And not in the Danny is old or whatever, no, my dude is 15 looks like he's 13 and when he was running away from home, he met this really really old lady which looked at him, looked at his wounds and went "aight I'm adopting u"

Danny thought she was a ghost and this was her obsession, so imagine his surprise when it turned out that not only this lady was alive, but also supposedly from very influential family??? Danny wasn't sure Abt that one, bc he himself never heard abt these "Waynes" like that just sounds weird, but hey. It made the lady happy so.

Anyway they part ways, bc the lady only wanted to adopt not care, and Danny decides, hey now that I have a new fam, maybe i should get to know them or something?

Well imagine his surprise when he found out some guy in his fifties is supposedly his nephew and has like bazillion kids.

Idk what happens next yada yada sheniganas happen and than Danny ends up in Gotham. And meets Bruce Wayne. Who obviously sees young child w si gns of abuse, black hair, blue eyes and is immidietly like "aight I'm adopting u" (like grandma like grandson huh)

Only this time, Danny is sure he isn't a ghost, and has a counter argument "u can't adopt me I'm ur uncle" and immidietly flees bc dealing w his problems isn't something he does.

mind-controlling quirks aside... i don't think he would threaten to kill her. he'd basically never have something to gain from killing her that he couldn't get some other far easier and less risky way. If she was able to prevent him from abusing Shoto, or threatened to take him/all the kids away, Enji could very much threaten divorce, institutionalization, maybe even arrest, but he can stop her from doing that without threatening to kill her.

If Enji were to kill her, which could happen, i don't think it'd be premeditated. But he has hit her before, and Rei isn't exactly going to do great with heat or flame, so if she intervened at the wrong time in the dojo... it's plausible enough i'd accept it as a fic premise.

one day, obi-wan even works up the courage to wink at the father, who blushes scarlet red before accidentally getting off a stop before he usually does.

but then obi-wan is called on a mission off planet and he must go and it takes weeks, and when he comes back he's wounded and has to heal up for another week or so before he can go be the senate liaison again, but his first day back, he takes the same transit speeder at the same time he always does.

and the father gets aboard the train two stops after, but this time he sees obi-wan and makes a beeline (shoves some old lady sorta out of the way) to sit next to him. and he's like, 'my twins cried for two days when you weren't here. you're not allowed to leave again, everyone was looking at me. i'm anakin skywalker, by the way.'

and obi-wan is like 'oh like the senator?' because he works with the senate, he knows about senator skywalker's attempts and fits and starts to end slavery in the Outer Rim.

and anakin is like 'i AM the senator. also do jedi do babysitting. because my babies are a bit in love with you. and so am i.'

I don't know if it's just me, but does anyone else find the 2012 tmnt series incredible depressing? More precisly, the fate of the Hamato clan?

By the end of the series, the turtles have lost their father and are left to protect themselves and the world on their own. There's no one they can turn to for advice, no adult they can expect to rely on.

It's just a bunch of teenagers constantly scrambling to not get killed by villains and save the world from mass destruction.

They get almost no brakes between crazy lunatics trying to take over the world. They can never let up; never be normal teenagers who can afford to make mistakes and fool around.

They're child soldiers expected to battle the evils of the world.

You can see the effect of this the most in Leo. The trauma and ptsd he experiences lead to him becoming more and more somber as time goes on. He doesn't crack jokes as often, lashes out more, is more serious. After Splinter's death, he has to step up and become the new head of the clan. He has to take on responsibilities no child should ever have to carry. He is expected to lead his team and deafeat the enemy, but everytime he does so, he risks the lives of his brothers and friends, the only family he has left.

They deserve so much better than that.

Hellir’-Amderak Edi Drovaddal // Hellir’ has a very smooth, soulful, I won’t say gentle but.. non-domineering voice. He is a Diplomat and must adjust his voice as needed for pretty much any situation but at rest he is quite soft-spoken, and pronounces his words pretty easily? He doesn’t speak so crisp when he’s not on the job. It’s between a mumble, and just on the tip of a smile. He’s VERY deliberate, no matter what the case may be. If he says it, he means it. And he has kept his native Balosar accent to him (which is like a typical Coruscanti Basic accent, just.. slightly to the left of the usual from what you hear on the surface but not quite found on any other level. A bit gruff, choppy at times, but never upset or accusatory or negative. It’s just a little to the left of it all.)

50. What are the prevailing facial expressions? Sour? Cheerful? Dominating? Jupso Onurimaa // He always looks like he’s suffering, because he usually is.
