taking some inspo from awingedllama and turning newcrest (or parts of it, at least) into the san myshuno suburbs of my dreams since san sequoia just. wasn't doing it for me babes 😶

#this little area of newcrest with the 5 lots that are all bunched together #is actually one of my favorite neighborhoods in the game just because of how cozy it feels #but i can't stand the base game deco buildings?? seeing awingedllama just get rid of them made me realize....that i can too #and i did!!! i also made a little terrain replacement because the grass here is neon green for some reason #i need to track down the texture of the grass strips in the sidewalk at some point too

so, i actually really like the beds that came with HSY, but of course, i want options. there's nothing more frustrating than wanting to use one duvet cover but it comes with a bed frame you don't like/is in the wrong colour....well, never fear, because once again, sforzinda is SAVING! OUR! GAMES!

this pack not only separates the mattresses from the bedframes - so you can mix and match to your hearts' content - but also provides very nice mesh edits AND toddler versions!!!! literally a must have set in my mods folder, i could not function with out. chefs kiss in the extreme!

alright, i'm a SUCKER for this bedframe (AND the mattresses). by now we all know that i adore the copious amounts of colour options available with pictureamoebae's cc, and these mattresses are no exception, but the FRAME!!!!! ugh idk what it is about it but i just love it. it strikes that perfect balance between simple and stylish, and can fit in pretty much any decor aesthetic. the swatch options are SOOOOOO nice too, it's such a versatile bedframe and i go HAM over these cool metal frames.

OOOOOF okay so in general? this pack is GORGEOUS. like, really fckn knocked it out of the park and beyond gorgeous. the sheer vibes of it all!!! i could go on for ages asdfghjhgfdsa BUT the beds in particular really stand out to me. The swatches are lovely, and the neutral tones make them soooo versatile, but I utterly love the detailing on the frames. The daybed is especially my favourite; i ALWAYS wanted a bed like that as a kid, and though i never got one, at least i can treat my sims to it asdfghjkjhgf. and omg the PLATFORM BED!!!!! perfection!

am i cheating by just pointing you in myshunosun's general direction instead of specifying a set in particular? probably. do i feel bad about it? NO because I CANNOT CHOOSE and if you take a peek at their content you will understand! gorgeous quality, beautiful swatches that are SUPER versatile not only with all of the myshunosun sets but EA assets too, and really creative and aesthetic designs! Again, i honestly think there is a set for every kind of decor aesthetic, from your more simple ones to boho to darn right fancy, every sim will be catered for. AND of course the fact that there's entire SETS with matching furniture and decor items is a huge, HUUUUGE bonus. seriously, go check everything out STAT!!!!

I wanted this home to be super cosy with "Live Love Laugh" vibes. Very much decorated with a feminine eye with lots of cute B&M/Best Buy/cheap & cheerful clutter decor.

I have play-tested this and it all works except the two bathroom sinks because the sinks aren't designed for those counters. I'm guessing the counters are too high which puts the sinks too high to use. I did try to play around and try and get it working but couldn't manage it. It doesn't bother me (it kinda eliminates the dishwashing in the bathroom) so I left it for the ✨ aethestic✨ but they can easily be replaced if you want!

I've also removed the custom images in the bedroom (you can see them in the video), just because they are boudoir shots :)

Windenburg Train Station [Restaurant + Cafe ] ♥ The Sims 4: Speed Build // CC

♥ Hi guys, Today I present to you The Windenburg Train Station located in Windslar. This train station is known for it's Classical Architecture and beautiful historic interiors that has been conserved for decades. While the interior was updated with modern furniture's, the overall structure and essence of the building remains the same.

Located inside is a 5 star restaurant, "Florentine," and a café, "Stella's Cafe," where sims can dine and lounge while waiting.

The Windenburg Train Station is a multifunctional lot athat can be set as a restaurant or a Cafe. Some Spaces were left empty as I did not want to overly clutter the space with too many custom content. Feel free to decorate it!

Considering that this is a multifunctional lot, I recommend downloading LittleMsSam's Lock Door mod to lock doors in community lots. This will give you more control of the space. If you want your sims to specifically be seated inside the restaurant, I suggest locking the doors to the cafe and other parts of the building.

I'm slightly late but it's never too late (or too early? :D) for Christmas builds.

Here we have small house made after Scandinavian houses but interior, probably, is not that typical scandi :D Even then I absolutely love this place and hope that you'll love it too :3

30x20 lot (I chose one of the Bri-Bay's lots)

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + 1 room (office) that can be converted into another bedroom too

Notting Hill Townhouse | First Floor

This floor is designed especially for children to have their own place to hang out alone, with their family or friends. There's a surprise on the second floor for their friends too. In comparison to the ground floor, children have an English country-style bedroom with flowery decorations. This way it brings the outside landscape into the room and has a more playful area.
