The last oneshot I read the one with Dodger getting a brother and Chris and Yn expecting. Imagine what would be their reactions when Yn has delivered the child and is bringing her home after the delivery in hospital. 😭

hello! I hope you like it. I feel this probably isn't as good.

summary - chris and the reader have deja vu, but this time with a baby.

When I went into labour, the family was on standby. At least one member was at our house, and this happened to be Scott, the moment my water broke, Scott had to hold back the dogs, and Chris helped me waddle out the door. 

It’s been a few days as the hospital kept me in to ensure the baby and I were okay. Chris stayed by my side 24/7. His baby enhanced his entire being, when we got the all-clear to head home. Chris informed his family before helping me into the car. As he drives, I stare at our baby, smiling and cooing at them.

Once we arrive at our house, the whole family piles out. Huge grins on their face as they are excited about meeting the newest addition to the family. Chris turns the car off before turning to look at us. His eyes find his kid’s, and love fills him, “are you ready?” I look at him with a small smile, nodding. He gets out and walks to my side before helping us out of the car. His arms reach uder to grab the baby, holding them against him.

We walk over to the family, being greeted, and hugged, and everyone coos at the baby. Once everyone has met the newborn, we face the door. Chris looks at me, “this feels like deja vu.” We both chuckle before entering the house. The sound of paws hitting the floor fill our ears. The family helps keep the dogs at bay, needing them to calm before they can meet the baby. They sniff the air, eyes focused on the tiny being in Chris’s arms.

“Dodge, Scoob. Sit.” Chris commands firmly, as his father instincts are kicking in more now. Our dogs listen, sitting but tails still wagging. Their tongues flopping outside their mouths as they pant, Chris slowly steps closer and kneels. “This is C/n, and you gotta be real careful with them as they are smaller than you.” Chris gently talks to the dogs. My heart warms at his words. The family is smiling at the sight.

Dodger looks at his dad, then the baby and then to Scooby. Before facing the baby again, he slowly leans forward, nose bumping against the baby's arm, giving a tiny lick. Stepping back, Scooby does the same, sniffing, bumping, and licking. Stepping back, they both wag their tails and smile at us.

We praise them, letting them know how good they are, and Scott hands them a treat each. Once all the introductions went well, we all sat and chatted. The food is served, and Chris holds me against him as the baby is between our arms. 

I’m so glad this was my family.

Aaww thank you, baby!! Maisie is absolutely adorable, she's currently lying curled up with her back paws tucked between her front paws, it's so cute 😭 And her and Lily are finally starting to play together, it's so much fun to watch!

Anyway, back to Sebastian 😂 His favourite German words seem to be "Natürlich" (naturally), "Richtig" (correct) and "Gemütlich" (comfortable and cosy, sort of). So cute, especially that last one 🥰 Aw nooo, I didn't even realise Chris's panel was happening today, I've been so busy, I don't wike it 😭 But I'm looking forward to seeing the clips and gifs, it's always a delight hearing him talk about baby Dodger!!! <333

Not noticing him until Dodger starts his barking and rough paw digging into your thigh to launch himself to get to Chris as fast as possible. 

“I’m home!” Chris chuckles, happily complying with the rescue's eager licks. “I got you something special.”

“Chris,” you squeal. “I’m on the couch, come here, come here!” Mirroring Chris’ grin, his large hands reach under your arms, biceps squeezing you close.

“Missed you so much, angel,” he presses a kiss to your forehead. “Wanna see what daddy got you? You’re gonna love them all.”

“All?”

“Yes, all.”

Playing with them for the next hour while Dodger naps on your lap 😭💔💔
