I’m so glad you’re taking requests again! I love your writing. Reading your work always makes my day a little brighter 🥰 Could I please request some jealous/protective Fili headcanons leading to a first kiss? With she/her pronouns for the reader? I hope you’re having fun on your vacation!
Awwe thank you! And all we really need is some protective Fili being just a little bit stupid🥹 Also, this idea just seemed too good to be some headcanons, so I made a short fanfic. Hope you like it!
Everyone In The Room, Fili Durin
Fanfic, gn! reader
Very brief angst, turned to fluff
Word count: 1521
Tw: Not proofread hahahahha. Mentions of alcohol/drinking (no one is drunk though), confession time, some good old angst. It’s good for the soul. Smooching.
Summary: Fili never tot jealous. Until you spend a little too much time with someone he doesn’t know. And it leads him to confess some hidden feelings. Ones that you were too blind to see.
Tumblr media
Fili wasn’t usually the jealous type. Does he get annoyed at others when they pay a little bit too much attention to you? Sure. But jealous? No.
But this guy has been talking to you for quite some time now, and not once have you made a face to your best friend, signaling you wanted to be saved. And Fili did not want to interrupt your talk, as you seemed to sincerely enjoy it. But he could feel the heat rushing to his face as he watched your face smile brighter with every word the other guy spoke.
That was, until you finally met Fili’s eyes, and you hesitantly glanced to your companion. Finally seeing his chance, the dwarf marched up to the two of you, handing you his ale, which he lied to be yours. He made up a quick excuse of Thorin wanting to discuss something with you, and thankfully, the guy seemed to take the hint and walked off. Now it just left you with him.
“Thank you,” You mumbled, taking a swig of the drink in your hands, though you were fully aware it was his.
“The two of you seemed to enjoy yourselves.” The dwarf merely mumbled, placing one hand behind your back as to urge you to move forward, still following his lie.
You just scoffed in response, handing Fili back his ale.
“It started out as a fun conversation, but he kept asking about my love life.” You explained, rolling your eyes as you silently recounted his words.
“Oh yes, which is nonexistent.” The blonde mused in a low tone, still not amused.
You noticed his distant voice, and turned your head to look at him, frowning as you noticed his eyes were on the floor, while they were usually on you.
“Are you alright?” You asked, halting your steps, but Fili kept walking, his hand brushing against your back as he passed you.
Gawking after him, you blinked twice, before quickly following his steps.
“Fi?” You called.
The dwarf in question simply shook his head, as if to block out your words.
Blinking again in confusion, you placed your hand on his shoulder, not halting your steps.
“You know you can talk to me, right?” You tried, trying to look over his shoulder as to see his face. But he just seemed to pick up his pace.
“Mhm. As does everyone else, apparently.” He whispered under his breath, the words barely reaching you.
“Hey!” You called after him, trying to keep up with the speed. “Where are you going?”
“Not important.” He finally spoke aloud, roughly setting his ale down on a small table he passed in his rush.
With a frown, you neared him. Fili hasn’t been this agitated since Kili had filled his shoes with sand, which seemed to take years to get all of it out. He hadn’t shut you out like this, ever. So to say you were taken aback, would be an understatement. All you knew, was that he was obviously mad at you. Or annoyed at the least.
“Was it something I said?” You voiced your concerns, now grabbing the back of his tunic as you forced him to halt, his back colliding with the wall.
He looked at you, before looking at your hand, which slowly retreated. But he didn’t speak. And you took his absence of words as an answer to your question.
“It was something I said.”
“No, it's something I didn’t say.” He mumbled, his hand running to the bottom of his tunic as he toyed with the fabric.
“So what did I say?” You asked, not having catched his words. “What can I do?”
“Nothing.” He answered quickly, dropping his hands. “Give me some time, and I’ll figure it out again.”
He set his foot forward again, preparing to leave, but you shifted your place, now coming face to face with him.
“No,” You announced stubbornly. “I’m not letting you leave while you are upset, remember?”
His head fell down once more, and you sighed loudly, wanting nothing rather than to help your friend. And so, you reached up to his chin, forcing his head up and his eyes back on you.
“So, tell me what I did and tell me how we can fix it.”
Swallowing thickly, Fili shook his head. “We can’t,” He spoke. “And you didn’t do anything wrong.”
His eyes fell on the wall behind you, as if looking for a way out, but it was only you and him, and the doors that seemed to be too far away to run to.
“I despise this sometimes.” He confided through a whisper.
Your hand fell to his biceps, squeezing it in reassurance.
“Despise what?” You wondered.
Now looking back at you, he groaned deeply. “Your absolute blind eyes.”
Narrowing your eyes at him, you tried to determine whether he was being true, or if he was warning you before he’d dump his drunk all over you again. But his eyes appeared sincere.
“Every person in this pub has done nothing but stare at you the entire time, you could have everyone you want here. So why make this so difficult?” He ranted, finally breaking.
You chuckled mockingly, knowing his words were meant in good heart, it just fell into wrong ears.
“I didn’t fancy him!” You exclaimed, referring to the guy you were speaking with earlier. “I’m sorry, okay? I appreciate that you are concerned about my love life, but you-“
“I am not talking about him. I am talking about me.” He interrupted, his voice quick and low, but you heard him.
Confusion just seemed to like up as you swallowed your words, your voice dying on your tongue.
“I have been insanely in love with you since we first met and it is killing me that you cannot see it. So are you just playing a game with me, or are you truly blind?” Fili confessed, all his hidden words falling out at last, a heavy weight lifted off of his shoulders.
You were too stunned to respond to him, trying to find the right sentences to say, but they all seemed to vanish into thin air. And so you spoke the only words you could - stupidly - think of.
“Were you jealous?”
“Yes!” He answered gleefully, a long sigh escaping his mouth. “Thank you for noticing.”
But once more, all you did was stare at him, slowly processing his words. This dwarf, that you have been friends with for nearly as long as you could remember, was throwing his entire heart out in front of you, and you could not come to think of any words.
Every sentence he had spoken to you this night was rapidly running through you head, as you remembered the stare he had held on his face as he watched your entire encounter with the guy at the bar earlier. And so, you decided to speak up.
“I am not playing some game with you.” You whispered, your concerned attitude fading with the wind. “You just seem too good to be true.”
A shocked laugh escaped Fili’s mouth as he ran his fingers through his hair, before letting them fall down, holding them in front of you.
“I am.” He assured. “I am right here, so you either reject me now and we can forget all of this or you can take my hands and show everyone here that they can stop staring.”
Glancing at his hands, you considered your options. Though your decision was already clear in your mind, you needed to remind yourself of what was about to change. And how his hands looked completely different than the last hundred times you had held them. Because this time, they wouldn’t be held the same.
Yet, you took them, accepting his hold as he took a step closer to you. His eyes searched yours in a way they never had before, but frankly, the feeling wasn’t foreign.
“Anyone in there would be lucky to have someone like you.” He muttered, referring to the people in the busy pub. His hair fell down his face as he stared at you.
“But they won’t.” You spoke quietly, letting one hand trail up to his cheek as you gently cupped it.
Without any hesitation, the dwarf leaned towards you, his lips brushing over yours gently, before finally colliding. The hand that held his cheek now moved to the back of his neck, pulling him closer as his free hand held your waist.
Though the kiss was nowhere near everlasting, nor breathtaking, it was mesmerizing. And nearly everything you had imagined his lips would be like. The light scruff of his beard tickled your chin as his cold beads ran down your face. But it was pleasant, and simply unforgettable.
Slowly pulling away from him, you leaned your forehead against his, sighing contently.
“I cannot wait to do that again.” You shamelessly spilled, laughing slightly as you processed your words.
Fili laughed with you, his breath fanning against your lips as now both his hands made their way to your waist.
“Neither can I.”

I had a thought thanks to @deanobingo preparations about all Dean O’gorman’s characters meeting up and I absolutely lost it at the thought of Fili, who is a dwarf, a race that prides themselves on their hair and beards, meeting Ryder and that obnoxious mop he has attacked to the back of his head. Can you just imagine XD the visible disgust that would be Fili’s face

“Oin!” Thorin bellowed as soon as you entered the mountain. Fili was being half-dragged, half carried to the medical wing, with one arm slung over your shoulders and one slung over Kili’s. His head hung low, and his trousers had droplets of blood on them. Thorin rushed ahead, making sure that there would be people to help him.
“Put him here,” Oin said calmly, once they entered the infirmary. The two of you tried to spare Fili as much pain as possible when you lowered him to the cot, but the groans and grunts that passed his lips left your heart in pieces. You gripped his hand, and brushed away the hair from his face with the other.
