"The worst part, Mr. Tiny Hero, is that they thought I wouldn't notice. Me! They wanted to turn a profit on this war and expected I wouldn't figure it out! They also didn't invite me! I've never been so insulted in my life!" Ravio hurried down the path, dragging the confused otherworldly being behind him.
"But they get one kid dressed up like some kind of death god and start thinking they can capture part of Calatia under the pretense of securing the border or some bullshit. Like you're just a tool for them! Well you're not, especially if I have anything to say about it. And I want to fuck them over too. Just a little. A smidgen." Ravio made a quick turn to the left, toward the docks.
"Don't worry, I've bribed the guards and Mr. Pirate Hero's got the boat ready. We're getting you out of here. If there's one thing I'm good at it's running away." The packed dirt turned to wooden planks under their feet, clacking under Ravio's boots and groaning under the former hero's.
"Also in retrospect I should have given you a better nickname Mr. Tiny Hero. My bad."

Hey Stars! I adore your writing❤️
For a prompt how about Time and Warriors, reunion/trust? I can’t stop thinking about Wars realizing that the Little Link he fought the war with grew up to be Time,,, I feel like it’s bittersweet for both of them 🥲❤️
Aww, thank you! I'm so glad that you've been enjoying my little fics!
I'm going to apologize right away that this got real angsty/whumpy in the first part. (It made me sad enough that it took me two days to write XD ). I promise it gets better though! There's implied major injuries that aren't described in detail, and some descriptions of blood. But he gets better!
When thinking about Time being a part of the WoE, I've had this idea of Warriors wanting to make Sprite (the name I use for Time in the WoE in this) proud, and Sprite wanting to grow up to be like Warriors. But neither of them realize this at the time.
(If you read this and would like to request a short snippet, see this post!)
Time patted Warriors’ cheek, trying to get his attention and keep him awake. His breathing was all too shallow and broken up by the occasional cough, which left blood dribbling from the corner of his lips. Warriors’ head lolled to the side, but Time put his other hand on Warriors’ cheek to hold him steady. “Captain, you need to stay awake. Just a little longer, okay? The others are on their way.” Warriors mumbled something, but Time couldn’t make out what he was trying to say. Time swallowed, tamping down the urge to look behind him. Instead, he kept his focus on Warriors, who now had tears welling up in the corners of his eyes. “Do.. do you…” “Hush, save your strength.” Warriors head tipped back, and he looked up to the sky. Time wasn’t sure what exactly he was seeing. The tears dripping down his face mixed with the blood coming from the corner of his lips. Time wished he could wipe it away, make the pain go away. “...think… I… made him proud?” “Captain.” Time brushed the hair away from Warriors’ forehead. His eyes fluttered. “You’ve done amazing things, you’ve done so much good. Anyone would be proud.” Warriors lips tipped up in a crooked smile, but he coughed on his next breath. “That’s all I… wanted. He left before… I could never…” Warriors struggled to get the words out between wheezing breaths. Time glanced over his shoulder. He could no longer hear the sounds of the battle. The others should come looking any moment now. “Who?” But Warriors eyes had fallen shut. Time tapped on his cheek, and Warriors eyelids fluttered again. “Link, come on. Stay awake. Help is coming.” The promise felt hollow, even if he knew the others would be looking for them. “S…s…prite.” Time froze. He hadn’t heard that name in years. Decades, even. Warriors went limp, and Time barely managed to stop him from falling over. He cursed, and wrapped his arms around Warriors shoulders and underneath his knees. It was dangerous to move him, but at this point, he couldn’t wait for the others to find them. Time hurried in the direction he’d last heard the others in. It was only a minute or so later when he heard a shout and then the sound of the others coming towards them. Sky was already opening a bottle with a fairy by the time Time kneeled and set Warriors back on the ground. The fairy circled around Warriors, and immediately color returned to his face and his breathing evened out. He remained unconscious, but that was to be expected. Even magical healing took a lot of energy, so he would likely sleep for a while.
