Katie and Little Roomba decided to "clean" Captain Peavey's room today. They came home with all sorts of stuff: loose credits, a pack of gum, a First Order Academy graduation ring, and several code cylinders that they should NOT have.

When asked how they found all this stuff on the floor, Katie replied, "Must have fallen out of his pockets."

Upon further interrogation, I learned the truth. Then, I spent the rest of the evening telling Katie she is NOT allowed to remove the Captain's uniforms from his closets, turn them upside down, and then shake them until stuff falls out.

Now I need to go sneak all this stuff back into his quarters.

Sigh. I love this droid, but she is going to get me fired some day.

I had initially pinned the failure of the sequel trilogy on the fact you can see the fasteners on inside of the collar of Poe’s flight suit in TLJ but something like that happens even earlier – you can see the sliding metal hook and eye fasteners shining through in the center of Lieutenant Mitaka’s uniform jacket in TFA

#IIRC one of the big things for the OT costume design was: no visible clothing fasteners #these are my priorities #and TFA was fine; for it being A Newer Hope it was an OK start to a trilogy #but I am going to hunt jj abrams for sport regardless #personal #for the record the First Order uniform jacket I have hanging in my hall closet fastens up the center front with a black plastic zipper

#easy fix would be ninety-nine NOT asking how old the batch is but alas #the worldbuilding demands specificity #personal #if rex is ten at the start of the clone wars and he's a first gen clone #then all second and third gens are younger than ten at the start of the war #and the batch probs didnt get deployed till like year three maybe lets assume #so they were seven at the start of the war #if boba is ALSO ten at the start of the war #but he blends in with the clone cadets in that one episode then clones get their second stage cadet uniform around age 5-6 #so in order for the batch to be in their second stage cadet uniforms in this fic they should be around 5-6 #which means rex is at the same time like 8-9 SO the war hasnt started yet HA GOT IT

the uniforms in enterprise make 0 sense to me.

through the passage of time in the shows the uniforms lose more and more color. so if we work backwards they gain MORE color :)

OH. I got so caught up in the nero spiral I didn't even mention the redraw ideas 🌋🚶🏻‍♀️

#it struck me that it would be so easy to translate the mv to leetle mees gioia #in the beginning it would be baby gioia playing the organ and one of the cuts would be the empty audience. she messes up and trashes the #stage in anger. she throws the door open and steps through it slightly older now + in novice order gear. the claws have sunk in now yk! #and when she runs away from the camera‚ the scene switches to the forest where the abandoned church is #and she's older still‚ in disheveled uniform - knees soiled with dirt. the bust is of her father + she pushes it off the column‚ breaking it #she stays the same when the camera flips - running from the broken bust of her father (thinking she is to blame for his death) but Also from #cella off-screen! i imagine this set could be ripped from the one in 4 +she just throws herself down one of the sets of stairs from that map #the neon part of the mv i think would instead be in blacks and whites‚ and i think the exit signs would be those horror style eyes instead #anyways this part would feature the gioia right before she meets vergil‚ donned in her mourning reds yk. The twins are 100% true lycanthropes of the Red Werefox variety and they were born with partial melanism leaving them with black hair/fur instead of red. The two of them bleach and dye their hair completely in human form due to insecurities regarding how much they stood out in a family full of gingers.

Elise, who is around 80% human , is a dud lycanthrope of the Red Werefox variety and she was born with albinism and she regularly dyes her bangs a lavender/lilac color just for the fun of it. She still displays some outwardly non-human features stemming from what little lycanthropy DNA she carries passively.