“It’s going to be okay amrâlimê. I’m here. Okay? I love you,” He squeezed your hand but it was limp and you could tell that he needed help and fast. The nurses rushed around the room with supplies that would help your beloved, but you refused to leave him. You stayed by his bedside, even when Kili and Throin had left the room.
“Lass, I need you to leave.” Oin spoke, his words not seeming real to you. How could you leave when he might not make it?
“I won’t leave him, not when he needs me,” Tears started to well in your eyes.
“What he needs is medical attention but I can’t do that with you in the way.” Oin rushed around the room, grabbing the herbs and such for Fili’s wound.
“I’ll stay out of the way, I promise, Don’t make me leave him, please don’t Oin. Let me stay with him please!” Whimpers that came from the cot brought you back to reality, back to your beloved who was currently bleeding from a possibly fatal wound. You wouldn’t leave him in what might be his final moments. You wouldn’t. Fili had always been there for you in your darkest moments, and you weren’t going to leave him in his.
“Lass, you need to let Oin do his work, now come on,” Thorin spoke from the doorway. Seeing his nephew in so much pain was one thing, but seeing you, whom he already considered a niece, in pain at the expense of Fili was another.
“I can’t leave him! He needs me!” You gripped his hand even tighter, hoping in any sense to provide comfort to your beloved. His eyes were squeezed tight, his face contorted in pain, as nurses started to tend to his smaller wounds. Your face was fixed on his, and so you didn’t see Thorin walk towards you.
He gripped you by the waist and threw you over his shoulder.
“Thorin!! Put me down!” You screamed, kicking and hitting your fists on his back. “I can’t leave him! He needs me!”
“Do your work, Oin, you won’t be disturbed. Please…” Thorin muttered as he passed the healer.
“I know, my King. I will try my best to save him,” Oin quickly rushed to the prince’s bedside, addressing the wound that would prove to the worst. But you kept screaming, pounding on your King’s back.
“Take me back, Thorin, he needs me! I can’t leave him. I can’t leave him...I can’t lose him…” You had stopped resisting your King and were limply thrown over his shoulder. The thoughts of losing your beloved had started to creep into your mind and that only made you cry harder. Once outside the doors of the infirmary, Thorin set you down on your feet, where you collapsed into him.
“I can’t lose him...I can’t be without him…” Your voice was muffled by the King’s furs, but he could hear them. He wrapped his arms around you a little tighter, hoping to provide some comfort for you during this time. He placed his chin on top of your head in an almost fatherly way.
“Now, now. He’ll be alright. Fili’s a fighter, and always has been. He’ll make it, don’t you worry Y/N,” Thorin comforted, while you pulled yourself away from his embrace to compose yourself.
“B-But what if he doesn’t?” You hiccuped, wiping away tears.
Thorin gave you a tight-lipped, small smile. “We can’t afford to think like that right now.” He walked away from the room, wanting to spare you his own fears about his eldest nephew.
You sighed, and sat on the ground beside the doorway, the cold stone beneath you nothing compared to the anxiety pushing through your body. Kili sat beside you not long after, his own anxiety getting to him. You couldn’t hear much through the thick oak door, but what did manage to escape were groans of Fili’s or Oin’s shouting -- neither of which made you feel any better.
It seemed like hours you and Kili were sitting there in silence. A servant came by to offer the two of you some food, but you refused, feeling sick to your stomach already. It probably didn’t help that you had some of Fili’s blood on your clothes from the battle, but you weren’t going to leave the door until you knew of Fili’s fate.
“It’s my fault, you know,” you muttered to Kili, your head leaned up on the wall, as if to get as close to your beloved as you could.
“What?”
“It’s my fault. It should’ve been me. That dagger was meant for me. He pushed me out of the way when I didn’t see it coming. I should be in there, not him.” A lone tear ran down your cheek but you didn’t have the energy to wipe it away. You couldn’t bear to look at Kili, knowing that you are the reason he might become an only child.
“Oh, Y/N,” Despite being hoarse, his voice was soft. Even without looking at him, you knew that his eyes turned into puppy dog eyes, and that if you looked at him, you’d break. “Don’t say that. He made his choice-”
“He’s in pain because of me, Kili. Nothing you can say will change that.” You snapped.
“You’re right. He’ll still be in pain no matter what I say. But I know that Fili loves you more than anything. He’d rather die than see you in pain. That’s the reason he took that for you. He loves you so much, Mahal, you’re all he talks about. It’s rather annoying, actually,” You chuckled a little at his attempt of an insult at his brother. “Y/N, he doesn’t regret his choice. Whatever he feels, he doesn’t care, because you are safe. That’s all that’s ever mattered to Fili.”
A few moments of silence came and went, interrupted with your sniffles, before you muttered a quiet “thank you” to Kili. It seemed like more hours before the wooden door was opened and Oin came out, his eyes and body weary. The both of you jumped up from the spots of the floor.
“Is he-”
“Can we-”
Oin smiled at the two of you. “It was touch and go for a little bit, but he’s going to make it. He’ll need lots of rest and it will be quite a while before he sees any battlefield again, but he’s okay.”
Your face erupted into the biggest smile you could muster and you threw your arms around the medic. The older dwarf stumbled a little bit at your actions, but gracefully accepted your thanks. When you went to open your mouth to ask if you could see him, he was already nodding towards the door. You looked to Kili.
“Do you want to...I mean… he’s your brother, you should go see him first,” you gestured towards the door but he shook his head.
“I know that all he really wants is to see you. I’ll go find Uncle and tell him the news,” You blushed at his words and before you could ask if he was sure, he was pushing you into the infirmary.
You walked closer to his cot, anxiety building in your chest again. He appeared to be sleeping but as soon as you sat beside him and intertwined your fingers with his, his eyes met yours. The simple action of knowing you would continue to see his gorgeous blue eyes again and again made your eyes well with tears once again.
“Oh, amrâlimê, don’t cry. I’m alright, you see? I’m here,” he gently rubbed his thumb over your hand, as best he could with your fingers still intertwined. “I’m not leaving you any time soon if I can help it,” You sniffled back your tears.
“I’m just...really really glad you’re okay,” You moved some of his hair out of his face with your other hand, grazing it across his face. He smiled softly, his face mirroring your own.
“Me too...I mean I’m really glad you’re okay, I wasn’t just agreeing with what you said.” His comment made you laugh and his heart swelled.
“I wasn’t the one who was hurt, amrâlimê.”
“Thank Mahal for that, you weren’t.”
“We’ll have the discussion of you sacrificing yourself for me another time, alright my love? Right now, you just need to rest,” You were still grazing the side of his face with your hand, the thought of him not being there was still fresh in your mind.
“Only if you rest with me,” He winked, only to grimace in pain. Despite his pain, he moved over to make room for you in the cot. When you looked at him with nervous eyes, he needed only to give the Durin puppy dog eyes for you to give in.
“Anything for you,” you mumbled once you were tucked into bed, your beloved safe with you.

Fili and his One @legolaslovely
“What's meant to be will always find a way.” -Trisha Yearwood
Tumblr media
Your body was buzzing with a serene and peaceful mood, the warm air feeling fresh against your skin. The sun was just beginning to set, the vibrant hues of purple, red, and orange mingling in with the few clouds left in the sky to creature a beautiful painting across the horizon. Your legs were crossed together in front of you as you sat quietly in between Fili’s legs, your back pressed ever-so-lightly against his chest while his fingers gently combed through your dark hair. The feeling of his thick fingers massaging your sore scalp brought a hum past your lips. Your hair had been tightly and intricately braided to hold your crown in place, but as the day grew long your head began to ache at the taut hair pulling at your scalp. As soon as you were relieved to go back to your chambers you tugged thee crown off of your head and tossed it on to your bed. Fili’s crown too had long since been placed upon his vanity, his golden-hair left flowing free and around his shoulders. Usually it was you who would comb through his mane after a long day, but when he had offered to brush your hair for you, you jumped at the chance.
“Come now,” You felt Fili’s chest suddenly vibrate as he let out a soft laugh before he finally pulled the last strand of your hair free. As his fingers continued to comb through your hair you opened your eyes while one of your hand came to rest against his lower thigh, however the last rays of the sun shone bright in your eyes, causing you to quickly squeeze them shut again. “You can’t be falling asleep already.” He worked expertly to rid your hair of any knots or tangles, his eyes dancing down to where his fingers were grasping on to his thigh tightly.