___
They decided to camp out for a few days. Everyone could use the rest, especially Warriors, after the last battle. Time waited a while before catching Warriors alone. “Captain?” Warriors looked up from where he was fixing a tear in one of his tunics. He gestured to the space beside him, and Time sat down. Time had debated on how to start this conversation, but in the end, he decided to just go for it. “Do you remember what happened after you were injured?” Warriors paused his work, and then set it aside with a sigh. “Not much.” “You mentioned a… Sprite?” Warriors’ face fell, and he tapped on his thigh. Time thought he recognized the pattern as one of the few songs the captain knew on the ocarina back in the war. He finally glanced over at Time, barely meeting his eyes. “He was another hero I fought alongside in the war. He was my little brother, and way too young to be there. I… He was sent home before I could say goodbye.” Time’s heart clenched. It had been so long since he’d stepped back through the portal after the War of Eras. When Lana had told him there was no time to say goodbye. Warriors — Link, at that time — had been recovering in the medic’s tent, slipping in and out of consciousness after suffering injuries in his final battle with Ganon. Time had never gotten to say goodbye either. He blinked slowly, then reached for his bag. He wasn’t sure if Warriors would believe him if he just told him the truth. But he had enough proof in his bag. “Link, I’m sorry I never told you this before.” He grabbed the first mask from his bag. “I thought… well, I don’t really know what I was thinking.” He passed the keaton mask over to Warriors. Warriors held it gingerly. Time couldn’t read the expression on his face. “When I was sent home, only minutes had passed in my original time. For the longest time, I told myself it was a dream. I didn’t believe it, not really. But it was easier that way.” Next, he pulled out the Ocarina of Time. The actual relic, though it no longer held the blessing of the Goddess of Time. “I… I know I was a brat. I know I caused trouble. But I need you to know that you are a huge part of who I am today. I was too old for the body I was in, but even still, I knew that when I grew up, I wanted to be just like you. You were my hero, Link. You still are.” When Warriors looked up, there were tears streaming down his face. For a moment, Time thought he’d done something wrong, but then Warriors set the mask and ocarina down as carefully as he’d held them and leaned over to wrap his arms around Time. Time pulled him closer until Warriors nearly fell over, and they both laughed, but neither moved to pull away. “You grew up to be a far better man than I’ve ever been, Sprite.” “Don’t talk like that, Link. I’m so, so proud of you.”

Febuwhump Day 6 - "You Lied to Me"
I decided to try something different today, and I hope y'all don't mind. Introducing Link, the Hero of Power—predecessor to Captain Link, the Hero of Warriors—and Queen Zelda, the Sacred Diplomat. Together, these two legendary figures, alongside Gerudo Chief Hemisi, split Ganondorf's soul into pieces and sealed him away across time and space as a permanent way to end the ageless curse (before that got reversed in Hyrule Warriors). Anyway, here's a little angst with them!
X
The water was almost too hot as it bubbled against his skin. Link sighed, trying to relax into it, accepting this odd vacation he and Zelda had been given. The Gorons weren't unfriendly by any means, but it was strange that they had invited the monarchs to their hot springs for some time off.
Stranger still that Zelda had accepted.
Link glanced over at his queen as she bathed in the water, her figure wavering in the heat as it lazily drifted up from the surface. He was still curious why she'd agreed to come. The pair had never taken time off, and most certainly never together alone. This was a bizarre move, and it made him slightly uneasy. Although it felt beyond freeing to leave the castle, he missed his children. Relaxing like this was a foreign concept to him at this point.
What are you up to, Zelda? he wondered.
He decided to try his luck, swimming over to her. She turned in the water as he approached, face imperceptible as usual.
"Why are we here?" he asked softly, cautiously.
"The Gorons invited us," Zelda answered simply. "I wasn't going to refuse such kindness."
"Because they would view it as a slight, or because of something else?" Link pressed. When Zelda watched him a moment longer, he continued, "We've... been married for years, my queen. I imagine we can speak plainly to each other by now? It's just you and me."
