the way Lando wiggles his hips extra fast to catch up to Oscar and then he practically gets on the scale with him he's so close ?? that hand darting out immediately to Oscar's waist and you can even see Lando's little laugh bc his helmet bobs back and forth then they immediately start yapping <3<3

like I am staggered by how they cannot seem to be separated for any length of time this season ?? last season felt totally normal and fine for them to be doing all the work and filming together and then mostly separate off to hang out w other drivers or if they've invited a guest along! they tended to arrive to commitments separately which again is pretty normal for most teammates. Oscar trailed after Lando for the first like quarter of the season a lot simply bc he didn't know where to go a lot of the time but he got more to grips with things after say, Austin. and that would've been absolutely normal!

and obv we will never know fully esp when Oscar exists almost completely offline when it's not work related but I've assumed they didn't communicate much if at all over the winter break what with different time zones and Lando being so busy. so whatever started happening from Lando's side of things about Oscar right before they went their separate ways has absolutely carried over into this season.

obv me being me I'm gonna be stupid abt this but like. obv there was Oscar finally making a move at Silverstone and then this devastating 'oh there you are!' photo when Lando realized Oscar would always come to congratulate him no matter what. and then, when Lando will have known about Oscar's contract extension, after the Singapore celebrations Lando sneaks up on him to spray him in champagne as his own little way of including Oscar in everything. then ofc the double podiums. and I know it was just from being too busy but the fact that Lando didn't repost any other birthday wishes to his story but Oscar's (which was the Oscar side of a video Lando had posted earlier) and maaaannn. I just rly feel like Lando started out w Oscar so cautious bc Lando openly values loyalty and consistency and what a way for Oscar to be introduced to him - but then over time it's like Oscar took everything he knew about Lando and knew he needed to prove himself. and now he's happily orbiting around Oscar the same way Oscar does with him <3

(Edit: Two days, since I had to leave, came back at 9:50pm, finished at 11pm cause bedtime lockdown, then woke up at 10am today and started to do it again, so I technically finished at 2pm today)

I have a feeling that someone reading this started liking the ship, or felt curious about their rare pair interaction (if they had any/lh), but either way, I’ll tell you how THIS rare pair even EXSISTED.

(THE LORE OF WHY I EVEN SHIPPED CABLOON)

Let’s start from the beginning. In some of the episodes, before I knew I kin cabby, I always had a little fascination towards balloon, his issues living with him for so long and how he still struggles to make a good image of himself was just. Cute to me (stop I KNOW you simp for objects too.. DONT DENY IT!!)

And at episode 17, after I found out I kin cabby, I started to like their interactions more, and since this ship was a HEAVY SELF INSERT, It somehow made sense.

They both struggled to gain a good image, they both had a toxic friendship in the past that got resolved, they both have TOO MUCH ISSUES, and they both act like each other so much it’s actually wild

None of us EVER cared to really analyze hidden relationships in the show, and this is actually a good example, if I never simped for balloon like the ‘loon’atic I am

Looked at some models myself

Hey guyes! Remember how I complained about wanting to become an old lady? Well, I have good news for you (and myself)....

LOOOOOOOOK!!!!!!

Okay this IS pretty cool! I was able to borrow that one save-editing program thanks to a friend (and the fact that code can be reused two times) so I was looking through some models, I wanna see more and figure some other stuff too, but... jees, seeing this for myself on the BIG screen is so much better than taking low-res pause captures from low-res youtube videos fsjdfh

This set comes in one piece, as only chest piece, but covers everything including head, and attempt to wear actual head/legs/arms pieces causes clipping.

I also found out that Adella’s dagger IS a weapon that can be equipped, sort of! I found out by looking at the page with Hex IDs for weapons, and it was right up there ( x ). So yes, I tried this one too.

Turned out that it does have strong attack animation AND charge attack programmed, however, they do not deal any damage. I’ve tried several times, and nope. Adella, apparently, only uses the L1 attack with it, that is rather slow and repeats her slowly staggering to stab us - you can see the damage it is dealing is rather low, actually. So, yeah, unfortunately, not effective weapon at all... It swings way faster if you use L1 after R1, but, again, doesn’t deal damage to any enemy!

There are also these REALLY strange looking untextured black arm pieces for some reason. Don’t even know what to use them with, because they clip through other clothes. Was also really upset to find out that I could NOT, in fact, wear Mico’s cut content handcuffs or Garden of Eyes’ head.

Again, this is just soooooo much better up close and seen by myself!

Her clothes pieces also have actual icons, and even reasonable defence stats, which is so neat? Don’t know what else it is supposed to mean other than these were intended to be possible to loot and wear, but... yeah

I was editing a save file using IDs found by that cool person Sanadsk / Omega Fantasy, ones for armors are specifically revealed in this document ( x ), but there are also IDs for stuff like weapons and items ( x ). Interestingly, there are still no Hex IDs for weapons from DLC anywhere I could find... But I think that’s even to the better, because everyone must experience getting Rakuyo by themselves jhfdshjfdshfd I think I will just gather them on my own later, by keeping track of placing a weapon with known ID, recording where it is in the save file, and then equipping a DLC one on its place and writing down the number. It is really easy, just need to play until that point now because my progress was lost due to having to switch account on one possible for online :s ....but when I finish with that, I will NOT share Rakuyo’s ID with the public, because everyone should fight Shark Giants, ahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!

By the way, a myth got debunked!

I thought Annalise had a low-res ring on her hand, but turned out that it was just a clipping issue in her fingers, that applies to both hands! D: Yeah, there is a chest piece that, rather than just giving her dress, changes entire player’s model to Annalise! With ridiculously blueishly pale skin, long demelanized hair and... no face, apparently...

