Haha, Belial's reaction won't be...pleasant, is all I can say.

As for the name, nope! There will be specific dialogue if you choose to use Lucifer, but you're not stuck with it. It's more like a...title than a name. With all that said...

Some people will refer to the MC as Lucifer, either due a lack of knowing any better or simple doing it because they don't like the MC. Some people will also refer to the MC as Satan at first because again, lack of knowledge and misunderstandings.