Zelda's façade cracked, her lips twitching, gaze falling to the water level. "You can call me Zelda, you know. You do that, sometimes, when we are being intimate."
He supposed he did. And he supposed this was a moment of intimacy and vulnerability. "Then what's this about, Zelda?"
"I just..." Zelda faltered, showing uncharacteristic hesitancy. It reminded him of how she'd acted at her father's funeral, when it had just been the two of them, long after the crowds had dissipated (and after she had left). "I just wanted you to have something nice. I... I wanted us to have something nice."
Her voice grew so quiet as she added the last statement, nearly shriveling into the water. Link could understand why. She wasn't exactly responsible for giving him anything nice for a long time.
Well... aside from their children. But even then...
A bitter part of him let her look this small and defeated, demure and timid and so penitent. A part of him was angry that she was even trying.
You had promised a brighter future for all of Hyrule, that voice snapped. You lied to me.
It wasn't a lie, though, and he knew it. Just because he had sacrificed his happiness and his life didn't mean the rest of Hyrule wasn't thriving.
Link sighed tiredly. Despite all the hurt between them, he still didn't like to see her like this. It wasn't as if he was the only one who had sacrificed everything. He leaned forward, pulling her close, letting her rest against him, his finger absentmindedly tracing the green paint that adorned her arms, watching it slowly trail off her pale skin. "That's... considerate of you."
Zelda's own hands traced a scar on his chest, and he swallowed, feeling his heart start to race. She pulled away, though, calming his rushing blood and making him curious again.
"I figured I'd... try," she said quietly, refusing to make eye contact. "After... we don't do this much. Spend time together."
Why would they? This marriage hadn't exactly been his choice. He'd hardly spent enough time with her to create an heir the first year. Though in the years after that, he'd used her as his escape as much as she'd used him as her political toy.
So was she using him now? Or was she being genuine? He remembered she was capable of being kind to him.
Was she lying to him now?
"Is this some sort of favor to the Gorons?" he finally asked, letting himself be candid. She'd requested as much, anyway. "Creating a child in their homeland? Would they view that as some sort of honor?"
"This isn't--this isn't about that," Zelda shook her head. "I just wanted you to be able to relax. Back home, you... you're usually taking care of the children more than me."
"Then why did you come along?" Link questioned further. When Zelda winced and swam back a hair, his wariness died down, replaced by guilt.
She really... she just wants to spend time with me?
Oh.
She was lonely.
Link huffed, looking away. Goddesses above. He really was being self-centered, he supposed.
"Well..." he trailed off awkwardly, not really knowing what to say. "Even sacred diplomats need a break, I guess."
Zelda smiled a little forlornly, still looking into the water. Link moved towards her again, letting his body sink into the bubbling warmth so he could look up at her from where her gaze had stayed. He rose up to her with an inviting kiss, and she let him lead.
Though the act was nothing new, it held a bit more tenderness to it than ever before, a sort of mutual pain that emanated between the quiet couple as they sought comfort in each other. Typically after the fact the two would go their separate ways, but this time they basked in the heat, letting themselves dry off on the volcanic rock, draped in towels. Neither had anything to say—at this point what could they say—but they stayed, and Link settled into a nap that was more restful than he'd had in years.

Alright I think I’ve sent a ask in before and you answered it, I’m not sure if I’m just repeating myself but if I am feel free to ignore!
Alright I wanted to talk about changes in the gerudo culture, now naturally culture norms will change and fade as time goes on. But with the gerudo I can’t help but feel that they were forced to change much of their culture just to appease the other races.
Like why did they stop training Molduga? Why did they change their style to be more feminine etc.
Personally I feel like they were forced to change their culture so they wouldn’t get attacked. Why? Well example the sheikah, the sheikah are a tribe very close to the royal family. They will take out anyone who is a threat to the royal family, correct? Well who used to actively oppose the royal family, the gerudo.
