Do you think you writing about yandere and toxic relationships caused you to normalize the behavior of your current boyfriend and not see the red flags?

That’s actually a really good question, I’ve never thought about it that way.

It’s weird in a way that I could see that the way he was acting wasn’t normal or good in any way, but I was also desensitized to it as well and I guess a part of me found his obsessiveness to be just another form of love in a very sick, manipulative, twisted way.

I’ve once again broken up with him (for the last time), and he’s gone from begging and guilt tripping to anger at this point. It hasn’t even been a full month and things are just awful and I’m dreading work today. Dealing with him daily is mentally and emotionally exhausting.

Will I continue writing yandere and toxic relationships??? ABSOLUTELY! I just hope that my followers and fellow readers will not be like me and normalize such toxic behaviors and if they, god forbid, ever find themselves stuck in a situation like mine, that they’ll see the red flags and get the hell out of there and fast.
