I have it in my head, for no reason, that Verin and Jester are pretty similar. I mean, there is a reason, but I don’t really think it’s true. But you know, the chair scene, where he’s showing off his spell and Jester climbs up to sit in it and then he cancels the spell so she and the chair both fall down is incredibly funny and has such sibling energy that I have to wonder if he’s reminded of growing up with Verin in this moment.

OH NO it begins !!! The infamous NordVPN saga. Fun fact, I watched CR live for the first time for Campaign 3, while having absolutely no idea that this was a saga. I know this has been a minute since they played in-game, so the frustration about forgetting important threads and information and the general feeling of "we don't know where we're going' is understanble, but from the Watsonian point of view, it is also ! The Mighty Nein just came back from an enjoyable side-quest but find that none of their bigger problems are resolved, and that the work they've been assigned on is a puzzle with various elements and that they're in the dark, and they really don't know where they're going, for a while.

Oooooooh Beau lending her symbol of the Bright Queen to Dairon is huge ! She puts herself in danger while in the Dynasty, while giving Dairon an enormous advantage for snooping around.

Oh no. They should've checked in on Yasha earlier. Now it's a race.

For the first part of this Talks, Laura and Liam answer questions while holding their characters' puppets, and in Caleb and Jester voice, and this all comes (hihi) to an end when Puppet!Jester accidentally drops her head into Puppet!Caleb's lap. Seems fitting.

Wait. WAIT. Liam said that Derrig's wife was Nell, and that their children were named : Barony, Lisa, Maeve and Will... In the latest CR3 episode, Orym, who was married to a Will, uses Druidcraft, "just like he's seen Nell and Maeve do" !!! WHAT DOES IT MEAN THAT WILL WAS THE SAME WILL AND THAT DERRIG IS ORYM'S FATHER-IN-LAW ???

CR2 Ep 140: Essek’s magical skills are useless in the game of chance against resurrecting Molly. In the throws of sharing grief with his friends, a cleric Hail Mary shatters through their defeat and brings Molly back to life. Essek acknowledges the impression they’ve left on him.
