I can’t stop thinking about those tragic little gay men

Cheng would be so messy coming home from the bar, arm looped around Lu Guang’s neck. Lu would roll his eyes and pull his keys from his pocket. Looking for the right one to open the door to the photo shop. Lu Guang would scoff as Cheng is babbling some incoherent nonsense about their land lady. Just as Lu finds the right key Cheng would accidentally knock his keys out of his hands.

Cheng would hear the clatter of the key ring and plop on the ground to find them, both of their hands clumsily searching in the dark. Each of their fingers brushing and heads bumping together. Lu let’s out a soft ouch and Cheng is just sitting there on his knees grinning like an idiot, with heavy eye lids. And he leans in to Lu, pressing his lips to the other man’s, Chengs hand threading into the white hair of his best friend. And Lu doesn’t stop him completely but notes that they’ll have to discuss this later when Cheng isn’t an absolute mess.

he won't put his book down if he's reading though, he'll just read and walk at the same time bc he trusts them not to run him into things {Cheng Xiaoshi has bumped him into several things on accident but Lu still lets him lead him around}

Cheng Xiaoshi wanted to test the limits of where exactly Lu Guang will follow to and ended up walking him around the same room five times before Lu asked what they were doing

Qiao Ling tested it by walking Lu Guang around the block and all the way to that one couple's milk tea stand. She bought him a drink bc she felt bad about, essentially, using him as guinea pig. {he just bought her one in return bc he thought she wanted some company}
