Crimes Against Existence
The High Queen Phantom has expressed concerns about the state of law within the Mortal Realms.
Walker, sensing a chance to redeem himself in her eyes, volunteers to go out and report the state of the lands to the Queen. She seems pensive, but agrees. Under strict conditions that Walker must NOT detain nor arrest any mortals that would not have been taken into custody or otherwise punished by mortal authorities in the same situation.
She hands him an addendum to his book the Duke has written up for him to use as reference while he operates in the Mortal Realms.
He reluctantly agrees and makes his way to a mortal settlement with that he can sense has strong criminal influence.
He follows the trail to one of most crime-infested cities on Earth: Gotham. His guards clean out an old office, and he sits himself down into a desk.
He turns on the TV and tunes into a random channel. A man who seems like he'd fit with the Far Frozen is locked in combat with a skilled mortal in some sort of outfit. After a bit of research, Walker learns these are the rogues and vigilantes.
Well, this explained quite a few of the High Queen's problems. Though she doesn't know of them just yet.
Now, how do we rectify that?

‘The Exit’ by Conan Gray, and Galuna Island
Feels like we had matching wounds // But mine's still black and bruised // And yours is perfectly fine now
Lyon and Gray lost the same person, were there when she sealed the demon away, when she was killed. they shared that trauma, reason for it be damned, they shared that experience.
From what Lyon saw on Galuna, Gray had ‘healed’ as to speak; He had friends, he was apart of the strongest guild in Fiore, one that pridefully spoke of being family. He had his happily ever after;
But what about Lyon? Where was his? He very clearly hasn’t healed, his wounds are still bleeding for all to see. He spent every waking moment since Ur’s death searching for for vengeance, for a way to prove himself.
He hasnt allowed himself the chance to heal, he wasnt saved, it still hurts. So why does Gray, the boy who killed his master get to be happy?
Feels like we buried alive // Something that never died // So, God, it hurt when I found out
Gray and Lyon never had closure, how could they? They never go to say a true goodbye to their master, to each other. They were both witnesses to the same atrocity.
Ur made a selfless sacrifice that costed her life, and they had front row seats for the whole thing. That memory, that trauma, will never die. They cant put that away, cant bury it, no matter how desperately they try.
When Gray saw Lyon on Galuna, saw what he was doing, it was a gut punch. He was trying to free that fucking demon, the one that devastated cities, killed thousands, tore his world apart, took away their master. He was trying to reverse the last thing Ur did, the last thing she did for them.
and God, was that a realization painful.

TIME / PERSONIFICTION OF TIME / IMMORTAL / FC: PARAMEE MAHATTHANADUL
can control time (stop & slow down)
can't time travel (go back or forward in time)
ages very very very slowly
they are immortal so while they can get hurt they can't die
has been alive for a number if millennia (they honestly stopped counting ages ago so they don't even know how long they've been alive for tbh) but looks-wise could easily pass for 20s
also doesn't have a birthday and doesn't care to celebrate
genderless, prefers they/them pronouns but has no issues with he/him pronouns
because they've been alive for so long, they will always have to change their identity or where they live after some time as to not arouse suspicion, but after a while just stopped caring stops bothering and you can find them anywhere or anywhere just going by time and nothing else
technically has picked up many skills over the years and could pick up just about any job available, but doesn't care much about working. also his time management makes him not exactly the best worker in terms of punctuality lol
has absolutely the worst time management with personal matters
time feels very slow to them and is often impatient as hell
also bc of this they are perpetually late to everything
even though they're always late they will show up very fashionably late
they like to keep up with the different trends with the changing times but mainly fashion
doesn't care about the changing lingo and sometimes will sound like a very very old person with how they speak or terms they use
absolutely hates acronyms don't use them they will be sooo confused
loves food! very much a foodie! they will go to all the new places to try out, loves trying different cuisines from around the world. basically doesn't hate any foods at all
spicy, sour and bitter foods are their fave!
they prefer tea over coffee but drinks both for the taste rather than the need for caffeine
in connection with their poor time management, their sleep schedule is absolute shit. sleep whenever, wake up whenever. never feels tired/sleep and can practically run on no sleep
doesn't wear sneakers or tennis shoes. loves dress shoes or boots, honestly just something with a lil bit of a heel bc he likes the sound of heels clicking against the floor (might be an asmr thing, but not like he'd know what that actually means LOL)
loves to wear jewelry, especially earrings and rings! but will also occasionally wear necklaces and bracelets too. will always accessorize weather they're dressed up or down
they are actually quite versed with social media but can't be bothered to keep up with things unless it's something related to their interests. uses it just to keep up with current events, news or tends and nothing else

✨} Although love in the sense of a deep emotional connection is something he's wary of following... That doesn't mean any and all forms of 'love' are something that Meir is against pursuing. Given that, like many dragons, the wyvern isn't immune to the pull that comes along mating season. He is, however, quite used to making it through these seasons on his own by now.
✨} Despite the above fact, though, that doesn't mean that Meir would be fully against providing companionship to another dragon (or some other being) going through a similar struggle of desire. True, he'd likely be reluctant to fully couple with them, but... Perhaps not in offering other outlets for relief.
✨} Or, to put it far more simply-- While chances are slim that he'd fully commit to sex with someone in those situations, Meir wouldn't be against offering himself as a companion to cuddle with. Or even to 'service' his partner in ways that don't include actually entering them himself.
✨} And as a final note, while he's steadily become aware that there could be some partners who may find the idea of sex with him in wyvern form to be an appealing idea-- That's certainly something he'd heavily advise many of them against. Due to the fact that he's aware, unless they happen to also be a dragon of somewhat similar size to himself-- then realistically, it just simply isn't something that could really be pulled off.