“I do as I please.” Came your quiet reply, another laugh sounding from your prince at your words. Fili carded his fingers through your hair one last time before he grabbed two separate strands, this time instead of weaving a single tight braid again your head, he took to twisting your dark locks together. You felt yourself relax against his body, another sigh falling past your lips. Fili worked on your hair gently, his fingers pushing aside your courting braid so that it was in clear view before twisting another lock of hair in with the other twisted strands. Your arm soon grew slack against your knee as sleep clouded your mind, your other hand colliding with his other leg as you leaned further into his chest.
Fili remained silent as he tied off your twist with a red strip of silk, his arms scooping you up and pulling you on to his lap as he stretched his legs out in front of him. Your body immediately reacted to his touch, your fingers grabbing a hold of the front of his dark red tunic as he pressed his palm against your cheek, guiding your head to rest against his chest. As Fili leaned back against the cool stone his fingers smoothed patterns into your skin. Your lips parted slowly as you mumbled something incoherent in your sleep, whatever it was sounding like something between a small whine and a laugh. He wasn’t quite sure what to make of that, so he only tightened his grip around your waist before pressing his lips to your hairline.
One half of the sky was colored with shades of red and blue, the other half now dark and mysterious as the moon peeked out over the hills. A chill suddenly rose in the air, the night slowly taking over the blistering air and cooling the wind that blew through the trees and around the mountain of Erebor. Fili sat silently as he watched the night grow, his mind free of any duties that he had as prince while you lay peacefully in his arms. As his eyes fluttered down to your matching dark red attire and the bead that he had fashioned for you that held your courting braid together. His heart pounded at the sight, the love he felt when he first realized you were his One washing over him all over again as his body tingled. Fili remembered the first time he had met you and how he felt as if the whole world had literally stopped as his eyes took you in.
Your doe-like eyes still glittered as bright as they did back then, your ever smiling lips looking as pink and as kissable as he remembered. Fili’s chin soon rested upon your hair while he reminisced, his eyes crinkling in the corners even when they closed as the grin on his lips grew wider. “Amrâlimê, my princess.” Tears threaten to form in his blue eyes, just the thought of being able to court you and one day marry you being enough to make him want to cry out in happiness. Never did he think he would find his One. Even before the quest to reclaim Erebor started he had worried about finding someone to settle down with, especially since he was heir to the throne. Sure, he had a couple flings here and there, but never once did he feel like one of those dwarrowdams were the one he was supposed to be with.
But the world works in mysterious ways, and it was but a chance of fate that Gandalf had asked you to join them on the quest. Fili was sure he had thanked the wizard over a hundred times for that. Just sitting there now, holding you flush again his chest with your hands holding on to his body felt surreal, yet it was. You were there. You were real and you were his One. It was as if the universe pulled you two together, and in a way it did, pulling the strings of your heart together and knitting them tight. If anyone were to ask with whom his heart lay he would point to you, for you held his heart in your hands softly. And if anyone would ask you the same your reply would be identical. You loved each other deeply and with all your hearts, and some would even say that you had become his heart, his life.
Fili’s arms held you close when you suddenly stirred, your fingers dropping the fabric of his tunic to rub at your tired eyes. A small cry of distress fell past your lips, and what appeared to be tears glistened down your cheeks from what seemed to be a slight nightmare. “I’m here, thatrulkhud.” Fili’s lips brushed against the skin of your cheek as he tucked you under his chin, trying to make sure you were as comfortable as possible with his arms around you as he worked to ease your woes. “Sleep, my darling, for I’ll keep your nightmares away.” His words were soft and melodic to your ears, easing away the fright that your nightmare had caused. It didn’t take long for you to relax in his warming hold, and his eyes gleamed with delight when you responded with a small groan, your eyes drooping once again before your head fell this time against his shoulder.
With his arms around your waist and your head against his shoulder Fili relaxed again, your soft, shallow breath telling him you had drifted off again. Stars were now hanging high in the sky, casting an ethereal glow over the two of you. He knew he that he should move. He should pick you up in his arms and move the both of you to his soft mattress and fluffy pillows so you could both get a good night's rest. But the cool air kept him outside longer. The night was serene and calm, his eyes closing shut as he relied on his sense of touch to know you were still in his arms.
His throat rumbled with a soft lullaby as he rocked your body gently back and forth, his eyes closing as he tried to block out the world. Fili knew he would have to get up sooner or later, but the weight of his One asleep in his lap was reason enough to keep him put, his arms protectively around your frame until someone called him away. For now though, he reasoned with himself as a smile ghosted his lips, for now he would stay with you, his princess, his love, his One.

Arriving in Japan: Discontinued until Further Notice
This is part two of the first Imagine: Imagine Taking a Road Trip with Richard Armitage, Aidan Turner and Dean O’Gorman to Japan, Greece and Spain
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You woke up the next morning to your alarm going off at 3:00 am. You groaned and turned your alarm off. You yawned and stretched, turning on your light. You got out of your bed and threw on a sweater over your chihuahua print pajamas and headed to the kitchen to make yourself coffee and some breakfast. You decided to have a quick breakfast of cereal, orange juice and coffee. After you had your breakfast, you made your way to your clothes, which you had laid out before. Your outfit for today consisted of a pink, fuzzy sweater and blue joggers. You were so happy that you packed your clothes the day before so you didn't have to rush in the morning. You decided to kill the time by sitting down on your couch and watching some movies.
An hour later, a knock resounded on your trailer door. You grabbed your suitcase and walked to your door. You opened it and found Aidan all dressed and ready to go.
"Are you ready, My Lady?" Aidan asked, jokingly. You smiled tiredly and nodded. You looked around for the other two, but didn't see them.
“Where are Richard and Dean?” You asked.
"They're in the parking lot waiting." He said. You nodded as you made your way to the bottom step. "May I take your luggage, my lady?" Aidan asked, reaching for your suitcase. You chuckled and nodded, allowing him to take it.
A few moments later, you both arrived at the parking lot where Richard and Dean were waiting, Richard in the driver's seat and Dean in the passenger's, leaving you and Aidan to sit in the back. Aidan opened the door for you, and you got into the car, getting comfortable. Richard looked back at you and smiled.
"Morning, sleeping beauty." Richard said. You smiled and waved lazily.
"Hi." You said quietly. Aidan put your luggage in the back of the car trunk. Aidan closed the trunk and made his way to the back seat. He opened the door and got in. Dean looked behind as both you and Aidan buckled your seat belts.
“We got everything?” Dean asked. Aidan looked at his fellow actor and nodded.
“Yup.” Aidan said. Dean turned around in his seat. Richard looked at his friend.
“Have you got us a translator?” He asked. Dean nodded and pulled up the information on his phone.
“Yes. Her name is Aiko Arakawa and she will be waiting for us at the Narita International Airport.” Dean said. Richard nodded. He started the car.
“Are you ready for this, [Y/N]?” He asked. Aidan chuckled.
“She’s fast asleep.” He said. He gently put his arm around your shoulders and leaned you down to where your head rested in his lap. He didn’t miss the jealous looks of his friends up front. As Richard started driving to the airport, Aidan made sure you were fast asleep before speaking to his friends. “We can’t let this come between us.” He said. “If we get too jealous, we take a day away from it and do our own thing, then we come back when we have cooled down, sound fair?” Aidan asked. Dean nodded.
“I second that,” Dean said. He looked to Richard. “Richard?” He asked. Richard glanced at Dean, keeping his eye on the road.
“Sounds fair to me.” He said. The three friends nodded.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After 13 hours and 50 minutes of plane flights from New Zealand, your plane landed in Japan. As you walked down the ramp, you looked around in aw. You stepped off to the side and waited for your three friends to join you. You saw them and waved. Richard smiled. “Are you ready for this?” He asked. You smiled wildly.
“So ready!” You said excitedly. Richard chuckled at your enthusiasm. As you walked into the interior of the airport, you saw a woman holding up a sign that read ‘[Y/N] [L/N]’. You all made your way over to her. You smiled.
“Hi, are you Aiko Arakawa?” You asked. She smiled and nodded.
“Yes. Are you [Y/N] [L/N]?” She asked. You nodded and held out your hand.
“That I am. It’s nice to meet you.” You said. Akio smiled and shook your hand. She looked to the boys behind you. Richard stepped up first.
“Hi, I’m Richard. It’s nice to meet you.” He said, also shaking her hand. Dean and Aidan did the same. Akio smiled.
“It is a pleasure to meet all of you.” She said. “What are you wanting to do first? Go eat or go to the hotel?” She asked. Aidan looked to you.
“[Y/N], it’s your trip, you call the shots.” He said. You smiled.
