HAPPINESS IS AN INSIDE JOB.

Heya peeps!

So , this isn't going to be a daily blog this one is just going to be my pool of thoughts..HAPPINESS IS AN INSIDE JOB. You won't get paid for being happy still most of us choose to do it...afterall it's important as well...it does happens that even if uh r a healthy nd a bublee kinda a person...life does puts in difficult situations. There will be times when uh would feel depressed but uh need to find ur therapy , ur therapy of being happy...yes ur therapy of smiling even in worse situations.

Okay so from last few weeks I have indulged myself in few activities which I never tried before..nd to my surprise they make me feel contented. The very first are fairy lights , like I never noticed this before but yah just starring at the bright sparkling lights does some sort of magic to me...nd hence I decorated a corner of my room with these magical sparkles nd realized that the same eplace where I hve been from last 8 years seems really new nd exciting to me...That I can just sit around for the whole evening nd paint....So, yes another discovery of mine are paintings which makes me smile and enjoy the moment..now the reason why I call it a discovery coz I was never an artistic kid but yah growing uh tend to try new things nd find ur peice of cake...nd my most recent one is this blogging like am sharing my thoughts nd my day but not to my personal dairy but to the outside world in an innovative manner ofcourse.... nd the best part uh just dnt hve to be specific about anything...the app itself welcomes uh with the line 'GO AHEAD,PUT ON ANYTHING'

SO, these are my way to escape the world...what are yours?

I just wonder how will the 22 or 23 year old "Shruti "will feel after reading these blogs

Aressa was leaning in the doorway of her matesprite's kitchen, watching the blueblood seadweller and her "child", some little human that lived nearby, messing about and making some food for the three of them. Aressa wasn't too fond of this human, but they seemed to make Sawyer happy so she never said anything. The Jadeblood just watched silently with a joint between her fingers, her eyes following the two of them until Sawyer made some comment on needing to get something from another room and trotting off without another word. This left Aressa and the human, Mari, all alone in the kitchen. Aressa hummed and turned on her heels, moving out of the doorway and going towards an open window to let out some smoke, not wanting to get muck up her matesprite's hive too much. A silence fell over the room until a pair of footsteps came closer to the Jadeblood, causing her to look over her shoulders and mentally roll her eyes as Mari approached. 'Just act nice' Aressa told herself. "Hey... Aressa? Could I ask you about something?" "❧ What iᵴ it?" The human fidgeted nervously as they rubbed the back of their neck. Aressa could smell the indecision coming from them, which made her sigh a little too loudly before she spoke. "❧ ᵴpit it out, kid. I don't have all night." Mari nodded and cleared their throat, swaying slightly on their heels. "So... Fish mom told me you used to have a moirail. And um.. I was wondering if you could tell me about her? I mean I understand if you don't want to or anything I was just-" Mari stopped as Aressa raised her hand, letting out a small groan. Of course that would've leaked to this alien. "❧ Fine. Only becauᵴe ᵴawyer likeᵴ you for ᵴome fuckin' reaᵴon..." "❧ ᵴhe'ᵴ a Tealblood, a ᵴwordᵴwoman and... ᵴomeone I uᵴed to be incredibly cloᵴe to. Like- Really fuckin' cloᵴe to. ᵴhe waᵴ perfect in every fucking way for me back then." "❧ ᵴhe treated me like I waᵴ ᵴome princeᵴᵴ and ᵴhe waᵴ my knight in ᵴhinin' armor or whatever. Which I gueᵴᵴ at the time I really liked. And..." Aressa trailed off as she looked out the window, her joint gripped tightly between her pointer and middle finger. She could feel something well in her chest, a certain longing that she's been trying to push away for sweeps now. But all of her attempts have failed. "And...?" Mari chimed up quietly, glancing up at the Jadeblood anxiously. Aressa didn't respond and took a drag from her joint, blowing out a puff of sweet-smelling smoke. She didn't really know how to continue what she was saying, her train of thought shifting back to that night. "❧ And I ᵴnapped at her. The one perᵴon who cared about me to hell and back. And I ᵴnapped at her." "Did she do something to warrant that...?" "❧ No." Silence once again. The pair stood there as Sawyer eventually came back to the kitchen then poked her head into the room where her adopted child and matesprite were, instantly sensing the tension in the room. Aressa took notice of the seadweller and felt her face heat up. Great, now she... Kinda felt like she needed to continue. Sawyer was here, she knew EVERYTHING that happened since Aressa had told her. "❧ I kinda of miᵴᵴ her y'know. But I doubt ᵴhe'll ever take me back becauᵴe of what happened." "How do you know she won't take your back, Aressa?" Mari chimed in once more, keeping their eyes focused on the Jadeblood. Aressa licked her tongue in thought "Yeah hun. How do you know?" Sawyer piped up in the break of conversation, going over to her matesprite and grabbing her hand. Aressa gripped her matesprite's hand back, squeezing it slightly. "❧ I gueᵴᵴ I don't." she admitted, looking away from the two of them. "Why don't you try? Who knows! Maybe she wants you back too!" Mari smiled, their eyes seeming to light up a little with the idea. "I think it would be worth the shot, Aressa dear..." Sawyer smiled a little and leaned against the Jadeblood, looking up at her with a certain fondness and warmth in her eyes. Aressa looked back at the seadweller before nodding. "❧ I gueᵴᵴ I will."
