the differences in TMA and TMAGP are incredible
both had an existing story, TMA had the jonah magnus lifetime and the gertrude robinson empire but no one had experienced that. we didn't see what led to TMA we just learned it along the way. we had no idea what jon was getting himself to. TMAGP had TMA, some of us experienced it, we know what's coming, and the writers know it too
TMA didn't have some massive traumatic event behind it, there wasn't obviously (at least to my dumb ass) a secret slowly being chipped away at
TMAGP is more obvious, there's something that happened™ (mag200) and we're watching them learn what we already know, walk into the trap that we've seen before, uncover the secret that we learned
all of the writers are doing an outstanding job at changing how the story is written because of what we Know and idk i just really love these podcasts
also small side note, us being part of the problem is so fun, every magnus pod listener is an avatar of the eye and we cannot escape it anymore. we need to know.

Random Metal Family thing that feels like a headcanon but that is actually on the Wiki as canon
When Dee was in kindergarten he had a recital, and he sang a Satanic lullaby. Glam was so embarrassed he immediately transferred Dee to another kindergarten. The source of Glam's shame, however, was not the fact that his five-year-old memorized and performed a Satanic lullaby, but that his five-year-old sang it off-key. He literally transferred Dee to another school because Dee sang off-key in his kindergarten recital

Theres many wrestling video games out there, but did you know that wrestling pinball machines exist as well?
Say hello to the Royal Rumble Pinball machine! On this machine you find yourself participating in a battle royal against all your favorite superstars! Collect belts, pin wrestlers, see your favorite superstars and hell you can even raise The Undertaker.
From personal experience i have played this machine and i think its awesome personally! It's a very interactive machine, the start button also acts as the button you must press to hit people with steel chairs and pin your opponents. It also has pixelated themes of the wrestlers once you get them as well as commentary from Vince and Bobby the Brain.
below are gonna be some more pics of the machine

God I hate The Prince. I'm reading Bullet Train and it's wonderful but fuck I hate that little egotistical dweeb so much. He wants to think he's better than everyone because he can make people do stuff like an evil little socialist but he doesn't even have anything to back him up. Like Izaya Orihara is a master manipulator but at least he also has a knife and knows how to cut a bitch. This brat literally sucked the fun out of controlling people. He's literally bored out of life and just chooses to kill because "hey I get feelings from this" like whooo just like every other serial killer out there. You really think playing Stanford prision mind games makes you different than any other mafia ringleader who even controlled territory? Hes not special. Or even interesting. And i just want someone to punt it through that kid's head thag he is just basic

Regressed Johnny Tightlips Headcanons
(Warning for depictions of vent regression, missing/wanting family, anxiety, and trust issues. I headcanon Johnny as having BPD and GAD. Also Janus is an oc of mine! Marion refers to the OG Fat Tony. If any of this you don’t like, just scroll.)
Does everything in his power to keep his regression secret. He’s the top capo of the DiMaggio family! He can’t just act like a child when stressed!
He tries to keep it secret, but there was a few moments where it just slipped out. So far, only Marion, Legs, and Janus know.
Johnny’s regression is 100% involuntarily. There’s been moments where he’s accidentally regressed on the job due to sleep deprivation or anxiety. Not fun nor easy to mask…
The capo’s regression is due to constant trauma and anxiety; it also is a symptom of his BPD.
His age range goes from 4-6.
Janus is his CG! She’s pretty patient with him, and will gladly help Johnny work through his big emotions.
It’s a small contrast, given that Johnny usually mothers Janus and her antics.
Marion was a past cg of his, and while neither of them really knew what was happening, the underboss was really patient with the poor boy.
Legs is just like a babysitter to Johnny. He lets the little guy hang around his clinic after a panic attack.
He’s embarrassed by this regression, even when he’s alone in his own home. Janus has worked with him to better accept it; there’s been improvement, but Johnny still can’t get over feeling like some stupid man-child.
A total Mama’s boy. Sometimes when regressed (and sad,) he’ll cry to himself cuz he misses his family. Janus has checked on Johnny to see him crying in his bed.
If not sulky, Johnny’s usually a chill tot. He’s a low energy little, usually napping or coloring something. He doesn’t really have a schedule when regressed, so he just. like. chills 😭
Chews on his fingers when small as a nervous habit. Has protested and fussed when Legs or Janus offered to get him a paci or chewy, claiming it’s babyish, but has accepted the gifts
Out of regression, he’s a wine fanatic. Coincidentally, little-him loves grape juice.
Originally had a hard time feeling safe regressing around people. Even when Janus reassured Johnny that he could trust her, he still subconsciously held onto that urge to at least “look like a big kid.” Over time, that thankfully went away :)
(This is just how I’m adding it into my au, so :P)
Over the course of Spying with The Enemy and later fics, Johnny grows to accept his mental health, and have patience with himself. He also grows a support system and grows not so “tightlipped”
To close this all off, I thought of Johnny when listening to this song :,)