“Well, I’m still a little tired from the flight, so if it doesn’t bother any of you, I would like to go to the hotel first and catch up on some sleep.” You said. Dean smiled at you.
“Sounds like a plan.” He said.
 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
An hour later, you all arrived in your hotel and checked in. Your rooms were numbers 301 and 302 near the top floor. As you rode the elevator, you looked at your friends. “Are we all staying in a room together, or how is this going to work?” You asked. Aidan smiled and placed his arm over your shoulders.
“You, my fair lady, are staying in a room with me, room 301, while Richard and Dean stay in room 302.” He said. You looked down and blushed lightly. The elevator dinged, signaling that you were on the third floor. You all walked out of the elevator and to your respective rooms. You turned and looked at your three friends.
“Let’s all take tonight to settle in and catch up on sleep. Tomorrow we can meet for breakfast and then go look around, how does that sound?” You asked. The three nodded.
“Sounds good to me.” Dean said, Richard nodding in agreement.
“See you all tomorrow morning.” Aidan said as he unlocked the door and led you in, placing his hand on the small of your back, sending slight shivers up your spine. You walked into your hotel room and gasped. It was beautiful. You walked over and gently ran your fingers along the blanket. It felt like satin. Aidan smiled as he watched you examine the bed. You looked back at him.
“How the hell did we afford all of this?” You asked. Aidan smirked.
"Darlin', we're actors. We star in movies. We get paid a lot." He said. You chuckled and nodded, looking down at the bed.
"That is true." You said. You looked out across the darkening sky, then yawned. Aidan smiled at you.
"Why don't you get changed and sleep. I have a few things that I need to take care of." He said. You nodded tiredly and opened your suitcase, taking out your toiletries and pajamas. You walked into the bathroom and closed the door, locking it. Aidan took a room key, and went to pay his friends a visit.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Aidan knocked on the door. It opened to reveal Dean, who looked like he had just showered and changed into a sweatshirt and sweatpants.
"Hey man." Dean said, opening the door wider for Aidan to step in. Aidan smiled at his fellow actor. He walked over and sat on the second bed. Richard, who had been laying on his back and looking at his phone scrolling through social media, turned it off and looked at his friend.
"Is she asleep?" He asked. Aidan nodded.
"I should think so. She looked pretty tired," he looked down at his hands, a gentle smile crossing his lips. He looked up at the two other males. "Do you have them?" He asked. Dean nodded and pointed to the two boxes beside Aidan.
"Took a lot of effort to keep them out of her line of sight when we picked up our luggage at the airport." Dean said. Aidan picked up the first box and opened it, tucking back the white tissue paper.
"Do you think she'll like it?" He asked, putting the tissue paper back and closing the lid. Richard nodded.
"I think she'll love it. She'll look amazing in it as well." He said. Aidan nodded.
"Right then, I'm going to go check on her," Aidan said, picking up the boxes. He looked back at the two males. "Where do you think we should take her shopping tomorrow?" Aidan asked. Richard shrugged.
“Well, what does she always talk about wanting if she got to go to Japan?” Richard asked.
“Ah, I see now.” Dean said, smiling. Richard smiled and nodded.
“We’ll tell her in the morning?” Aidan asked. The two nodded. Aidan smiled back and left.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Aidan walked into the hotel room he shared with you. He gently closed the door, stopping it with his foot to keep it from slamming shut and waking you up. He quietly walked in. He saw you sleeping in the single bed, one hand resting by your face, the other resting on the pillow. You wore your crop top pajamas again. Your [H/C] hair was fanned out around your head. Aidan smiled gently at your sleeping form. He quickly, yet quietly walked over to the bathroom and put the two boxes on the floor. He closed the bathroom door and walked out. He stopped by the bed. He looked at you for a little while. He stared at your lips. They looked so kissable. Maybe he could sneak one little kiss. He shook his head, mentally scolding himself. He didn't want to frighten you by moving too fast. Besides, you didn't even know about his feelings for you yet. He sighed and walked to the bathroom, minding the presents and changed out of his clothes into a tank top and pajama pants. He walked out of the bathroom, turning off the light and walked over to the bed again. He sat down on the edge. He sighed and ran his hand over his face. Aidan looked back at your sleeping face. He gently pulled back the blankets and slipped underneath them. He turned over on his side and faced you. He reached over and gently stroked your cheek with his fingers. You moved your head slightly, causing him to freeze. You fell back asleep, not waking again. Aidan pulled his hand back and sighed. He turned over on his back and fell asleep as well. Waiting to see what the next day would bring.

Part 3 - Not a Moment To Lose Part 5 - Something Unexpected
“Aren’t we going to look for the rest of the Company before heading straight to New Zealand?”
“We’ll look for them later, Kili.”
Kili couldn’t help but give out an exasperated sigh as he watches both his bustling and over-thinking uncles, silently groaning as he could also feel the growing tension and nervousness the two older Durins exudes as they plan out their upcoming trip to New Zealand.
Thorin finally got the news he’s been waiting for, and he simply can’t sit still; all he wanted is to have (Y/N) in his arms after what they’ve been through.
“Couldn’t we, at least, stay for a little longer and think things through,” he asks again, slightly flinches when Dwalin throws a menacing glare at his way, “the holidays are just about to conclude, making it more difficult for us to book a flight overseas.”
“I do not know if I could wait that long,” Thorin sighs, prompting to sit on an armchair as he looks over his open luggage, “we finally know where my wife is. And I simply cannot let time pass by not when-.”
“Not when we can use it to our own expense by going to New Zealand and meet her as soon as possible,” Kili injects, making Thorin and Dwalin look at him like he had grown two heads, “I know Uncle, it’s all written in your face in spite you not voicing it out.”
Thorin sighs again, probably for the nth time since their impromptu visit at the nearest pub the other day, but couldn’t help the warmth that slowly spreads in his chest as he looks at Kili, who sports a comforting smile at him as he feels that sense of pride running in his veins. The youngest of his sister’s brood is known as being rambunctious and cheeky 24/7, but there is no doubt he always remembers and cherishes all the teachings they’ve given him and his brother.
And his compassion and deep understanding on all things and circumstances never cease to make his brooding mind be at ease; most, if not all, doubts and apprehensions being pushed away and replaced with utter certainty.
Thorin chuckles, more likely at himself for being foolish and doubtful of his abilities of making something impossible possible, as he turns his attention at Kili, “you surely put me at ease, Kili.”
“And I’m getting the chills of how uncharacteristic of him to do ‘dat,” Dwalin adds, his voice almost inaudible due to his mumbling as he eyes Kili like he unknowingly caught a disease.
“Now that’s rude of you, Mister Dwalin,” Kili exclaims, his lips pouts as his eyes turns round like a puppy, “you hurt my feelings!”
Thorin couldn’t help but give out a hearty laugh, remembering the days when his nephews would make his right-hand man’s life a walking circus; how each of them would receive a fitting punishment for doing so as payback. And how much he wishes for them to go back to the way they were.
Though their plan on flying overseas as soon as possible is further postponed due to something as trivial as the holiday rush, Thorin knows it is not enough to stop them from reuniting their family.
Even if it means they will have to go back to the world where they truly belong, or fly to the other side of the planet.
“You look like you’ve been hit by a storm.”
“Really, though I still tried to look as presentable as I planned to.”
No matter how odd, or slightly suspicious, it is for someone so known like Dean O’Gorman to treat you like you’ve been his friend for a long time, it still makes you feel warm in the inside and makes you smile despite having another chaotic night filled with the same haunting dream; that there are still some goodness in this day and age no matter how chaotic, deceitful, and fearful everything may seem.
Dean have learned of your countless trips in New Zealand on the night he had quite a long talk with you, and how he could’ve met you on those few times; or so he said. Deep down he wished he should’ve met you years ago, regardless if he would immediately remember everything that had happened in his past life as Fili or not, and make it up to those times he never got to spend with you and his Uncle after the War of the Ring.
And Dean, as Fili, could still remember it as if it just happened yesterday; both of you fought hard and died in the Battle of Dale; bravely protecting the fallen King Brand while rallying your kin to protect both kingdoms of Men and Dwarves from the Easterlings of Rhûn.
Though he would never admit it to you, for he knows you have no recollection of everything as his Aunt and as Queen of the Lonely Mountain, but he couldn’t help but wish he could’ve done something to prevent your death; he believes it may also has something to do with the loss of your memories.
