What are your thoughts and headcanons? Do you have thoughts on how the boys tend to approach assigning beds in inns? Who do the chain choose to sleep near when camping and why? What are their dynamics like when settling down for the night and getting ready for the day?

In "Mirror Vs Open Closet Door: Fight!" by Gintrinsic (here) Four refers to the chain's decision on how to split up between inn rooms as the "Link-per-room ratio" which I find very funny. He, Sky, and Time also talk about their thought process behind why they do or don't want to sleep in a room with some of the others which I find fun and interesting.

What do you think happens most often though? #each answer is a fun scenario so it's difficult to choose #but I think they'd try to act politely around Malon and Time for the first couple visits with straws or rock paper scissors #or showing generosity by offering the bed to someone else. (I bet Malon saying they're charming is quite the incentive #for more possible compliments. I can also see him setting up near Wild #in the eye of the storm as it were or just an interesting place to be. Wild and Hyrule can get to chatting about everything and anything #so if Legend wants background noise (Hyrule and Wild podcast omg)- #or a conversation he can be half a part of and jump in and out of while getting ready for the night or in the mornings- #this is a good place to be. add Wind and things get a bit more chaotic. #Wind gravitates to Wars and Legend too when curious and chatty. He gravitates towards Time when he wants something calmer. #Four tends to be near Sky or Twi or to Legend's group for the same reasons #I can see Four and Twi having a little book club going during downtimes where they talk about what they're reading. Sky likes to listen. <3 #Wind thinks they're nerds but so is he and he can't resist a good story so he orbits and sometimes settles in and peppers questions. #it's funny that Time Sky and Wars want to sleep the most but Legend follows Wars to chat (and ends up bringing people with him xD ) #there could be some conflict there oooo #Twi is by Time #it's almost a circle but with clusters of sleeping bags near on top of each other and filling the gaps

one of my friends showed me a site the other day called spacehey. it looks like a praise to myspace and like tumblr blogs is fully customizable via html/themes; though i find that tumblr has been evvvver so slowly pulling away from that customizability. i also grew up in the myspace age and so far the site looks soooo fun, so i made an account there :3. i’m taking some time to customize it how i want, but after that i’d like to try actually using and engaging in the site.

i can’t tell if the site is going to stick around forever, but it’d be so cool if it did because i’ve grown a bit wary of tumblr & some of the changes they’ve made over the last year or two. it’d be cool if you guys looked into it, if you haven’t already, because i’d love to find a community on there.

Promises for tomorrow

Was thinking about what kind of new years resolutions the Frontier-crew would make but came to no conclusion at all. So instead I wrote this thing which takes place in 2013, when Izumi, Takuya and Junpei have moved to Italy and Kouichi and Kouji are visiting for the holidays :3 (Tomoki doesn't get to visit because I'm lazy)

New year was only hours away. Takuya, Kouji, Junpei, Izumi and Kouichi were gathered for a party, Takuya foregoing his usual shenanigans out on the town to celebrate with his partner and his friends. A few too many drinks had already been had, but the food was good and the drinks expensive and for one night everything was as it should be.

”Anyone doing new year’s resolutions?” Takuya asked.

Poured himself another drink. Kouji held his glass harder, swirled the whiskey around. Junpei grinned.

”I’m going to sing at La Scala”, he said. ”I haven’t figured out how yet, but I’m going to do it!”

”I would like to go BASE jumping at Angel Falls, but it’s a whole process”, Izumi said. ”I’ve applied to a culinary school though, so my new year’s resolution is going to be focus on my studies.”

”Never figured you for a cook”, Takuya laughed.

”Because you never have time to come over for dinner”, Izumi answered with a laugh and gave him a shove. ”Stop by tomorrow, bring Kouji. I’ll make you the best food you’ve ever tried!”

Kouji leaned against the armrest of the couch. Takuya glanced at him, unsure what he was thinking about. His eyes were locked on something at the wall.

”I also need to step it up with the studies”, Kouichi said, ”but as new year’s resolution I’m just going to eat as many of Izumi’s meals as I can.”

”You’d be able to eat more if you moved over here already", Izumi said.

Wrapped an arm around Kouichi’s shoulders and kissed his cheek. Takuya put his own arm over Kouji’s shoulders to do the same, but Kouji was stiff and he didn’t.

”How about you?” Junpei asked. ”What does the famous Takuya plan for the new year?”

”Obviously I’m going to win the world cup”, Takuya grinned. ”Also, try lobsters.”

”Turning into a real rich boy”, Izumi said.

