Recept 🔽 Gnocchi med tomater och salvia! 👨‍🍳 @the.real.cg.lagar.mat

Perfekt snabbmat som räddar vilken vardag som helst 👌

Tomater och salvia tar fram det bästa i dessa härliga kuddar och gör det mycket smakrikt på kort tid 😋

Jag är säker på att du kommer att älska det! ❤️

🛒 Ingredienser 4 portioner

1 frp Gnocchi

1 vitlök solo

1 msk torkad salvia

1 burk San Marzano tomater

2-4 tsk sambal

En skvätt sjöpungsfond

🔪 Tillagning

Koka gnocchi i saltat vatten och låt rinna av men spara 1 dl av kokvattnet

⏲

Skiva vitlöken så tunt du kan och fräs den i olja utan att det tar färg

⏲

Gå i med tomaterna och fräs runt någon minut

⏲

Tillsätt salvia, sambal, kokvattnet och sjöpung och låt det puttra ihop

⏲

Lägg ner gnocchin i tomatsåsen så att allt blir varmt

🛎

Servera direkt toppat med riven pecorino

The BESTEST part of Poppy seed is - It's an Age old NATURAL SEDATIVE. 😪😴💤 TIPS : (So, if you have troubled or disturbed sleep try to integrate poppy seeds in your food) Ingredients : Potatoes , Poppyseeds , Onion (optional) , green chillies, mustard oil, kalonji Preparation : Soak the poppy seeds for around 3-4 hrs , then blend it in a blender and keep it aside.. Next peel and cut the potatoes into 1 centimeter cubes each and fry in mustard oil until turned Golden.. ( Do not overfry it or make it brown in colour).. remove the potatoes from the wok once cooked. Next cut 1 big sized Onion into thin slices and deep fry it . (OPTIONAL) keep this a side too. Then add the KALONJI and slitted green chilies into the pan/wok and cook until the Aroma hits your nose .. Next add the fried potatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes then add the poppy seeds paste and start stirring immediately.. meanwhile add salt according to your taste and stir.. add water little by little , make sure that you don't make it runny.. Cover the lid and let it cool for 5 minutes in low flame.. after 5 minutes open the lid , stir and add the fried onions if u r using it.. and some Slitted Green chilies if you are spice lover like us. Add one tablespoon full mustard oil before turning off your burner for that authentic Bengali Zaika (taste).🌶️😉 Congratulations! So how did the big meal go? I'll share my big #kitchenfail; I attempted homemade mayonnaise to make the deviled eggs recipe from Mozza at Home with pickled mustard seeds. This was a fail on all fronts (no fault of the cookbook, I think this is all operator error). First, the pickling stunk up the place with apple cider vinegar, so I had to open up all the windows on a very cold December 24. After two failed attempts at homemade mayo (just could not get it to "stand up"), I decided, unless there was some kind of happy ending, it just wasn't worth homemade. Then, when I tried to peel these babies, they were too sticky to peel successfully for deviled eggs. So I'll be eating hard-boiled eggs all week, which is fine by me! Any big fails this holiday?