‘I wish your memories will come back soon, Aunt (Y/N),’ he thinks as he subtly and solemnly looks at you by the passenger seat, quietly chuckling as he could see your (e/c) orbs filled with wonder by looking at the passing scenery, ‘I don’t want Uncle to be heartbroken when you’ll meet him, but you don’t remember anything.’
“Dean, we’re here,” you exclaim, unknowingly breaking his reverie as you look at the set of Hobbiton up in the hills.
“Are you sure you’ve been here before?” He asks, masking his concern as he couldn’t help but adore you and the excitement evident in your eyes, “you act like this is your first time coming here in Matamata.”
“This place still gives me that sense of excitement no matter how many times I come back here,” you sheepishly reply, “thank you so much for the company, Dean-.”
A sudden feeling of familiarity slowly brushes all of your senses as you slowly take in your surroundings, looking at each hills and at every small, round, and colorful doors of each Hobbit-holes; giving you that sense of nostalgia and subtle longing.
“(Y/N), are you alright,” Dean asks wearily, noticing your sudden quietness and your trance-like gaze, “hey, can you hear me?”
“Why do I feel like I’ve been here before?” You whisper as you start trying to understand everything that has been happening in the past few years.
Instead of seeing fellow tourists, accompanied with friends or families, what you’re seeing is something you know you only see in movies you’ve grown to love; herds of cattle and sheep in the distance, children running around and playing with their toys or flying their kites.
And people, people smaller than the average human, with large ears and walking barefoot with huge pair of feet.
“(Y/N).” he softly replies, “you just said so yourself-.”
“No,” you interject, seeing small flashes of events you don’t quite. “It’s like I’ve been here way before than I thought.”
You have a gut feeling that what you’re seeing is not that of the present moment. Deep inside, you know those are distant memories. And as you turn your attention to Dean, the look in your (e/c) orbs makes him slowly realize you are remembering something he wishes for you to remember.
With memories so significant that you swore you will always remember for the rest of your days.
“Fili, we are back.”
And seeing those memories again, it does feel like you’ve gotten back to where it all began.

11 Questions
I was tagged by the lovely @fromthedeskoftheraven to answer 11 questions and ask 11 new questions.  Thank you, hon!  Every time I hear Richard Armitage speak from now on, the description “chocolate sex voice” will be stuck in my head!  LMAO!  I love it!
Her questions:
1. You’re snowed in with three fictional characters for a week. Who do you choose?  Hardest question EVER!  Only three?  Dang...ok... Sam Winchester, Fili, and Mitchell.  I think I could prevent Sam from killing Mitchell on sight...he’s met good vampires before.  And I think it would be hilarious to see how Fili and Mitchell get along, with Mitchell looking so much like Kili. 2. What’s the first book you can remember reading? I was a reader from a very young age.  I can remember reading a big book of Mother Goose rhymes and a book that had four stories in it - Puss in Boots, The Shoemaker’s Elves, Cinderella, and...  ok, don’t remember the last one! 3. What’s your favorite holiday-related song?  Traditional song - Do You Hear What I Hear?  Non-traditional - The Only Gift, NSync 4. Have you had braces?  Yes! 5. What’s the worst household chore?  Dusting!  Especially when you have a ton of little knick-knacks around! 6. Would you rather be able to read minds or turn invisible?  Read minds, for sure.  That way, I’d always be able to know what people were really thinking.  Though if I could pick any superpower, it would be the ability to speak all dialects of all languages - including aliens and animals.  ;)
7. Your celebrity crush is coming to dinner. Who is it and what would you serve?  Wow...  I’d say right now, it would be Dean O’Gorman.  That man has a smile to rival Jared Padalecki’s.  And he’s into photography and art, so we’d have more to talk about that just acting and movies.  Provided he doesn’t have any food allergies or special dietary needs, I’d serve him my all time favorite comfort meal - Fried chicken (grandma’s recipe), mashed potatoes and gravy with sweet corn, and fresh made from scratch dinner rolls with real butter, with sweet tea to drink, of course!
8. What are your favorite pajamas?  Depends on the weather - when it’s warm, I have a super soft t-shirt pj that goes to my knees.  When it’s cold, I wear fleece pants and a fleece shirt. 9. Hot chocolate or coffee?  Hot chocolate 10. What’s your favorite thing about the place where you live?  I live in Kansas City, which is a large metro area that spans two states.  My favorite thing about where I live (aside from everything there is to do) is that my house is at the back of my neighborhood and surrounded by woods on two sides.  Even in the middle of KC, I have deer and foxes and coyotes around.  I love the feel of being in the forest/countryside, but still being minutes away from anything I might want to do. 11. Are you a hugger?   I am absolutely a hugger.  I should come with a warning sign...  :)
OK....Here are my questions:
1. Do you know any other languages, and if so, what are they? BTW....”made up” languages like Sindarin count!
2. Would you spend the night in a highly active haunted house, if you got $1,000 if you made it the whole night?
3. What’s your favorite animal and why?
4. If you had the opportunity to fly in a space shuttle, would you do it?
5. Do you know what I’m referring to when I say “Before I go, I just want to tell you, you were fantastic.  Absolutely fantastic.  And you know what?  And so was I.”
6. Do you sleep with a fan on?
7. Are you allergic to anything?
8. Do you believe in ghosts?
9. Weigh in on the debate - real or fake Christmas trees?  Or no tree at all?
10. What’s the longest time you’ve ever worked for one company?
11. Do you prefer to vacation somewhere sunny with a beach or somewhere cold with snow?
I’ll tag @sdavid09, @life-is-righteous, @imaginationcreationgirl, @moose-and-squirrel-fanfiction, @imagines-for-multiple-fandoms, @cookingglitterfairy, @buckyscrystalqueen and @percywinchester27, and anyone else who wants to play!
BTW - If you get #5 right, you’re automatically on my VIP list.  ;)

Day 6: Everything Has Changed, Fili Durin
Song link
Fanfic, fem!reader
Fluff
Word count: 2493
Tw: Baths, mentions of nudity but none too graphic. References to alcohol; Kili is drunk, but it’s funny. Flashbacks, little Fili and Kili <3
Summary: All day, Fili has been waiting for you. Longing for you. And when you finally return to your chambers after a day out with Kili, all Fili truly wants to do is hold you and share memories with you.
Tumblr media
"All I knew This morning when I woke Is I know something now Know something now I didn't before.”
It had been a long and tiring day. Far too long, and far too tiring. Fili was up before the sun was, and had left you to rise on your own. You had nowhere to be that day, safe for an errand in Laketown with Kili early that afternoon. He saw no reason to wake you up.
But with every meeting and every talk, he wished he would’ve woken you up. If only to wish you a good morning. He hadn’t seen you the entire day, and frankly, it had begun to bother him. At this pace, you saw his brother more often than you saw him.
“And all I've seen Since eighteen hours ago Is green eyes and freckles and your smile In the back of my mind making me feel like.”
If there was any comfort during the day, it would have been his mother, who had returned from her visit to Ered Luin. Kili had stayed up all night to welcome her home, but Fili had remained asleep. Mahal knew he needed it.
But that was hours ago. He had returned to his chamber directly after dinner, avoiding everyone in the halls in hope of some peace and quiet. You hadn’t even returned yet. He knew you got along with Kili well, and the two of you had probably found yourselves in a pub by now, but he could not help but secretly wish for you at his side.
And then, lo and behind, chuckling and laughing came from the halls, as a familiar voice shushed the other one, cutting off their laughter.
It hadn’t even been eight.
“I just wanna know you better, know you better, know you better now I just wanna know you better, know you better, know you better now I just wanna know you better, know you better, know you better now I just wanna know you, know you, know you.”
“Ssshh, Amad might find me,” Kili warned, a snickering notion in his voice.
“Kili, get some sleep.” That was your voice.
“Nah, the sun hasn’t even gone to sleep.”
“It’s called setting.”
A silence fell upon the halls, and Fili nearly wondered what happened. It didn’t take long for laughter to erupt from the younger sibling’s throat, wiping all worries from the blonde’s mind.
“You look too much like him.” He snorted. “He has corrupted you.”
“Go to sleep.” You ordered, a smile apparent in your voice.
“You are not my mother.”
“Ki,”
“Yes, yes.” He groaned, his voice echoing across the halls, now further removed from your shared chambers. “You two are so enamoured, it’s revolting.”
“'Cause all I know is we said, "Hello" And your eyes look like comin' home All I know is a simple name And everything has changed.”
As soon as you opened the door, Fili wandered up to you. Before you could even question it, his arms wrapped around your figure, ushering you into his hold. His scent caused a wave of comfort to wash over you, and you found yourself relaxing immediately.
