I always thought that handcuffs were kinda stupid. As a little kid I would watch movies where the bad guys were hauled away in cuffs and I'd always think "alright, I guess that's inconvenient for them?" but I never really understood why they didn't just... take them off and escape

This curiosity heightened when I saw that my aunt had real metal handcuffs that locked with a real key and I quickly, before any adult could see what I was doing, shackled both my wrists with the cuffs as tight as they could go.

And when I say tight, I mean tight. I had reaaaaal skinny wrists and I was a child wearing adult handcuffs, so you'd think the cuffs would be loose but nope. Those things weren't circular anymore, they'd folded in so much that they looked more like the shape a cat's pupils turn when they're mad.

And what they don't tell you about real handcuffs? Those suckers are sharp. The inside edges are almost bladed, I guess to discourage exactly what I was trying to do but that certainly didn't stop my curious lil neurodivergent brain, oh no no.

Anyway, after about five minutes of pulling, straining, huffing and puffing, I finally went to find the adult with the key.

I was so disappointed.

And so, so hopelessly confused.

Course, no one questioned why I had locked my aunt's handcuffs and why I needed them unlocked. And, of course, I didn't communicate my confusion in any way.

So it wasn't until way later in life, when I had quickly shimmied out of one of those indestructible water park wristbands and saw the horrified eyes of my friends watching me with morbid glee, that I discovered that, apparently, most people can't dislocate their thumbs at will.

The moral of the story here is that neurodivergent children have no concept of typical versus atypical and that I cannot be contained by your petty mortal means.

Honestly, good on Phil for keeping going through that nausea effect. They genuinely had to nerf that shit for him during purgatory when it happened in a disaster so he didn't throw up on camera. Motion sickness is no joke, king was playing in his peripherals the whole fight.

One night Cain and Abel go to a party at their college. They get really drunk, but decide that the Morningstar residence is only a five minute drive. So Cain starts driving them.

But because of the effects of the alcohol, Cain ends up in a head on collision with a truck.

Cain is critically injured, but will make it through. Abel however isn’t so lucky. He died on impact.

1. We know what happens when Macaque tries to escape, but what would happen if MK tried to escape (to like.. get help for Mac or something)? :0

2. You think Wukong would ever make MK into an actual monkey (i live for Monkey MK so-)? So that he’d fit the role of being ‘their cub’ more and whatnot? ((I mean, if I remember right, he’s still completely human in this au anyways?? Should’a checked first xD))

3. I feel like you answered this already but- how different does Wukong act with MK and Macaque (ignoring the fact that one would be fatherly, the other more romantically)? Like are the yandere tendencies or mannerisms different? Also do you think some form of stockholm syndrome would set in for either of em or are they pretty strong against that sort of thing?

Sorry a lot of questions ig- more just kept popping up XD (im very curious about MK’s side of this situation obviously)

1. Actually Mk can’t escape at all. He has no powers because Yandere Wukong sealed them away so he is just a pure mortal. So he’s suck but IF he did, which he couldn’t, Wukong of course would capture him easily and throw him inside his room locking him inside telling Mk he’s going to stay there till he looks back at what he done.

2. (flippythegodzilla auestiong too) Actually I been thinking about that! I was having a conversation with a friend of my and I was thinking that if Wukong ever change Mk’s appearance. He would actually use Mk’s shapeshifting magic to change Mk by forcing his magic to change him. He would make his student resemble both him and his Moonlight. That’s what I was thinking but not sure yet.
