatever Sims game she plays, she loves the woohoo option... yeah, all her sims are sl*ts

The other SL characters don't really play the Sims.

okay bestie did you watch the daisy jones and the six show on prime video? and i’m abt to day a spoiler so if you haven’t then don’t look but did you like how camilla cheated on billy with eddie? it wasn’t in the book but i thought it was a cool addition bc it kinda showed camilla sticking up for herself and giving billy a taste of his own medicine.

i am like the biggest djats fan so YES you know i did!! i liked it too but while i know a lot of people see it as a big change from the book i definitely don’t!! i get that having her cheat with eddie is more drama but people tend to forget that it is HEAVILY implied by the book that camilla cheated on billy with gary eagan, her first love. billy says she told him that she was meeting gary for lunch, but then was gone for much longer. billy claimed he suspected more happened because “no one eats lunch for four hours” but that it didn’t bother him because of the trust and love they had in their relationship. he trusted that she was doing what she needed for herself but would come back to him, the same way it never intensely concerned camila that billy had feelings for daisy (only that her addiction was dangerous)

it’s actually probably my least favorite change in the show that they drastically changed the billy/camilla relationship and put so much nonexistent anger into it, removing all the respect and devotion they had towards each other. it’s very very complicated to parse through and i am very tired right now but it lowkey makes my blood boil! 😋 because i have such normal feelings about these people who are not even real

also sorry, this got so off topic. i totally agree camilla ended billy in that scene and looked hot as fuck while she did it (also billy’s angry chopstick tapping is ICONIC)

Oh We're Luvin' this Fit

Camila Cabello dropped her newest single alongside a music video earlier this week, I LUV IT featuring Playboi Carti. She's been teasing it all over her socials for a while now as she enters this new era for her upcoming new album. Read on to be able to recreate some of the outfits seen in the music video!

Opening the music video with the phrase, having her cake and eating it too, we see Camila teasing this new era of hers as her villain/rebel era. Next, she appears to be in a hospital waiting room with an arrow through her heart. We see her getting hurt multiple times but yet pulling through.

Throughout the music video, we see her trying to build strength to break through her mistakes and not take any more nonsense.

Now let's recreate outfit one where she walks into a bedroom and then proceeds to air shoot towards the bed in this iconic pink set.

Our sources were able to find the exact top Camila wears in the video, it is so iconic!

Though we were still looking for the exact shorts our sources did their best to find something very similar to the set's shorts.

Onto the next, is outfit two where she appears with Playboi Carti at the gasoline station. Another iconic scene from the music video since people on social media are doing the little choreography she did.

Starting off with a cardigan top. Similar to the music video, this dupe gives a little more pizzazz since we can put a personal spin on it.

Next the bottoms! We see Camila with baggy jeans, don't know the exact brand she's wearing but any baggy jeans would do the job. Our sources were able to find these.

Of course, let's not forget about the accessories. Camila had minimal on, which made it easier for them to pop out even more. Let's start off with the belt. She has on a triple heart belt buckle which we were able to source.

Pairing it with a simple silver necklace. Though it is simple it can go a long way with making the outfit come together.

Topping the outfit off with footwear. We see Camila rocking the classic Timbs.

That concludes it! Hoping all had fun and now have some inspiration in creating some of the outfits seen in the I LUV IT music video. Per usually, we recommend listening to Camila's new song which is so catchy!

The first draft of Book 1 of the TOH HP AU is Done!

(with the exception of 2 bonus chapters)

To celebrate, I am sharing MORE of my favorite out of context moments!

Eda rolled her eyes. “I’ll open them for you. Like I do every year." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------Long ago, a former principal of Hexside had burned down the tree in which the Beebler elves lived and baked their magically delicious cookies and forced them to live and work in the Hexside kitchens instead. But the clever elves had united and went on strike until their demands—compensation for damages to their home tree including expenses for the construction of a new home tree, living wages, paid time off including unlimited paid sick leave, a four-day 30-hour work week, retention of all rights to their secret recipes, plus overtime pay and a generous retirement package—were met. In return, they would continue to work in the Hexside kitchens and would not murder anyone in their sleep with butcher knives. True socialist icons. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------The Beebler Elves took it all with surprising grace and answered their questions eagerly, and then gave the kids advice on forming labor unions in their own workplaces. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ “That’s great,” Camila cringed and pulled her hand away. “Please get away from me before I call the police.” The strange woman smiled and twirled away. “Drugs,” Camila muttered and got in her car. The encounter made her think of her brother. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ “That’s the last time I trust a fifth year with a C in their main track classes.” ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ “Unless you’re suggesting I take them out for a flight on Owlbert and drop them somewhere?”

“The reward, Eda! Think of the reward!” King chided.

