Salvatore Moreau

Sal just fucking melts if you go and give him a lil' kiss on the top of his head. It almost always gets him giggling like a moron.

He likes to play with your hands whenever given the opportunity.

To what I'm sure is nobody's surprise, Salvatore is a huge fan of movie dates. He has lots of good ones to pick from, and a pile of blankets you guys could potentially snuggle under... It can get rather chilly down in that mine, you know.

He might try to find a nice spot around the reservoir to have a picnic with you. Maybe the piers, one of the rooftops, or on a boat...

He tells you that he loves you a lot.

Sal makes his own bracelets (also, bone crowns) and will definitely be making you something as well.

He gives you little trinkets and cool rocks he finds in the reservoir, and will barely be able to contain his excitement when presenting them to you.

He uses pet names like darling, love, my precious, and sweetheart.

The man loves to praise you and give you compliments.

(In case you were wondering, he does enjoy receiving those things from you just as much).

On occasion, you might find him affectionately bumping his head against you. Like a cat or something! :)

Ark Thompson

Know that if you want to be with Ark, then it's crucial that you get along with/like his kids, Lily and Lott. It's important to him that the most important people in his life have a good relationship with each other.

He's always trying to take you out to restaurants for dates. Usually hole-in-the-wall places since they, in his opinion, have the best food.

He also strikes me as the type of guy to take you bowling, mini golfing, or something in a similar vein.

You're one of very few people that gets to see his resting grumpy face change to a genuine toothy smile.

Ark owns one of those wallets with a big ass photo sleeve, and one side of it is literally just pictures of you.

He loves an excuse to rest his forehead against you or to have his head on your lap.

I don't think he uses pet names all that often. Most of the time he just calls you a nickname that's pulled from whatever you go by.

He can be a bit of a doting partner and is always talking about you.

If he can get away with it, Ark likes to pick you up. Most often it's that type of carry where he hooks his arms around your legs and slightly under your butt, but he also goes for the fireman carry on occasion.

He's a big fan of giving you single-lip and corner-of-the-mouth kisses.

Bruce McGivern

Bruce loves to sling an arm over your shoulders when you're standing next to him/walking beside him.

He also loves to come up behind you and hug you. Depending on your height, he might rest his chin on the slope of your shoulder or the top of your head.

His attempts at flirting with you are almost always... corny. Very corny.

Bruce is the kind of guy that likes to play fight/wrestle with you—if you'll allow him.

He uses pet names like honey/hun, darlin' sweetheart, doll, and stud.

If you speak more than one language, Bruce'll try and learn. He'll do it in secret and whip it out once he's confident in his abilities.

He enjoys making you nice home-cooked meals. Be warned, if you choose to help, he is the kind of person who will smear a bit of the ingredients on your face.

Bruce sleeps on his back, so if you're cuddling in bed, he likes to have you snuggled up against his side while he has an arm around you. Alternatively, draped over him like a blanket.

Please run your fingers through his hair. He's a sucker for it. Might just lull him to sleep.

Bruce is someone who hardly ever takes you on the same sort of date twice. Man's got a million ideas to try out with you.

Jake Muller

Jake might not always be the best at expressing himself with words, so he often shows his affection for you through actions. He'll get you little gifts every now and then to surprise you, and often does things for you without asking.

(You might find him doing stuff like this in an attempt to make up for doing something stupid).

He can be rather protective of you. This guy wouldn't hesitate to take a bullet—or bite from some undead motherfucker if it means keeping you safe.

When it comes to cuddling, Jake prefers when you're snuggled up against his side or straight up into his chest.

You'll often find him resting a hand on one of your thighs.

Or alternatively, both of his legs across them.

Once you get to know him, it's not too hard to fluster him. Despite often acting like a smug bastard, compliments from someone Jake genuinely cares about can make them that way. He just doesn't know how to process them.

Jake is the sort of partner that goes out of his way to annoy and tease you. Very, very rarely to the point of genuine frustration, though! It's all in good fun.

His ideal dates involve going out without having any real idea what you're going to do, and just doing something that piques your guys' interest when you come across it.

With his line of work, you either end up doing a lot of moving around or, unfortunately, go through periods where you only get to hear his voice. He calls often, at least.

you wanna hear something really spicy that I’ve been keeping to myself throughout this whole debacle about Leon’s wiki page? bc the whole thing forced me to go back and read through Darkside Chronicles files, and um...

We say that Leon was STRATCOM prior to the DSO being formed. There is absolutely no evidence to support this. The citation that the wiki gives for it does not say that that’s who he worked for, either. According to the games (and that interview), Leon was just... vaguely military, referred to as a “military operative” until RE4, when he formally gets the title “Agent.” In the actual RE games, STRATCOM is only mentioned by name in RE: Dead Aim, which Leon has nothing to do with. 

The only time that Leon was ever mentioned by anyone in Capcom as being part of STRATCOM was in an interview about an early build of RE3.5, which was ultimately scrapped and turned into Haunting Ground. 

The version of RE4 as it was released had Leon fill the role of federal law enforcement with the title of “Agent” -- a title that Bruce McGivern, the only known STRATCOM member in RE, did not have.

You could maybe assume that Leon was in STRATCOM prior to RE4 because that’s the purview under which the Anti-Umbrella Pursuit Investigation Team fell, but there’s no evidence of that anywhere in the games or any supplemental material other than a comment made about a version of RE4′s story that doesn’t exist.