“I thought Kili could handle his ale.” He mumbled into your hair, toying with the end of your marriage bead.
“He can.” You hummed. “But not if he has been drinking since we arrived.”
Placing his hands on your shoulders, he parted from you, holding a questioning glance. “Did I miss a certain event? A celebration?”
You smiled at him, leaning forward to place a quick kiss on his lips. “Yes, Kili’s day off Erebor.”
The blonde let out an ‘ah’ in understanding, before turning slightly, gesturing toward the bathtub at the end of the room.
“The water is still warm”
“All I know is you held the door You'll be mine and I'll be yours All I know since yesterday Is everything has changed.”
The tub offered a soothing feeling after a long walk in the cold winter air. Especially with Kili. He loved to throw snow your way every moment you were not looking.
Your toes were freezing, your hand were red, and your ears felt as if they had been frozen solid. To say Fili had been a saint, would have been an understatement.
“This is why I married you,” you sighed in bliss, throwing your head back against the tub, closing your eyes in comfort.
“Not for my good looks?” He teased.
In response, you looked at him, seated atop your bed, smiling at you.
“It helped.” You stated through a wink, before nudging your head towards the water.
“All this hot water for me alone? Wont you join me?”
It had seemed that was all that was needed for Fili to shed his robes quickly, placing himself in front of you in the tub, a childish grin on his face.
“And all my walls Stood tall painted blue But I'll take 'em down, take 'em down And open up the door for you.”
You turned around in your seat, resting your back against Fili’s chest as your head found the crook of his neck. A low hum vibrated through his chest, sending shivers down your spine. A short, but apparent, flow of butterflies exploded in your stomach. Almost grinning in glee, you forced them down, simply grabbing one of his hands and wrapping it around your waist.
His fingers drew circles on your stomach, calming the shivers that had been sent through your system earlier. More humming escaped from him, only now it was less of a way to show contentment. He was humming a song.
You could not quite place it at first, merely enjoy it. But as he continued, the nostalgia suddenly hit you.
“And all I feel In my stomach is butterflies The beautiful kind, makin' up for lost time.”
Before you could even stop yourself from daydreaming, you found yourself in a shared bathing room. Across from you, sat your mother, lost in conversation with Dis, as both of them scrubbed a pile of clothes.
In the distance, you could hear the laughing, chatting and working of other dwarves, trying to find their comfort in their temporary home. It was no Erebor, but the people made it feel like one.
From your spot, you had a perfect vision of the mounding of the forest outside, and two smaller dwarflings who ran smock with their wooden swords.
The pair neared the hall swiftly, trudding their muddied shoes over the wooden floor, landing droplets on the washed clothes.
Dis had gasped, rising from her seat to scold the two. One ran away the second she turned around. The other stood there, staring at his mother in shame and sorrow.
“Takin' flight, makin' me feel like I just wanna know you better, know you better, know you better now I just wanna know you better, know you better, know you better now I just wanna know you better, know you better, know you better now I just wanna know you, know you, know you.”
You had bowed your head as Dis told the same lecture again, trying so desperately not to laugh at the situation. It was not that you thought it was funny when the younger princes got scolded, you thought it was funny how they never learned.
Your mother stifled a grin as well, returning to her own work as she handed you a second shirt, silently urging you to continue your washing.
You would have joined the two earlier today, but Dis had insisted on you coming along, and you liked her. Well; you liked Fili. And thus, you wanted his mother to like you. Dis knew, of course, but enjoyed your company nonetheless.
“'Cause all I know is we said, "Hello" And your eyes look like comin' home All I know is a simple name Everything has changed.”
Only seconds later he was placed on the floor next to you, having been handled half of his mother’s pile. His younger brother always got the lesser punishment, as he was still young.
Fili pretended to hate them. If anything, it gave his mother reason to set the two of you close to one another. He did not mind them. He had not stayed to protect his sibling, though he would later voice he did. He had stayed for you. He had planned out the punishment long ago.
He did not complain after sitting down, nor during the ordeal. No; he hummed. He looked almost peaceful. Even better; he seemed at complete and utter comfort.
That situation would happen more often than not. And it was always the same song that escaped the back of his throat. You reckoned his mother had taught him the tune, as you caught her singing it once or twice as well. But never as soothing as Fili did.
“All I know is you held the door And you'll be mine and I'll be yours All I know since yesterday Is everything has changed.”
The sunlight streaming through the opening of the doors, seemed to reflect on his hair just perfectly. It was almost as if he - quite literally - lit up the entire room. Dis had taken special pride in it, though she would never visibly show it.
But now, from the corner of your eye, you could see the light. You could see the luminations hitting the waters in a bright colour, and you found yourself having difficulties looking away.
You could not stare at him, you had told yourself. You were mere friends. He was of royal descent, and he was to marry a princess one day. Staring would not only be improper, but nigh impossible.
But you had stolen one glance. And even after so many looks at him, and so many laughs, this was that specific image you could never shake out of your mind. Each time you thought of him, be it in days, be it in years, you thought of that image.
“Come back and tell me why I'm feelin' like I've missed you all this time And meet me there tonight And let me know that it's not all in my mind.”
His eyes were focused: driven. Yet, he seemed absentminded. As if he were there, but not truly. He was daydreaming. His eyes wouldn’t betray him, but his posture would.
Your hands reached down into the tub of water, grabbing a handful of soap. Daring to shoot Fili one last glance, you flicked your hand on his direction, wetting his face.
“Hey!” He called, a grin on his face.
“You were dirty.” You laughed, returning to the shirt.
It was not long before soap landed in your hand, cascading down your arms. Gasping in shock, you glared at Fili, before offering him a mischievous look.
“I just wanna know you better, know you better, know you better now I just wanna know you, know you, know you.”
However the boy was clean now, the laundry hall had turned into one big mess. One you figured would dry on its own. It was merely wood, and you were merely a child.
After being dismissed by your mother, the two of you abandoned the robes, and took off running into the woods. Your once white dress had now turned brown and green at the edges, the colour of dirt and grass nearly stitched into it.
You had run back home with sticks pointing out of your hair, and Fili’s hair all curled up after the loss of his braids. Your mother had set the both of you down at the fireplace after cleaning you, humming you that low tune Fili and Dis seemed to know.
The scent of fresh laundry had hit your nose as you snuggled into your sleeping shirt, Fili seated beside with his cleaned robes as well.
“All I know is we said, "Hello" Your eyes look like comin' home All I know is a simple name And everything has changed.”
That same smell hit your nostrils as you were ripped from your daydream. You grabbed your husband’s fingers, toying with the rings at the edges of them.
“What were you thinking of, Azyûngel?” He voiced, placing a kiss on your shoulder blade.
You closed your eyes in content upon the notion, sinking into his arms even more.
“How did you know I trailed off?” You wondered aloud, a teasing edge to your voice. One Fili seemed to catch.
“You kept staring at a specific dent in the wall,” he pointed out through a chuckle. “I reckon it’s been there for ages. It could not have captured your attention.”
Curse him and his thoughtfulness.
“All I know is you held the door You'll be mine and I'll be yours All I know since yesterday Is everything has changed.”
“That hum,” you confessed. “It brought me back.”
Fili remained silent for a moment, letting the words sink in as he returned to the soothing patterns on your stomach.
“To where?”
“The laundry hall.”
A low chuckle came from him, his arms pulling you closer to him. Tighter, but not uncomfortable.
“There were many moments we spent there.”
“And you hummed all of them.” You remarked, turning your head slightly, as to face him better. “You never told me where it came from.”
“All I know is we said, "Hello" So dust off your highest hopes All I know is pouring rain And everything has changed.”
Again, a short silence took over. Not one pondering one, no. He was staring at you, but not in hesitance. No. He was staring at you in admiration.
“Home.” He spoke solemnly. “My mother sang it to me and Kili as a lullaby. She learned it from her mother, and she from hers.”
You smiled, placing a soft kiss on the bottom of his chin, before returning to your seat.
“Does it have lyrics?” You asked him, closing your eyes in contentment.
“Not that I am aware of.” Was his answer.
“All I know is a new found grace All my days, I'll know your face All I know since yesterday.”
That night, as you laid beside him, that same him escaped him. Only now, he knew you had listened to it. You had memorised every bit of it since you were a child. And now he knew.
A new sense of longing filled him. He seemed content, knowing you had noticed the song, but something was missing. He had the love he had been looking for his entire life. The story his mother had told him countless nights.
But still, something was missing.
As he turned around on his side, his arms wrapped around your waist, pulling your back into his stomach. His body spooned you as his fingers subconsciously ran back to your stomach, twirling soothing circles.
