Writing my Redemption!Lute Au has been on my to-do list since the episode Welcome to Heaven so I’m praying I can finally make this happen and I hope that I don’t succumb to the perfectionist inside of me because I do think having Lute redeem herself is an interesting angle that I doubt the canon would ever follow.

Also it’s an excuse to make a slow burn Emilute fic and I’d eat dirt for any Emilute content.

Here’s a digital coloured sketch spread of pikmin doddles that I made throughout a few weeks and play around with different brushes and effects.

Also I saw a reblog of my moss doddle, saying how Olimar wife would annoyed at first but warm up to Moss very quickly. I mean of course they would she and Moss have a special connection they kinda similar in a way they both are sweet yet fierce and they care deeply for Olimar and honestly they both wish he just take a break and go on holiday with his family. Also I love the idea of Moss helping her with the kids and shopping. :3

(Another headcanon for Primrose aka Olimars wife is she find it very hard when Olimar leaves for months on end for work and being a single mum for their kids while he away, she gets lonely and sometimes get frustrated by Olimar leaving for so long. She understand that he doing for them but can’t help bit be a sad sometimes, she him misses so much.)

My favourite doddle is the one with Louie and the blue pikmin at night and the one I put the most effect into, also I love the idea of Louie taken in the beauty of Pnf 404 and despite how dangerous it is it has calm peaceful relaxing air to it. I see why Louie like Pnf 404 beside the nearly dying multiple time bit ha ha.

it's 2023 and i'm still bitter about how kuroshitsuji, a complex slow burn mystery manga, got absolutely massacred by its shitty semi-episodic shota/fujobait anime adaptation

#like yeah the manga could be a bit questionable in the earlier parts (cough corset scene cough comedic relief grelle + soma & agni cough) #but almost all of that got retconned once yana toboso was allowed to have more creative freedom over her work #(and her editor's interference is something we Know had a p drastic effect on the series bc it Literally Gave Us Grelle (toboso wanted to #have a female jack the ripper but her editor said that if she did then she would've had to be working w a man. so in response toboso #decided that madam red's partner in crime would be as effeminate as possible so grelle was created in the vein of buffalo bill and then #only in her next appearance a few arcs later when the book of murder arc was over and done with was she acknowledged to be a trans woman #not the best situation for girlie overall but the manga started treating her much better over time + she slayed) #but the anime was on a whole different level s1 Literally ended while teasing a kiss between a grown adult and a 12 year old #and then s2 just made up random bullshit including a brand new 14 year old to ship bait w adults #and it doesn't help that whenever the series comes up everyone in the surrounding area becomes 50x more susceptible to false info #(see: undertaker's real name being shared around on an image that's literally watermarked by a TUMBLR HEADCANONS BLOG) #so there's a p decent subset of ppl who believe it was originally meant to be a yaoi (rumor that began from the same hc blog) #or that yana toboso is a shotacon (pr.osh.ippers on twt made that one up to try and win arguments) #i want the series to get the fmab treatment w a shiny new anime made by some1 other than a-1 pictures #bc we've seen what happens when they try and adapt the arcs that came out after they committed to the random bullshit plots of s1-2 #in the form of the book of murder circus & atlantic ovas. which are excessively plain and just streamlined disconnected and heartless #renditions of the manga arcs which will make no sense to anyone who hasn't already read it. they're like ufotable's fate route ova but at #least that has higher production values and is somewhat visually interesting #romeo.txt

#my art #artists on tumblr #I cannot accept that it has been 5 years already #I know covid messed with everyone’s sense of time but it simultaneously feels so much longer and so much shorter than that #exactly five years ago I was holding onto my mom for dear life and sobbing as we watched lilo and stitch together #not the best movie to watch when you’ve just lost your first ever pet you know #and then I cried myself to sleep at the next morning we never mentioned her again #I know it’s because it was way too painful for everyone involved. but I do wish I was allowed to process that grief properly #instead of bottling it up and pretending everything was okay until I was reminded of her #feeling like my heart was being shattered over and over again every single time #well anyway. enough of that. I’ve allowed myself a nice long cry today and got most of it out of my system #and once I was feeling okay I decided to draw her #and I can count the number of times I’ve drawn animals on one hand so.. I’m not too sure about the result #but it felt like to commemorate her in some way. #so yeah. here she is. my dear girl. the best dog in existence. she was always so affectionate and kind #which I didn’t always appreciate bc of how young I was. when you’re a kid it feels like pets will live forever #never barked. never bit anyone. her only crime was chewing on my mlp and lps toys that I left out on the floor #but I’m grateful she did that. it taught me not to leave my toys lying around and to clean up after myself #she really was taken from me way too soon. ideally she could still be alive right now. but I’ve been down the road of guilt and regret #there was nothing I could do. I was a child. I can only hope that she knew she was loved right until the very end #even if I didn’t know how to show it properly. and great. now I’m tearing up again #I suppose it’s unavoidable. April 12th will always be a melancholy day. and maybe that’s not such a bad thing #it’s good to have a day when I can freely remember her and cry if I need to. it’s healthy. it’s better than crying every day #she never liked it much when I cried. always tried to comfort me. that’s the kind of dog she was. #so for my job I have to go to a lot of crime scenes and talk with witnesses blah blah blah a lot of the time it’s in an unsafe area and I #I always try to do my job in a safe way managing the different factors like timing but I always get the work done #so much so that last week I was asked to go canvas an area I had already been to to canvas five other times for a murder and had seen drug #deals and robbery and fights and all that go on while I was there #and I brought up that it wasn’t a good time for us to be there we weren’t safe at that time and I was told I needed to suck it up and do #what was needed for the case #flash forward to a few minutes ago my supervisor came to talk to me about another case #for a murder that I had previously talked about being upset about because I had walked by the place it happened 20 minutes before the murder #and was told that it doesn’t bother anyone else and basically to suck it up #so for this case the attorney had gone to my supervisor and told him that she thinks I’m ineffective at my job and she believes I’m afraid #to go out on the scene for investigative work because I’m a white girl #and my supervisor came to tell me that he’s going to be working with me on my cases for the time being to go out into the field and locate #witnesses and so on to show her that it doesn’t bother me and I’m not afraid #which like honestly all around this is fucking ridiculous I have done this job for nearly two years I have gone to the #site of multiple murders I have gone to witnesses addresses #I have been inside victims homes to talk with them all of this all alone #and honestly that attorney is a fucking bitch who has humiliated me for having feelings about cases before so it’s infuriating but hardly #surprising but the fact that my supervisor thought this was a legit enough concern to now go with me on my cases and go through all the #steps I’ve done and everything I just feel so disrespected and not valued #last week I took last minute leave because the cases were bothering me too much and everyone was telling me I needed to get over it and it #doesn’t bother them which like sorry but I feel like having to see someone’s brains on the pavement is upsetting #and it feels like I’m being edged out because I have human feelings about our cases #even though I have done this work and done it well for two years #I’m just really sad and angry about it