Eda shrugged. “They’ll be fine. They can fly!” ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- “Beautiful babies!” They hissed in disgust. “Hideous, horrible bat babies!" ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- “It’s so messy!” Gus observed bluntly. Willow nudged him chidingly. “Well, it is! What am I supposed to say? ‘What a nice room you have, Miss Eda! The massive nest really brings it all together!’?” ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ “There’s also bobs,” Smaska added, pulling a tiny white coin out of thin air. “Twenty bobs to a bit. Bobs are the ones with a Bob on them.” She handed the coin to Luz. Engraved into the coin was the face of a person who did indeed look very much like a Bob. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

“My papa said they used corporal punishment at Glandus,” Willow murmured. “Thumbscrews.”

“I don’t have thumbs!” Hooty announced, his face appearing over Amity’s shoulder so suddenly that Amity started and accidentally punched him.

“I sent a crow to my dad to ask what they did for detention when he was a student at Hexside, but all he said was ‘wait and see’,” Gus moaned. “You don’t think they’d actually torture us? That’s illegal…right?”

“Eda says I am a torture device. I could torture you if you like,” Hooty offered. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Oh, yeah. There were witch-eating monsters in the woods. Luz had forgotten about that. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ “Keep talking like that, Triops, and you’ll be the first student to get detention during detention,” Eda muttered darkly.

“Deten-ception!” Luz murmured. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ “Farewell, my favorite demonic liege!” Luz sighed dramatically.

“Goodbye, my favorite loyal subject!” King returned, pressing an overwrought claw to his bony brow.

Eda pulled a disgusted face at their theatrics. “Geez, we’re going to see each other again in like an hour, two hours tops.” ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ "Don’t kill each other, you crazy kids. That makes paperwork for me.” ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ King could be reasoned with, though. Failing that, he could be bribed with snuggles, sweets, and adulation.

Luz cleared her throat and spread her arms out, plastering the sweetest smile she could generate onto her face. (And since she was Luz Noceda, that was like instant diabetic coma levels of sweetness.) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ “Hoot hoot! What’s this? Children out of bed?”

“It’s okay, Hooty, we’re on a mission!” Luz assured him.

“Oh, in that case…have fun! Don’t get caught! Hoot hoot!” ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ “How are we able to see if our eyes are invisible?” Amity’s voice inquired from Luz’s left once they were in the stairwell.

“What?” Gus’s voice whispered back.

“It’s how vision works – light hits our eyes and that’s how we see. But if we’re invisible, light isn’t hitting our eyes so how can we see?”

Gus was silent, most likely pondering an answer to Amity’s conundrum. At least, Luz figured he must be, because she certainly was. “Uh…magic?” Gus’s voice answered at length. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Willow shifted sheepishly. “Well, if I recall correctly…it, um, likes to dissolve its prey with acid…”

Ah, that would explain the tingling. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ “What do you think’s down there?” Amity whispered.

“Only one way to find out,” Luz said, and shoved Amity into the pit. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ “Wow, lucky this cushion pillow thing was here!” Gus remarked.

“You pushed me!” Amity squealed in outrage.

“Well, I did warn you,” Luz returned with a shrug. She was vaguely aware of a tingly feeling where her body touched the cushion, but she paid it little heed.

“You—When?” Amity spluttered.

Luz offered her a cheeky grin. “You said, ‘what’s down there?’ and I said, ‘only one way to find out.’ The only way to find out was to go down there.” ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ "Too bad none of us know any healing spells.”

“Um, speak for yourself, Gustamo,” Luz returned. “But I was present for the healing unit in Magic 101 last semester.”

“Do you remember any healing spells?”

Luz opened her mouth to reply before closing it again when she realized she didn’t. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ “I wonder if this is a trial.”

“What, see how many stairs you can climb?” Amity snickered. “Not much of a trial.”

“Well, I don’t know about you, Blight, but I’ve never been what one could call ‘athletically inclined’,” Luz returned. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ A badge on her arm bore the nine pointed star and triangle symbol, while a badge on the left side of her chest bore the heart and castle symbol. On the inside of her right wrist, she had what appeared to be a small tattoo of the nine-pointed star and triangle symbol. She must really love her job, Luz surmised. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Hooty was present as well, wailing and sobbing profusely. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ King wrapped his paws around Luz’s neck. “No! I’m never letting go! She’ll have to take me home with her!”

Luz and Eda shared fond smiles over the top of his head. “Now, come on, King, she lives in the Magbob realm. Do you really want to live there?” Eda said gently.

King cocked his head to think about it for a moment, before he pulled a grimace of disgust. “Yeah, ew, no.” He jumped out of Luz’s arms. “I’ll see you in Cryptember, Luz!”