I believe the sheikah still have a prejudiced against the gerudo because, you cannot find a single gerudo in kakariko village. You can find gerudo npcs outside the village thought, on the dangerous rode. Wouldn’t it be easier and safer for them to just cut through kakariko village? Unless there was still bad blood
I’m sorry to bother with my my insane ramblings I just wanted to share and I felt this place appropriate to share my thoughts.
Thank you for reading and thank you and have a nice night/morning/afternoon
Hey, thanks for the ask!
I mean, regardless of what actually did happen in canon, if anything did, I have to say that BotW, and then TotK's internal narrative regarding the gerudos feels rather worrying to me --for several reasons, some of which you do mention here.
The gerudos, by virtue of having the strongest culture that differs from hylians, is the one that is also the most dynamic in these games' shared reality (so TotK's mythical past, BotW, and then TotK modern era), the one that is the most malleable and ongoing internal change.
The first time we see the gerudos, historically, they have a certain political structure that seems to rely on kinghood, have certain skills related to war (the molduga situation), and even have fashion sensitivities that are relatively different to modern era's gerudos (the mohawk, etc, and I Will Not mention the ear situation for the inconsistent mess that it is). Then, the whole shenanigans with Rauru happen, we see the Sage of Lightning having a fashion sense that feels closer to what we know, and we get to see active collaboration happening.
Fast-forward hundreds-to-thousands of years later: not only are gerudos vassal to Hyrule pre-Calamity, but, while their town is still closed behind walls, the gerudos have a strong cultural focus on seeking (mostly) hylian husbands. We get to hear about the younger generations pushing against the strong rules keeping the city closed, and that the walls aren't as closed as they used to be.
In TotK, not only is the actual language evolving (so even if old hylian seems to have been a thing, the speed of language evolving is to be noted imo), but we see clear examples of the ancestral rules being challenged to the point of near annihilation. By the time we leave the gerudos behind, two hylian men have snuck inside the walls/forced their presence upon them, and we have heard of at least another group who have been working for years to make them bend the rules for their sake. Zelda came around and influenced their war techniques, and even their ancient legends get recontextualized as involving hylian men with the Eight Heroin, or as monstrously evil and something to seek forgiveness for in the case of Ganondorf. Subtextually, I'd argue we are assisting to a culture being assimilated in real time. It might be portrayed as a good thing, as old, useless or even arguably bigoted traditions being cast aside, but I still have to insist that while gerudos are yielding their cultural identity under (mostly) hylian pressures, hylians spend the *entire game* rediscovering and reinforcing their own culture and pushing forward a cultural heritage that is thousand of years old --even reinjecting lost elements of its roots into its prosperous future.
And, yeah. It's kind of worth noting at least.

my tears of the kingdom dlc wishlist in no particular order;
dungeons not related to the immediate story that have unique bosses but give you fun items that give you different perks
more outfits
an option you can select on the main menu after you've completed the game by beating ganondorf at least once where you get a segment of post game content that acts like an epilogue
either two new quests like a call from the depths, or eight new shrines, or two new dungeons with heart containers to even out the health bar/stamina wheel
a side adventure where you help a team of different folks build new settlements in select areas of hyrule, possibly even the depths
a flying construct in the vein of the master cycle that people can earn that never disappears, is easy to control, and doesn't eat up your battery as fast as fans typically do
a side adventure/whole dlc pack that delves into the hero referenced in botw from 10,000 years ago on the mural and in the hero's aspect
a side adventure where cece hires link to hunt down the culprit who has been making knock-offs of her clothing brand, and it turns out to be the yiga as a money-making scheme

Father of Time Chapter 42: Echoes
Zelda was not having a good summer.
The War of Eras had been difficult. Those years had been hard on everyone with the constant fighting and the strange heroes from other times. While she had always been interested in old legends, having them shoved in her face suddenly was a big adjustment.  But it had all been going so well for a while. They pushed back Cia's advancements and got the Triforce back.  They returned the time-lost lands and heroes to their own eras. They had even defeated Ganondorf!
