"Bharata mentions four types of noopura in Naṭya Shastra: noopurah, kinkinikas-cha, ghantika-ratna-jalakam, sa-gohoshe katake kataka. Modern ghungroos used in Indian classical dances have small brass metallic balls with smaller metallic balls inside. They are then strung together and worn just above the ankle. While Western dances concentrate on light movements of the body; Indian dances involve heavy foot movements in conjunction of other body movements. Ghungroo symbolises the connection of the dancer closely with Mother Earth. A dance performance banks heavily on the footwork of the dancer. Herein lies the significance of ghungroo in dance. Ghungroo complements the heavy foot movements. It accentuates and embellishes the footwork, enhancing the appreciation of the rhythm. Ghungroo augments the movements or expressions of the dancer and makes the audience listen to the complex footwork. Indian dancers generally consider their ghungroos very sacred and worship them before tying it on their legs prior to the performance. According to Abhinaya Darpana (treatise on stage-craft by Nandikesavara) and later treatises, gunghroos should be fixed on a blue-coloured cotton string with knots. There should be 100 and 200 ghungroo bells on the right and left legs,It should be worn in such a way that each bell is clearly visible and that the string properly fits the leg—too tight means it might be painful, and too loose means it might come off." I got a lot of messages about Momori and today I can finally and officially announce her: Pullip Momori is a collaboration with the talented Nénelle et Lalluli and an official Pullip release with 株式会社グルーヴ（Groove_Official.Pullip ✨🍄🌳🌲

It was a super exciting project and it was so hard for me to keep silent the last months. When I got the request, this was by far the biggest honour for me which an artist may receive: Being part of the Pullip family <3 I started my doll hobby because of Pullips and still love their cute faces and I always enjoy painting them.

Momori (from jap. Momo + Mori = Peach + Forest) resembles the beautiful, delicate Mori Style - one of my favourite japanese fashion styles ever. The complete outfit design was made by Nénelle et Lalluli who is - in my opinion - by far one of the best tailor for Mori clothes for Blythes and Pullip. If you take a look at her FB you can see how much love into details she gives to her outfits.

Haaa~ I'm very happy to see her alive now - after doing her concept from sketches and all the hard work which went in. It's like a long dream comes true <3

And I want to thank everyone for their lovely messages and their support. I'm overwhelmed how many people did recognize this girl already and I'm really flattered. Thank you from the bottom of my heart <3
