those cold, reserved, mocha eyes, fixated on the bravery of the flaxen who dared oppose her. believe it or not she felt n o t h i n g other than sheer adrenaline pumping through her veins. the way she was more powerful than anyone here. this side of her really brought out josie’s inner strength. emotions? they only make one weak, don’t they? little, sweet, innocent, fragile j o s i e  s a l t z m a n was no more ( thank god ) and replaced with what she thought to be an updated version. the version she always wanted to be, but was always afraid to unleash out of fear. and this josie was here to stay permanently. let’s face it, it’s every twin for themselves in the gemini coven and one of them was bound to kill the other eventually, they were like a ticking time bomb waiting to erupt on one another.  ❝   don’t act so surprised, it was only a matter of time before this happened, and we’re gemini twins we don’t get an easy way out, but ---- it’s not like she didn’t deserve it. with the way she treated you all, you should be thanking me.    ❞

what are your thoughts on the DarkJosie storyline?

Honestly? It was overrall disappointing.

Kaylee is... An outstanding actress. She vould have done so much more if only the writers would have given her a chance. Remember the moment Dark Josie wakes up in the cells and still tries to pretend she's Josie? Then when she understands everyone knows, there's this shift in demeanor? That's what I wanted for Dark Josie. Instead, they had her have dark veins, dark hair and a childish attitude.

My se ond point is, it was underdone. Dark Josie should have been a Villain. There was so much wasted potential, just to follow the stupid Malivore storyline.

I agree, The build up for DarkJosie had been magnificent and then they just fucked it up for me. They went for the alter ego in a theatrical way, instead of dealing with the ugly and heavy part of the situation, that it was all Josie. Like, Josie had been repressing these emotions for years and now she just can't hold them and pretend they dont exist anymore. Instead, they decided to do it theatrically. Again thank god that the "Art of Losing" fic is gonna make it right

I just really wanted this show to be serious for once. Yes, have your silly monsters and what not, but when it comes to your main characters, actually make an effort to dig in into the bad and the ugly.

I have to agree with that, it makes a lot of sense. Like now that Josie is finally back, she's obviously going to be extra cautious with her magic (that's why she put her powers into that coin) and if there's ever another situation that requires dark magic that one thing has the potential to cause Josie to spiral into that darkness again.