Or so they thought.
No, instead they had released him completely and he ran roughshod over the kingdom, causing defeat after defeat.  They had lost everything; the Triforce, the castle and even her parents. The invasion had been swift and brutal.
But in the end, they had succeeded and claimed back the land they had lost. They had started to rebuild. Safety measures had been enacted to keep malevolent magic out of Castle Town and surrounding areas. Their infrastructure had been repaired and electricity restored to the city. Things were going well! So she decided to take the next step.

Heart of Hyrule Modern AU pt 2
Wanted to get down some thoughts on world-building. specifically as it relates to war and reconstruction. this is all subject to change, i just needed to get it laid out somewhere so if something doesnt make sense please let me know!!!
Also CW for wartime, occupations, terrorism
The Borderless War
13 year long civil war
Started as an attempted coup to move from monarchy into military dictatorship
General Rivia of Noble Court planted his men at major forts throughout Hyrule. Once smoke signals were lit, the men mutinied and took control (or attempted to) of military stations and strategic routes.
Rivia was swiftly detained by the Sheikah protecting the royal family. The outposts were more difficult because the sitting king was deemed weak/ineffective. The forces were split 50/50 as was most of the populace
Rivia’s wife Nomi managed to take the royal family as political hostages with a rogue group of Sheikah she promised power
Nobles were rounded up and executed if they refused to kneel as were important figureheads. Entire towns were razed if they refused to swear fealty
As refugees fled to neighboring lands, the defected army hunted them down
During this time Ordon (previously on good terms with Hyrule) was forcibly occupied for their agriculture and isolation
The Zora remained neutral but accepted refugees, the Gorons defended the Eldin province from non official militants (the defected army), and the Rito fled from forest fires up into the mountains
The war ended when Nomi was betrayed by the Sheikah after failing to follow through on her promises
Without her at the helm, the uprising was swiftly squashed (About 4 years after Time is born/left in Kokiri Forest)
The Harkinian royal family takes the throne again (princess Zelda was born while the family was captive and sent as a protected hostage to a sheikah base in the east)
Weapons development
The war served as the turning point in modern magic weaponry.
The warriors family established their company by refitting old weaponry with mana charges which could fire liquidized or crystalline spells even by those not magically inclined
On top of projectile spells, the company produced traditional weapons (swords, spears, etc) that also used charges to apply spells to the weapons
They also produced tactical staves and learned to make the first lab-grown mana crystals (which they still have a patent on)
The weapons advanced much faster than the defenses which had devastating results for casualty numbers
Anti mage armor does come about towards the end of the war but is expensive and heavy
Reconstruction
Due to the lawlessness of the war era, monsters swiftly took over the wilds (especially in the south of Hyrule)
As the land was attempted to be resettled, monsters attacked and killed a lot of townships/camps
Monster hunting starts off as a noble trade but swiftly becomes synonymous with extortion and ransoming
Much of the south is left abandoned and with forces and resources already stretched thin, the royal army leaves the area to monsters with devastating results on the towns that survived through the war but were left defenseless
As a way to catalog refugees/orphans, Hylians are made to adopt true surnames over place names
The first wave of standardized official identification is rolled out. ID cards include names, birthdays, province of origin, and whether or not the person is magically inclined
King Harkinan establishes the sages as a unified council in peace attempts
Official seats of the country (castle town, goron city, etc) are fitted with anti mana barriers that require a key item such as a ring to use magic within the barrier limits
Dark magic is declared officially illegal. Light magic requires special licenses.
Post-war Occupation of Ordon
Ordon is denied a representative on the sages’ council leading the relationship to sour more. Hyrule has yet to pull out of the region.
The first Ordon Rebellion occurs resulting in the destruction of the great fort on the north end of Faron bridge. As a result, a second occupation occurs
Ordon is forced to name a capital (Ordon village) and an ambassador. Ordonians are then forced to take Hylian surnames.