In fact, the conflict/story in the version of RE4 that actually released had nothing to do with Umbrella, so it doesn’t make sense to me that the US would reach for someone in the Anti-Umbrella Pursuit Investigation Team for a mission like rescuing the President’s daughter. This is made even more evident by the fact that the intro to OG RE4 has Leon stating explicitly that his role in the federal government was protecting the President’s family -- not pursuing anti-Umbrella leads.

It seems very weird to me that Leon being STRATCOM is accepted so widely as simple canon fact, when Capcom seems to have gone out of their way to avoid saying that that’s where Leon was or what he was doing. If Leon ever was STRATCOM, he stopped being it at some point between Operation Javier and RE4 -- which is what, I think, was implied by the statement of Adam Benford “headhunting” Leon. Leon was pulled out of whatever military ops program he was in and shifted to federal law enforcement between OJ and RE4.

Though -- it is important to note that this delineation is only made in the OG timeline. Remake seems to imply that Leon is still in the same whatever federal organization that he’s been in since day zero with the government -- but even then, Remake does not use the word “STRATCOM.” It’s only referred to as a “top-secret government program.” And USSTRATCOM itself is not a top-secret government program, as evidenced by the fact that they have their own website with photos of their highest ranking officers plastered right on the front page LOL

And, completely unrelated --

going through those DSC files made me realize that what little Spanish Leon can actually string together was very likely taught to him by Krauser, who is fluent. There’s a file of him talking Spanish to a local during Operation Javier. So, there’s a little bit of fun trivia for you guys.

A home tells a story and expresses a person or family’s interests. To create a home requires an emotional connection and sense of belonging, not physical things. A house can be a home but a home can’t be a house. You can live in a house that doesn’t feel like a home. Or you can find “home” in a house that isn’t yours because home isn’t a physical construct, it’s a feeling. To be a home, it needs to feel comfortable, like a place you belong to and are at peace with. A house may be decorated with the nicest furnishings money can buy, but that won’t necessarily make it a home. The feeling of “home” can’t be bought. It’s an intimate relationship we have with the personal space we live in. A home reflects who we are, our personality, and how we choose to live our lives.

Simplify your possessions and living space. Get rid of anything you don't truly need and focus on keeping only the essentials.

Embrace physical fitness and challenge yourself to push your limits through regular exercise and training.

Practice self-discipline and self-control by setting rules and boundaries for yourself, and holding yourself accountable to them.

leon resides on a private and rural property in maryland, a good distance away from the city.

leon's residence is more house than home, more of a place to sleep than a place to rest. he's more at home in a familiar chain hotel than anywhere else, preferring to vacation over spending time in his empty house.

leon's absolutely pathetic at home maintenance, preferring to call in plumbers or electricians as needed, but he's also an absolute clean freak, the place is spotless, like scrubbing tile grout with a toothbrush on his hands and knees spotless.

prior to the disassembly of the anti-umbrella pursuit & investigation taskforce, leon & bruce mcgivern were bunkmates, both living in a barracks building provided by the organization.

leon prefers to live remotely, having become somewhat of a recluse, his home sheltered away from main roads & prying eyes by acres of forest.

leon has two locks on his bedroom door, and doesn't sleep with a sound machine, both in case of any scenarios involving possible intruders. the glass in his windows is also bulletproof, for the same rightfully paranoid reasoning.

leon doesn't get delivery. he doesn't get takeout. he doesn't do fast food at all whenever he has other options. leon grew up in a home where more often than not they had fast food for dinner as both parents worked and it was cheap and easy, and now that he has a home of his own, he prefers to cook for himself at every chance, mealpreps, and experiment with recipes when he has time. his tupperware collection is impressive. he would probably marry his air fryer if he could legally. leon kennedy, disgusted by a cheap hamburger to the point of nausea, but says he could really go for a steak right now when confronted with a rotten bovine carcass.

leon's first houseplant was his monstera, purchased after the events of resident evil: damnation, which he keeps by his bedside window. leon's second houseplant was his pilea peperomioides, purchased after the events of resident evil: six. leon's most recent houseplant is his peace lily, purchased after resident evil: vendetta. leon keeps all three of his plants in his bedroom.

the interior of leon's home is sparsely decorated, with very few personal touches, such as the vinyl record player, his plants, cookbooks, and photographs of his loved ones.

leon has a collection of cookbooks, some of which are in different languages.

leon's sink stays crowded with hair care products.

leon never really unpacks when he’s home, and it shows in the meticulous magazine perfection of everything. he spends more time in hotels than he ever does at his own home. leon is out of touch with civilian life, he’s never too comfortable, constantly on guard in the silence of his own empty house, unable to shut his mind off due to his post traumatic stress disorder, and so he doesn’t nest, so to speak.

leon is at his most comfortable at home while in the dark, with a bag of popcorn and a stack of movies to binge his way through.

leon keeps a ducati xdiavel & a white ford crown victoria in his garage. he added a gunsmith's workbench / armorer's bench to his garage during his furlough in 2009 while working on the design & construction of the sentinel 9 handgun.

leon prefers to sleep a thin, fleece blanket, and that’s it, a higher than average body temperature keeping him warm throughout the night. when the bed is made properly, it’s made with duvets and multiple pillows and quilts, and it’s all entirely for show, in a bedroom emulating normalcy ripped straight from a catalogue.

leon cleans out his refrigerator as soon as he hears that he has another assignment to tend to, to prevent spoilage while he’s away (he has a very sensitive sense of smell), so when he comes back, he immediately hits the grocery store on the way, no matter how tired he is. he definitely tries to carry his bags all at once.

leon doesn't have expensive taste, not even in alcohol. all of his belongings and furniture are of good quality, but not by any means designer or luxury items.