‘She learned it from her mother, who learned it from hers.’
And now, you knew the tune.
“Is everything has changed.”

Go Away, Richard
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
AN: Just Imagine the Second Gif is Richard Bumping Into Luke. Also this is Fiction so anything in this story is fake. I don’t know if Luke’s PR is actually a bitch and Richard, I’m pretty sure, is not single.
Master Lists: Drabbles/Imagines, and Completed Series
“So how does this work?” You ask as you go into the living room.
Luke had asked you to be his date to the Beauty and the Beast Premier in London and here you were with Richard, Luke, Aidan, Dean, and his wife, Sarah. This was your first time at one of these since you skipped all three Hobbit premieres even though you were a stunt coordinator and one of the photographers on set. That’s how you met these four men and in return, Sarah.
“Well, Luke will probably be asked questions and to sign things so the only option you have is to ditch him and come with me or talk to his PA, ” Richard explains, making you giggle.
“Back off Armitage. She’s my date tonight. Y/n, just relax. Everyone already loves you so you’ll be fine,” Luke says.
After Dean takes a few photos for his wife’s websites, you all leave.
When you get there, Luke immediately grabs your hand. “You’ll be fine sweetheart,” he says as you shake a bit.
You nod and loop your arm through his. Luke gets called over to sign a few pictures and you follow him.
 "Who is Luke’s date?“ Some girl asks as you both walk away from the group. "Is that y/n?” you hear another voice ask and there’s more screaming.
As he signs photographs you stay behind to talk with his PR manager.
 "Where is his partner?“ you ask her.
"Couldn’t make it,” she says in a short tone and that makes you not want to talk to her. It’s going to be a long night.
You look around as you feel an arm sliver around your waist. It’s Richard.
 "Is everything alright? You look upset,“ he whispers in your ear. "Luke’s PR is a real bitch,” you mutter and he looks at the woman. She actually has a rbf.
 "Looks like one too,“ he mutters before backing away. "Evans I’m going to steal your date if you’re not going to entertain her,” he calls out.
 Luke comes over to you and links his hand with yours, making Richard laugh.
“Don’t you think about it,” Luke says and he drags me back over to the fans. You laugh and chat with a few as he signs some stuff. “How long are you in London for?"
"I leave tomorrow, sadly. I’ll be coming back in May though to do a few photo shoots so I’ll probably be seeing you around if you live in the area. However I’m not doing personal shoots so I won’t be able to meet you through a schedule,” you say and she nods.
 Luke signs a few more before grabbing your hand and bringing you over to the press. “
You need a new PR,” you say. He laughs. “Why?” He ask. “Because she seems like a bitch,” you say and he stops, laughing.
You smile at him, his laughter contagious. “You should be my new PR,” he says as you continue walking . “Maybe,” you say.
We stop at a few reporters. “Ms. L/N! Mr. Evans! You make such a fine pair tonight,” one report says. “This is all thanks to Sarah O’Gorman. Dean’s wife. I’m sure they’re around here somewhere,” You say.
“Well, Mr. Evans. Are you excited for the premiere?” she asks.
 “Of course. I’ve been excited ever since I first got the part. It’s amazing to be working alongside Emma and Dan and watching this fairy tail come to life,” he says.
“Are you excited to watch it, y/n?” she asks.
“Oh yeah definitely. I love seeing old disney tales come to life. Beauty and the Beast is one of my favorite movies so I’m definitely excited to see it. Also watching Emma Watson is just breathtaking,” you say.
 “Are we going to be expecting you to be in future films?”
 “Me? Probably not. I’ll make them, but not be in them,” you say.
“Why not?”
 “I am a photographer, not an actor. I like how my life is right now so I’ll just stick to it,” you say as you feel an arm go around your shoulder. You turn to find Ian McKellan. You smile and pull him into a hug.
 “How do you know each other?” she asks again.
“She was the stunt coordinator on The Hobbit and she was one of the main photographers there. I’m pretty sure her photography is what made her so popular with the crowd,” he explains.
Ian walks off again and you and Luke move on to another reporter.
We stop at a male interviewer this time. “Y/n. Is this your first time at a red carpet premiere?” he asks.
“Of course. IT’s amazing really. I’m kind of glad Luke asked me to join him. Kind of bummed that I’m leaving so soon,” you say.
 “Luke. What was it like working with Ian again?”
 “Well, I didn’t really work with him because he’s cogs worth, the clock so he just did voice over work and by the time he actually becomes human, I’m already dead you know. I hope that’s not a spoiler. It shouldn’t be given the fact that this movie is 26 years old,” Luke says laughing.
You just smile at him. He’s such a sweetheart. You feel a body behind yours and you turn around to find Richard making Luke groan.
 “This man has been trying to steal my date all night. Can’t keep his hands off her,” he says as Richard rests an arm on his shoulder.
“It’s not my fault she’s beautiful,” Richard says, winking at you. You roll your eyes smiling.
“Where’s Aidan?” you ask him.
 “No idea,“ Richard explains, laughing. You shake your head.
"Mr. Armitage. When are you going to ask y/n on a date?” The reporter asks. “Eventually,” he says smirking. “Now move along and away from my date,” Luke says pushing him away.
You laugh.
“Does Richard always do that?” the reporter asks. “Only if it involves y/n. Those two should get together if you know what I mean,” Luke answers.
“I mean theres a petition going around on change.org to get them together. Have you seen it?” he asks. “Is there really? I need to sign it,” Luke says and you laugh.
“Yes. I’ve seen it. Last I checked there were 10,000 signatures. Keep up the good work,” you say, laughing. Luke and you walk away. You both pose for some cameras and while the flashes go off he turns towards you.
 "Is there really a petition to get you two to go out?“ He asks.
"Yup. Funniest thing ever,” you tell him, smiling. “Are you going to follow through?” He asks.
“I’ve been busy,” you say as you turn back to the cameras.
“I can keep you busy as well,” he whispers leaning close to you and you laugh.
“Too bad you’re gay. Also, Richard has his eyes on you,“ You tell him nodding behind him. You both turn and you lean over a bit to see Richard making the "I’m watching you” signal. You laugh and he smiles.
Luke sticks his tongue out at Richard and pulls you closer. Two can play at that game.

Hacking coughs racked your body as you lurched forward, and you squeezed your eyes shut as pain radiated in your chest from the coughs. After the fit was over, you fell back on to your bed with a small groan, a few tissues jumping on to your stomach from the impact. You could hear a slight movement from the living area before footsteps made their way towards your room, and you let out a big sneeze when the door opened, only to reveal a flinching Fili, his face scrunched up at your sickly sounds.
“And you’re sure that this is just a cold?” He spoke as he walked in, a tray filled with medicine and food in his hands has he looked to you in deep concern. “Because that sounded worse than a cold.”
You shook your head a bit in reply, letting out another groan as you winced when pain shot through your skull from the movement. You sniffled a bit as you snuggled deeper into your comforter, looking to Fili through red, watery eyes. “I actually think it’s allergies.” You spoke, grimacing at how deep your voice sounded from the congestion you were currently dealing with. “They usually get this bad around this time of year.” It was true. But this time, the pollen and the wheatgrass hit you head on. Your eyes would water constantly, and if not that they would be dry; your nose would be stuffy and runny all at the same time, and your grimace whenever you’d try to get rid of the excess snot in your nose; lastly your throat would become dry and hoarse, and hacking coughs would be a constant thing you had to deal with. It was pure, unadulterated pain and discomfort.
Fili shook his head as he sat down gently next to you, his golden hair that wasn’t in a low bun dancing around his face and shoulders as he set the tray of goodies on to your nightstand. He gently placed the back of his hand on to your forehead, and immediately he gave a small nod. “You don’t have a fever, so it might just be severe allergies.” He muttered more to himself. Fili ignored the annoyed look you shot him as he reached for the medicine, turning to you with a small grimace as he balanced the many pill bottle and liquids in his hands. “Here, this should help with your cough, and these are going to help with your watery eyes and runny nose.”
You narrowed your eyes at him when he poured the thick syrup into a large spoon. You hated taking cough syrup, especially the one he had one hand. Fili noticed your disgruntled face, your lips pursed together as you turned your face away from him. Without any warning Fili’s thick fingers found grasped your chin, and he forced you to look at him before he managed to shove the spoon into your mouth through your pursed lips. Given, about half of the syrup spilled on to your chin and down your shirt, you still got your medicine. You shivered in disgust as you reluctantly swallowed down the medicine, raising a hand to your throat as you let out another cough. “Ugh, I really hate that taste.” You hoarsely spoke, grasping Fili’s forearm as you gave him a strong look. “Never make me take that again.”
