Thinking about being in bed long after midnight with a giant looming right outside your window. They were just passing by and unfortunately for you, they noticed you watching them, and now you’re hiding beneath your covers, trembling, sweat heading your brow while you try to hold in your labored breaths while your heart roars in your ears and you feel so terrified you might pass out. The giant, however, isn’t as malicious as you might think. They wait outside your window, patiently trying to coax you out of hiding with just their voice, quietly whispering gentle pleas and reassurances that they don’t intend to harm you. You might have seen them when you shouldn’t have, but you aren’t going to die for it.

Eventually you do pass out and when you wake up the next day you find your window is still open but the giant is gone. There is no trace of which a massive being ever being there, and for a moment you think you might have conjured up the whole thing in a sleep-paralysis nightmare…until you see a paper atop your windowsill and in neat, fancy handwriting with a tone that somehow is soft and gentle, there’s a note: “You don’t have to be afraid. I won’t hurt you. I promise. Please, don’t be afraid. It’s okay. You’re okay.”

It turns out the giant might not be a permanent giant after all. They are someone in your community, and now they are fully aware that you know their secret.

Idk I’m up really late tn and just listening to the sounds that are happening outside and I’m just thinking about what if you accidentally caught a size shifter/giant walking through your neighborhood at night and they notice you watching them. Decided to make it fluff bc I’m in that mood.🤷‍♀️🫤

Fidgety Giants

So I’ve seen this mentioned a few times, but I just love it so much I have to talk about it!

So there are many ways this could go cause there many ways to fidget with things

A giant gently pinching a tinies limbs between their thumb and forefinger and gently rubbing it, slowly moving from one limb to another. Gently petting the tiny’s hair with their fingers. Then, there’s the potential fearplay. Throwing the tiny into the air and catching them, over and over again. Tilting the hand they’re on so they roll from one hand onto another. Maybe squeezing their limbs a little to harshly during the thing I mentioned before. Doing pen tricks, but the tiny replaces the pen.

Idk, I might write both of these scenarios at some point for the hell of it.

Borrowers Using Things as Other Things

So, I made that drawing where a borrower uses a leaf as an umbrella (here), and now here's a list of other items a borrower might 'misuse!'

An acorn top = a hat

A hair elastic = a belt

A dish towel = an extra-large full-body towel XD

A handkerchief = a blanket

A sock = a sleeping bag

A beanie hat = a nest

A big ol' boot = another nest

A bunch of feathers = bedding for nest

A toothpick = a walking stick

A needle = a sword (fencing style??)

A thumbtack = a dagger

A fishing hook = a grapple

A piece of graphite = a pencil

A string = a rope (especially if twined into a thicker braid)

A string of floss = ... a waxy rope??

A toothbrush head = a brush (for pet mice?)

A nail file = a sanding board (for smoothing rough wood)

An old mouthwash lid = water storage container OR a laundry hamper

An empty lip balm tin = a (food) storage container

An ice cube tray = a multi-compartment storage bin

A bottlecap = a bowl/cup

A thimble = a flowerpot

A teacup = a bathtub

A shiny coin/button = a portrait/decoration

A watch = a wall clock

A ring = a crown

A bracelet = a decorative sash

A circlet earing = a necklace

A silver necklace = a long chain (for what?? idk?!? leash for mouse??)

A fork = a clothing hanger (on the prongs)

A match = a torch

A ruler = a height-measuring stick

A popsicle stick = a leg splint (kept tight with scotch tape)

An old Rubik's cube/children's block = a table

A pair of dice = a set of chairs

A paintbrush = a broom

Whatever that little white plastic thing is called that comes on the center of a pizza sometimes and looks like a teeny table. Except now actually used as a table XD

Hey guys. Hope you're all doing okay. I decided to post an art dump of all the stuff I had been working on for the past several months. I just don't care to finish them. I'm numb to it all, G/t doesn't give me that excitement that it use to.

and being a Palestinian and watching 6+ months of horror and disgust has fucked me up. I'm not going to lie, I'm not okay, but I want ZERO pity.