A rebellion group forms with Ordon leading to a number of small terror acts and attacks on Hylian grounds. Anti-Ordon sentiments begin to crop up
Hyrule exhausts itself in Ordon and withdraws from the area under an unstable treaty. Ordon is considered Hyrule territory, but is allowed to functionally govern themselves. This makes trade/travel/logistics difficult between Hyrule and Ordon.
The temple of hylia constructed in Ordon Village is abandoned
Anti-ordonian laws (ID cards, permits/paperwork, lack of representation) are passed further dividing the kingdom and province
Character effects
Time is a war refugee who is born during the war and taken to the Kokiri for safety as an infant when his parents were outed as monarch loyalists working with a resistance
Malon’s family stayed in the south through the war and reconstruction. She vividly remembers hiding in the cellar from monsters as a child
Wars’ family owns and operates Warriors’ Weaponry Co. He has mixed feelings on his family’s legacy. He’s fairly inclined to magic and is somewhat skilled with a power spear.
Twilight is a Hylian reconstruction refugee adopted into Ordon. He faces a lot of anti-Ordon sentiment in Hyrule and the opposite in Ordon. His home and family were destroyed by a monster.
Wild was severely injured in a monster attack in the northeast of Hyrule which destroyed his home village.
Legend’s family is noble blooded but went into hiding after the war and gave up their titles.

Ravio was in a fucking war my dude
Honestly it seems like too many people forget how many characters were in the war of Hyrule Warriors. But I mainly focus on Ravio (because ALBW is one of my favorite games) and how he probably had to go form cowardly merchant to soldier. And it’s even worse when you consider how Link would react to it (yes I am talking about Legend from Linked Universe). Just, horrified that Ravio, of all people, fought in a full war.

Tears of the Kingdom isn’t the first time we’ve heard the phrase The Imprisoning War in Zelda lore
It’s also the term used in the Downfall Timeline as a precursor to LttP when Ganon was unleashed from the Sacred Realm and the King and the Sages rushed to fight the Demon King and re-seal the Sacred Realm, with no mention of a hero
Could TotK Imprisoning War and the LttP Imprisoning War be one and the same, with specific details being lost to time by the beginning of the game?
#totk spoilers#i’m not going to read any tags or comments on this post until i’ve completed the game#i’ve only found about three or four memories so far and i know this is a completely far-fetched conspiracy but it’s fun to think and theori#totk#and the zelda lore/continuity is a hot mess anyway.#it could be entirely possible that the Imprisoning War took place during the Era of Time directly after the heroes death#(at a young age i stand by the theory that link was sealed by the master sword after it was sent back in time with the knowledge ganondorf#was going to kill him right there in the temple of time after following him to get access to the sacred realm)#and we never got to see the king of hyrule for all we know he could have been a goatman#and icr if the queen was ever mentioned to be canonically dead. and it’s not the first time that nintendo has whitewashed a zelda though#this time it would be retroactively. or it could be set as lore states a long while after the era of time.#it’s never stated who tried to access the scared realm just that people wanted to claim the power there for their own. it could have been a#new ganondorf. and if the kingdom had been completely ruined by the ill-fated fight between the hero and Ganon and the following battle#between himself and the sages; it’s entirely possible that afterwards the zonai could have descended from the clouds to help re-build the#kingdom; and in a fit of morale-boosting refer to it as a founding of a new nation#or maybe not every war has to have a different name and the zelda lore makes no sense#that’s the more likely one imo lol

Times that the chain forgot Wolfie is Twilight (Fluff for day 3 of Febuwhump)
Here's some fluff to soothe the soul.