“You won’t have to once we get your allergy medicine again.” He laughed a bit at your reaction to the medicine, and he handed you a glass of water and two pills before turning back to the remaining items on the tray. “I tried to make you some stew, but Bombur ended up sending over some of his, your favorite—” Fili watched as your eyes lit up at the mention of Bombur’s famous beef and potato stew, a small smile spreading out on his lips as he tapped the covered container. “—so this will help wash down the taste of the medicine.”
Fili was careful to not spill any of the precious stew as he took the lid off of the container. It’s warm and delectable scent filled your room instantly, your mouth watering as you watched Fili slowly stir the stew, making sure that everything was mixed in well. You were bouncing excitedly in your spot, a new found enters coursing through your body before he carefully grabbed the tray and set it on to your awaiting lap. “Yes, thank you, Mom” You let out a small laugh when Fili pursed his lips at your nickname for him, and he rolled his eyes before he leaned down to press a chaste kiss to your forehead.
“Whatever, I’m going to order your medicine now, so just call me once you’ve finished.” He gently patted your hair down before he went to walk out of your room. However, before you hand a chance to taste the stew, he turned around last minute to point a stern finger in your direction. “And please don’t spill that. I’d rather deal with you being sick than having to take you to the hospital because of a burn.”
You nodded frantically after shoving a spoonful of the stew into your mouth. “Sir, yes sir.” You agreed, giving him a mock salute with one hand while the other went to cover your stew filled mouth. “I promise I won’t.”

Imagine~
Discontinued until Further Notice
Imagine taking a road trip with Richard Armitage, Dean O'Gorman and Aidan Turner going to Japan, Greece and Spain
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
You were a new up and coming [your nationality] actress given the role of Azalea Baggins by Peter Jackson for The Hobbit films. Being a new actress, you were extremely nervous and shy being around new people. However, after shooting The Hobbit; An Unexpected Journey, you became quite close with many of the actors. You became closest to Aidan Turner, who played Kili, Dean O’Gorman, who played Fili, and Richard Armitage, who played Thorin. Aidan, who had become one of your best friends, oddly enough played your love interest in The Hobbit films.
You were running the scene where the Company was in front of the Great Goblin.
"Alright, and action!" Peter shouted. Aidan, as Kili, pushed you behind him as the Goblins rushed you all up to the Goblin King.
"Kili, what are you doing?" Azalea asked. Fili stepped closer to you, keeping you hidden.
"Keep your head down and stay quiet. They can't know that you are a female." Fili whispered. The Great Goblin, played by Barry Humphries, leaned forward, stepping on Goblins as he walked forward. Though Barry was in a motion sensor suite, you knew that when the editing happened and the movie came out, Barry would be replaced by a giant ugly Goblin.
"Who would be so bold as to come armed into my kingdom?" The Great Goblin asked. "Spies? Thieves? Assassins?!" He shouted.
"Dwarfs your Malevolence." A smaller Goblin said.
"Dwarfs?" The Great Goblin roared.
"We found 'em on the front porch." The Goblin said.
"Well don't just stand there, search them! Every crack, every crevice!" The Great Goblin ordered. He saw Azalea amidst the group. "Ooh, a woman I see. Bring her forward." He ordered. You did your best to bring forth the fear and worry that J.R.R. Tolkien had described in his books. You made your eyes go wide and looked to Aidan, who desperately tried to fight through the actors who were playing the Goblins. One of the actors pushed you forward, forcing you onto your knees. You glared up at the Great Goblin.
"Cut!" Peter shouted. Barry chuckled and helped you up.
"Ooh, that was one scary looking glare you gave me, [Y/N]." Barry said, laughing. The rest of the actors laughed along with him. You chuckled and shrugged your shoulders.
"Oh you know, I just have to put on my 'Do not touch my cookies or else I'll kill you' look." You said, causing everyone to laugh again.
A little later, you were in you trailer, after just getting out of costume and getting your Hobbit ears and feet taken off. You loved the design, but honestly you could barley hear a thing out of those ears. You were sitting on your couch eating a bowl of ramen. You glanced up at the posters you had up of your favorite places you wanted to visit. Japan, Greece, Spain, Paris and the Bahamas. It was your dream to visit each and every one of those places. A knock resounded on your trailer door. Quickly setting your fork down in your bowl, you quickly made your way to the door and opened it. There stood Aidan, Dean and Richard. You smiled and leaned against the opening.
"Hello gentlemen, how can I help you this fine afternoon?" You asked. They chuckled at your humor.
"We wanted to speak to you, love. Can we come in?" Richard asked. You smiled and nodded.
"Of course, come in, come in." You said. You moved out of the way for the three men to come into your trailer, Dean closing the door after himself. You lead them to your "living room". The living room was complete with a couch, a tv and a table in front of the couch. You looked at the three. "Can I get you guys anything to eat or drink?" You asked. They shook their heads.
"Nah, we're alright, thanks though." Aidan said. You nodded and took your original spot on the couch where you were eating your ramen. Aidan glanced up at the many posters you had around your trailer. "So, [Y/N]," Aidan said, catching your attention. "Out of all the posters you have up on your wall, which three places would you like to visit?" He asked. You looked up at your posters as you chewed and swallowed the noodles in your mouth.
"Hmm, out of all those posters, I would like to visit Japan, Greece and Spain the most," you looked down with a gentle smile on your face. "Japan has such amazing history behind it, reading the books Rick Riorden wrote is what got me into Greece in the first place and the beauty of Spain just seems so amazing to me." You sighed. "I know that once my career in acting gets bigger, I'll eventually get to visit those places, so I'm not in a big rush to visit them yet," you looked up at the posters with longing. "Still, it would be nice not to have to wait for it." You said. The three smiled at your admiration for the three countries.
"Well," Dean said, his phone out. You looked at him. "How would you feel if you got to visit those countries sooner rather than later?" He asked. He held up his phone and showed it to you. You saw a website and three plane tickets booked for a flight to Japan tomorrow morning at 6:00 am. Your eyes widened and you covered your mouth with your hands, then dropped them in confusion.
"Wait, there's three tickets." You said, looking at the three in confusion.
"We're taking you to those three places, starting with Japan." Richard said. Your eyes widened and you shook your head, looking at the three of them.
"No," you said. They nodded. "No! This has got to be some big elaborate prank." You said. Aidan chuckled.
"It's not, love. We're really taking you to your three favorite places." He said. Tears gathered in your eyes and you hugged all three of them.
"Thank you all so much." You said, pulling away. "When are we leaving?" You asked.
"The flight leaves tomorrow at 6:00 am, which means we will have to leave at 4:00 am to get to the airport." Dean said. You nodded.
"How long are we going to stay in all three places?" You asked.
"A month. A month in each country." Richard said. Your mouth dropped open and your eyes bugged out.
"A month?! We can't stay that long. What about filming?" You asked. You knew Peter was on a tight schedule to get this movie released on time.
"Peter said it wouldn't be a problem." Aidan said. "Plus we want some alone time with our favorite girl." Aidan said, winking at you. Richard gently yet not so gently elbowed Aidan in the side. Aidan had almost exposed part of their plan. What you didn't know, was that all three of these men had fallen in love with you. They each wanted to spend time with you so, ultimately, you could decide which person you loved the most. You smiled at the three.
"Aw, thanks you guys." You said. "But what about packing? I don't have enough clothes to last me a month in different countries." You said. Dean chuckled.
"It's already taken care of. You received a package from your family, did you not?" He asked. You nodded. When you had opened a package from your family three days ago, you were confused when you found a lot of your favorite clothes, including your One Piece Zoro hoodie crop top. Now, it all made sense to you.
"We want to make sure this is alright with you." Richard said. You nodded.
"Of course it's alright with me. Spending a month in three of my favorite countries with three of my favorite people, how could I resist?" You asked smiling. They chuckled and got up.
"Well, we'll let you go so you can pack and continue on with whatever you were doing." Dean said. Aidan pointed at you.
"Remember, be ready to go by 4:00 am tomorrow morning." He said. You smiled and saluted.
"Yes, my Lords!" You shouted. Aidan chuckled as they all left. Once they left and closed your trailer door, you immediately started packing, ready for the next morning.
//I hope you all liked this. There will be multiple parts to this imagine. In the end, there will be different endings to choose from. Aidan’s Ending, Richard’s Ending and Dean’s Ending. Oh, and don’t worry. I’ll make sure you get some steamy moments with each actor😉//
