Wasabi is a spoiled noodle. His mom got his oddles of new cage accessories, I call it the Jumbo Ferret Bundle. He’s a chonky boi and we went XL and XXL for most of his hammocks and hideouts. Is having kittens something that is practically required/would you be looked down upon if you didn't do so? Asking for the sex repulsed cats out there.

Of course not! In fact, the opposite is often true. In a litter with several cats surviving to warriorhood, it'll be encouraged that only one, maybe two of them have kits. The only time having a family will be suggested (never forced, just suggested) is if you're the only one left of your family line that can have kits. Other than that, it's usually a good thing to not have a bunch of kittens, and many warriors elect out of it.

This is the fattest and most expensive order I have placed since ordering my computer :')

PS; the cage is bigger than the small image makes it look like, it's not as quite as big as a critternation I think but according to cage calculators this should fit 8-9 rats and I don't wanna get more than 4. Not to mention that I'm just starting with the two boys until the breeder has another litter!

Hi. I recently got three female rats, all about eight weeks old. We have a critternation cage for them, and have filled it with stuff but. They don't seem to be able to get up there? Like they climb the bars and stuff, and when the door is open they climb those bars to the second level, but they can't climb the ropes or anything. Is the problem that they are too small for our setup? Or should we just give it time and they will learn?

It might be that they are just learning and exploring slowly. 8 weeks is still very young so they will get used to things. Just make sure everything is close enough to be accessible and safe.

hello it is me again that person that only ever logs into their tumblr to ask questions

People with critter nation cages!!! Does anyone have recommendations for getting a replacement for the pans?

:’) i can only find them listed online for like 34 dollars for the bottom one and 50-something on the top one, (and in advance, no i do not want to get metal ones because i cannot stand the sound of metal scraping against metal and just wouldn’t be able to clean the cage at all of the pans are metal! plus i’m using fleece and those are for paper bedding)

hi, i just found your blog and am!! enchanted by your chickens, but i was wondering? where do you keep them in your house? like do they have their own room? do you let them peck at garden grass sometimes?

I grow sprouts for my birds and offer leafy greens often. My birds typically do not go outside as that is how they can get sick via worms or other diseases. My bantams have their own room where they stay in deluxe wabitat cages when they arent roaming. Beeper lives in the living room and is free roam most of the time while my leghorns have a critternation they sleep in. When they are out of their cage they wear chicken diapers so they do not poop everywhere.