Shook her head, but laughed. Takuya smiled as well, took a sip from his drink. Squeezed Kouji’s shoulder.

”How about you? New year’s resolutions?”

Kouji blinked. Looked at Takuya and then the whiskey.

”Might go to Mali. They’ve been fighting for their independence for a year, maybe I could help.”

Everyone looked at him. The carefree feel of the room disappeared.

”What?” Takuya asked.

Kouji blinked again.

”What what?”

”New year’s resolutions are supposed to be fun”, Takuya said.

”Oh… OH! I thought you said revolutions. Yeah, sorry, my bad.”

Takuya laughed, pulled Kouji closer and kissed his temple.

”I love you. You’re an idiot and I love you.”

”Takuya is morosexual”, Izumi giggled.

”Takuya is everysexual”, Junpei corrected.

Takuya didn’t protest, just nudged Kouji again.

”Alright then. Any actual resolutions?”

”I don’t like making plans”, Kouji said. ”They never work out. I guess I could promise to take Izumi to the Angel Falls.”

”I’d love that”, Izumi said. ”But you don’t need to go out of your way for me.”

”It’d be fun to see anyway”, Kouji said. ”Lots of things I could take pictures of over there. Maybe I’ll even jump with you.”

”The two of you are insane”, Junpei laughed. ”As long as I don’t have to jump.”

The carefree feeling filled the room again and Takuya leaned against the back of the couch, relaxed. He just needed to find away to keep Kouji from joining any revolutions.

i kinda don't want to go back to camp but some of my stuff is still there

#so basically i have to go home every weekend (go home Friday after lunch go back sunday after lunch) #which means i have to go back tomorrow #and all i want to do is talk to the silly people on my phone and not be extremely misgendered and unable to correct people #cause telling campers my pronouns isn't camp appropriate. #sometimes this camp makes me want to die a little #but i already paid for the three weeks and i don't want to just waste that money #and i have some fun #but it kinda sucks to be there without my phone and it's hot out and i get misgendered and asked why i have a cane and told to get over my #meltdowns by another C.I.T amd there's never ang silemce except when I'm sleeping and the food isn't great and my schedule has to completely #change for it and i have to go to bed early and i have to stand the sun to lead songs and I'm almost always moving or standing and everyone #is loud all the time and singing during meal times is hell cause the lodge echoes so it's just really loud and i cried 4 times last week and #had about 2-3 meltdowns in five days #and I'm exhausted from it and i can't do what i used to love doing at that camp because it causes me so much pain #and no other person at the camp has mobility issues besides the 70 uear old CIT director that very obviously doesn't fully believe i need my #cane or to sit down frequently or take breaks #so yeah I'm a bit overwhelmed #not to mention i don't even know if i want to be a counselor at that camp anymore because of the whole pronouns thing #the media director said i might be able to join the media team they want to put together #and i really love this camp cause I've been going to it for so fuckin long and I've wanted to be a counselor here since my first week as a #camper #but it's all a lot #and i don't know if i should take a stand and be like “nope I'm not gonna let you treat me like this you just lost a future employee” or #just suck it up? #i hate breaking promises i made to myself in the past #and i told myself i was gonna be a counselor here no matter what #but i just dont know if i can take all that bs all summer every summer #ugh #tw vent

I love going out with friends, but it almost always ends with me having a breakdown in my car afterwards

#it's mostly with groups of friends i just get to my car and just breakdown #some of them are older than me and some of the younger some the same age #but they all have their life so much more put together and i end up feeling like shit afterwords #older friends have partners in life and are looking/have aprtment/house #same with friends my age #friends younger than me excel academically and have had experiences overseas or hold multiple jobs at once while fulltime student) #then there's me - struggles to keep mental health up while 3/4ths part time living at home reading when im not doing school/work/chores #doesnt know when she's going to graduate and has literally nothing to talk about #i love seeing friends and have so much fun being with them but i hear everything they're up to and then they ask me and i just gotta laugh #say nothing much and try to move the convo back to them bc i have nothing really going on - which is not their fault at all #this is 100% on me - but i see their lives and i wonder what its like to actually be living a life instead of just going through it #i've wanted to join clubs and stuff at school but its all so intimidating - people are intimidating and i always end up alone in a corner #bc i never did learn how to make friends - my friends growing up were friends of a girl who befriended me #i feel like a little kid (in a bad way) compared to everyone else and am afraid i won't ever catch up #---ahh looking online to see what to do has turned up the term socially inept - which i hit most of the checks on...great