Wind
Was super tired that day
Saw Wolfie laying down and flopped on top of the wolf
Sailor was asleep as soon as his head was resting on Wolfies side
Twilight didn't mind, but he definitely doesn't prefer it
It becomes a regular occurrence later, much to his chagrin
(he doesn't really mind that much, he's just keeping up appearances)
 Warriors
Wakes up from a nightmare
Ends up cuddling with Wolfie
Maybe cries a little bit
Twilight politely doesn't bring it up the next morning
He does keep a careful eye on Wars the next day and offers silent support
Four
He doesn't forget as often as the others might
But every so often he finds himself idly scratching Wolfies ears
Red does it most out of the colors
But they all do it
Twilight doesn't mind
He low-key enjoys it from time to time
Hyrule
Rulie sometimes forgets Twilight is Wolfie
And that Wolfie is a nice wolf
He has startled in a sleepy state and drawn his sword on Wolfie before
Twilight takes note to approach slower as Wolfie
Or just transform back to his hylian form
He would never hold it against Rulie, he understands that wolves are not the nicest
Time
He lives on a ranch
He for sure has been around farm dogs
When he's super focused/distracted he’ll give Wolfie commands
The one that got the most laughs was when Wolfie/Twi was trying to snap Time out of his own head
And Time on impulse told Wolfie “No bite.”
Neither lived that down for a while
Legend
He also wakes from a nightmare
Lege decides that he needs a walk and Wolfie goes with
He ends up venting at some point
Twilight never mentions the stuff Legend said that night
But makes sure that Wolfie is there to supervise more late night walks as they seem to help
Sky
Completely forgets that Twilight is Wolfie
Baby talk
Skritches
Treats
Praise
The whole nine yards
Twilight learns to appreciate it, despite the others teasing
It's kind of nice to get praise just for existing sometime
Wild
Wild almost never forgets
However, if injured or really out of it, he completely forgets
Wolfie becomes like his companion in his era
Subject to all the cuddles and silly questions and weepy venting
Wild has admitted to Wolfie his fear of disappointing Twilight
Twi always makes sure to reassure Wild when he's more aware of reality

I’ve done sooo much yapping about Warriors today, here are some headcanon about some of the others!
- Twilight’s hair grows similarly to a wolf’s pelt in that his roots are just permanently very dark and his hair is incredibly thick (I also think his hair is definitely a red toned brown)
- Time is not at all a natural born leader or an intentional father figure. He’s just very kind and genuinely wants to help others, and everyone else has really bad Daddy Issues. He’s not being fatherly on purpose and has no idea they’re all interpreting it that way
- More on that: The others all see Time as this stoic, mysterious man, but the reality is Time has HORRIBLE control of his facial expressions and will sit down and think his silly little thoughts and the others will be like “WOAH- He must be THINKIN- Hylia, he’s so wise!!!” but Time’s thoughts are actually just “Did I clean my sword… Wild was hurt earlier I hope he’s feeling better… Is this how Warriors felt about me during the War…”
- Wild is very extroverted and a reasonably chatty guy. He knows like EVERYONE in his era and they all just adore him (except that flower lady by that shrine). He’s cautious around new people because of the yiga, but the town regulars are people he very much enjoys chatting with
- Part of the reason Legend is so grumpy is because he has chronic pain, he doesn’t mean to snap at people. The other part is that he struggles to control his tone. He’s never intentionally rude or cruel to people, he’s incredibly nice and sweet once he relaxes around people
- Warriors and Legend have gotten into a full on physical brawl at least twice over a bet and Time had to break them up
- Sky will wander off with Hyrule and Wild sometimes to find more wood to carve
- Wind is a SHOCKINGLY good artist, he likes drawing places he’s been and the people around him. The others are just impressed he can sit still long enough to finish a piece
- Four would regularly take walks by himself, but Twilight got anxious about him disappearing off alone so he’d join him, but as Wolfie, out of respect of the fact that Four didn’t want Hylian company
- Hyrule has healing magic but is/was NOT a medic, or trained to be one at all. He knew a few basic things from his quest, but the more complex things he learned from Warriors who was trained as a field medic
- Wild is very independent, and is very responsible when he wants to be. He just… rarely WANTS to be
