damn babes, life is really putting us through the wringer huh😭 post-covid effects are truly wild right?? i remember for my mom, the effects were similar to yours, but for me it made me more sensitive to tastes?? if it’s any consolation, it went away completely for me n my mom after a couple weeks!!

about summer plans though, i’m def not taking summer classes this time around💀 it sorta sunk in that i haven’t gotten a proper vacation ever since i started uni in 2020, so i really wanted to just take a break. had a conversation about it w my mom n she supported my decision to take a break this summer and i honestly don’t regret a thing🥳 anyways i’m just gonna take it easy!! planning to finish crocheting my tote bag (oh did you ever get the pic i sent of the lil hat i made for my cat or did tumblr eat it😵‍💫😵‍💫), and reading a lot of books!!! i read “the girl who fell beneath the sea” last week and i absolutely LOVED IT!! i blame you for starting my obsession with historical fiction/fantasy💀 it’s based off of a korean folktale with a couple of twists, and i think you’d really like it!! i also got the book that joon and yoongi read on in the soop s1 (almond!!), and it’s been an interesting read so far. i’ll update you hihihi. also finally started watching the red sleeves?? i already know the ending but it’s actually so fun to watch even though i know it’s going to hurt like a mf💀

no wedding updates for now bc unfortunately our venue isnt booking yet for 2025 and thats when we have to have it (bc of my school + timing of other big, unmoveable family events). but we've picked a place + contacted the wedding party and everything is a go for that!! oh my god its so expensive. we've made a modest budget but im afraid ppl will judge us if its not super luxurious 💀 i also have a friend (more like "friend" tbh... its a long story) who put some doubts in my mind about our small budget akdmekfm so idk we're still sorting it out. doing our best to fit in everything we want while still saving for our first home 💀💀💀 but im very excited and looking forward to it!!

I forget what it was called but I got like a spicy fried noodle thing with pork and prawns! It was fantastic, I definitely want to go back to that place sometime, but also chinatown in general is a really cool area in my city

omg baking is so fun! I used to do it all the time with my friend from high school, but my kitchen here at uni is a bit of a sad state, so I haven't baked anything in too long. I also enjoy photography and crafts like crocheting as hobbies! now that the semester is over and I have more free time, I should pick my projects back up hehe

I've had a lot of people recommend me yellowjackets, I'll have to take a look! and I 100% agree about the water, and tap water especially, I remember the first time I went to california thinking that the water tasted dry, which doesn't even make any sense lol but it was just sooo different from what I was used to

ugh kitchens i had in university were always the worst i definitely get what you mean 😵‍💫 they’re always so small and cramped :/ that’s so cool you have so many crafting hobbies :D I bought a bunch of stuff to start crochet awhile back but then never did it n keep meaning to start back up. mayhaps i will get around to it soon !

omg pls let me know what you think if you end up watching Yellowjackets! it’s such a weird show but i like it sm. yeah the water in california definitely tastes a bit weird ! i was there in october and it sort of has a chlorine-y taste sometimes ? it wasn’t as bad as i remember it being like i remember it being undrinkable but it wasn’t horrible just kind of weird n not the best for sure. i feel like dry does describe it in a sense too !!

hmm favorite article of clothing is probably my vans that have my dog’s photo on them and for accessory probably this pink pearl necklace i got for christmas last year or the ring my mom got me for my university graduation! or this necklace my dad got me that says kj on it (that’s what a lot of people call me) that one is hard to choose dkdkd what about you?

· Like one day you´d run around in an unknown island and get chased by a huge animal. On another day you are at a farm helping out the elders and making dad jokes.

· You two never get bored or run out of ideas. And even if there is nothing to do you know how to keep each other entertaint. But sadly that is by pranking the crew and being the cause of so many fights with you sitting at the crow’s nest laughing your asses off

· As fun and as chaotic you two are you both tent to only stay around those you know and grow fond off. Sometimes when you have trouble getting used to your knew environment due to the Whitebeard pirates staying in an island of theirs for quite some time Ace will be sticking around you because he knew and understood how hard it is to have trust issues and not being able to open up and simply start a conversation. So Ace would always grab your hand and drag you somewhere quiet and have a picnic with you with the food he stole for Tatch telling you that he will get out of the trouble by telling him that it was you who stole all of it

· Although you were dating Ace for quite some time it was for the both of you really hard to talk about your past. When Ace once asked you where you were from you tensed and tried to change the topic or just give short and vague answers. But to your luck he understood and kissed your cheek while telling you that he won´t push you into something you are not comfortable with. And so did you.