So yeah, I want to find out more stuff, such as how to replace one NPC with another to take a closer look and freeze enemies/bosses in non-hostile positions, I have some ideas on how that could possibly be pulled off! This thing is also convenient if you really need to look at something but you messed a questline (like how I had to start a new game to see Henryk’s armour because I accidentally aggroed Eileen early т.т). And of course I am going to save-edit dungeons! I can’t explain it well, it just... being able to see and capture things by myself feels so much better than relying on videos and screenshots found online?

However, one thing annoyed me! Like, I don’t know if the version of Save Wizard get to use is somehow ‘wrong’, or things are JUST like this, but there was one irritating thing that only occured to me a bit late?

Basically, imagine that you want to look at Adella’s dagger close, so what you want to do, is, obviously, to replace a Hex ID for weapon you already have in your equipment with Hex ID for it! For example, unleveled Hunter’s Axe! We can see ( x ) that Hex ID for Hunter’s Axe is 004C4B40 ! So what do you wanna do when you see 100500 lines of shit like this?

Naturally, just hit search for 004C4B40! But for some reason, the search instead glows blue at 40 4B 4C 00 instead! And yeah, you probably figured by now what is wrong here, but I didn’t get it at first? I kept searching and trying to find what was wrong, and then gave up and replaced 404B4C00 with the normal ID for Adella’s dagger - 000DBBA0 . And... I got jackshit. Just empty item.

But then I did realise that the weird numbers and letters search gives me do, in fact, make sense...... This ABSOLUTE MOTHERFUCKER, for some reason, wrote Hex IDs in inverted order! And not as in, ‘write the same line backwards’, no! Instead, the ID consists out of 8 symbols but they are paired, so you have to write PAIRS in reverse order, but not reverse the order of the letters themselves! So the correct way to insert Adella’s dagger would be to write 00 0D BB A0 as A0 BB 0D 00!

BUT HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT?????? AAAAAAA!!!!!!

Again, I don’t know, maybe it is on me, I just thought it was painfully obvious how to use this program and I didn’t expect something to be odd, especially with Hex IDs already known to the public - why not write them in ‘correct’ order then? But yeah, the riddle was solved, and I get how it works a bit better now. This is really satisfying that I can DROWN in references now, but I’ll need to take my time with this thing, because with some stuff I still dunno what to do. For example, I saw people edit where Doll is by replacing her ID with ID of like... some cut content model such as King or Beltran, to take a closer look, but for that I do need ID for the Doll first. :thinking_emoji:

I will find out I guess, this thing is simpler when you get around intuitively knowing where is what code.

I've spent two months on faces, largely black and white, so I've decided it's now time to go in a completely different direction! I found this awesome book in a second-hand book shop and have decided it's a sign from the gods / muses / my brain goblins.

I just love them, okay? Absolutely adore these two. Freaking phenomenal.

There’s Ghostbur, who’s very closely intertwined with Wilbur—has his voice (sort of) and his face and even some of his memories—and as a result, everyone sees Ghostbur as Wilbur, more or less. They don’t see him as Ghostbur, they see him as Wilbur’s ghost. There’s a very big difference there.

And then there’s Tommy—the one person on the entire server who truly saw Ghostbur as someone different from Wilbur, someone who wasn’t Wilbur. Tommy treated Ghostbur like his own person!! He treated Ghostbur with actual kindness and made sure he was loved, and I will NEVER GET OVER THAT

Heck, Tommy was the only person who grieved after Ghostbur was killed; the kid made a little memorial thingy, took care of Friend, got very upset whenever Wilbur would say mean things about Ghostbur, and clearly got sad whenever Ghostbur was even mentioned. It was clear to anyone that Tommy loved Ghostbur and really, truly missed him :’(

And don’t even get me started on Exile! Ghostbur was the only one who consistently visited Tommy—which helped Tommy feel a lot less lonely—and he helped make Exile into a home, into Logstedshire! Or at least, as much of a home as it could be.

Ghostbur even made a little house for Tommy to stay in 🥺 Even though Tommy stubbornly insisted on staying in a tent (which he built really badly if I’m remembering right lol. It was either Ghostbur or Dream who had to step in and help Tommy out XD)

And Ghostbur took pictures of L’manburg and brought those pictures back for Tommy to look at, and he made both Tommy and Tubbo matching compasses that pointed to each other (friendship compasses!!) because Ghostbur knew how much the two meant to each other and how much they loved each other! This is very rambly, but what I’m trying to say is that Ghostbur and Tommy’s relationship is darn special, and it’s a shame that hardly anyone pays attention to that. I just love them <3

common fandom complaint that you're sick of hearing

Kinda switching gears here, but when people use cc!Dream as a reason to hate the Dream SMP, I just… ugh.

Just because the creators/actors/writers/etc of a piece of media do bad things or make bad decisions or do things that you don’t agree with, that doesn’t mean that the actual media is bad.

Heck, Dream wasn’t even the main part of DSMP! There were loads of other things, like L’manburg and Tommy and Wilbur and Bad and the Eggpire and Las Nevadas and Beeduo and November 16th and so many others, that were way more important than Dream’s character!! I’d definitely say that Dream wasn’t the reason that DSMP got popular or became so good; it was because of other people, and their stories and their arcs. That’s what got people into DSMP. Not Dream.

If you don’t want anything to do with Dream, that’s perfectly fine!! But hating DSMP because of that… is kinda weird to me? Because what you’re doing is casting aside all of the wonderful stories that don’t have anything to do with Dream, y’know? That doesn’t seem fair. That seems weird.
