It wasn't easy to trust you, you're a demon after all! but with time and patience they will warm up with you, seeing how you really care for them. They start having a normal life finally being able to act like the kids they are

Now that they finally have someone who truly aprecciate them for who they are they become pretty needy and demanding, (they crave all the affection you give them)

This conduce them to constantly fighting (in a childish way of course) for your attention or being your favorite. Masuru and Kotoko are the most obvious with this, while Monaca is more discreet, in the other hand Jataro and Nagisa don't seems to do it, but in reallity they do it to (just don't directly)

Masuru! is! loud! Whenever he wants your attention he run to you and scream tell you with an energetic voice what he come to say to you, if you're doing work or something else he will try to wait, but if you are with his siblings then he won't back off, Masuru will cling onto you calling out your name, and when he finally have your attention he will say that he have something to tell/show you, describing it like the most amaizing and interesting thing in the world! And if you actually go with him he will smirk at the others and even tease them later

Kotoko in the other hand is taking your attention by inviting you to play (maybe a tea party, doing each other make up, dressing up or you can brush her hair!) and while both play she always tell you a lot of things, like how she go in school, about her friends and performance (in case she still go to the theatre club) or just inventing something in the game. Also, Kotoko is really clingy too, so she probably follows you around sometimes

Monaca is more discreet, she monopolize your time by follows you around too and offering you help, maybe with home chores, and while doing it she's always chatting with you, about her thoughts, her school, her friends, and even ask you about your work! (This way she makes sure you see her as a good daughter). And when she's been extra needy and she don't get your attention she will fake cry and use guilt-trip

Nagisa is more mature and don't directly fight for your attention, he do it in diferent ways that even he don't notice. He craves for your attention and aproval, so, along side with Monaca, he is always helping you with whatever he can (even with your work if he can). Also, he wants you to be proud of him so Nagisa will try to take your attention by his school grades, whenever he gets a recognition at school he will show it to you almost inmediatly (he try to seem calm but he is eager to see your reaction). If you want him to do more child things he will take this opportunity to spend time with you, maybe you can teach him how to play some board games!

When Jataro realice that you don't hate him and, in fact, you actually care and love him he grows a little dependent. He doesn't really think he deserve all the affection you give him but he's grateful for it. Jataro will cling onto you and always try to be by your side, if you talk or not it doesn't matter to him, but when he needs your direct attention he will hesitantly take your hand/pull your clothes and shyly tell you what is in his mind. But when he wants your fully attention (and will fight for it) is when he wants to show you his art or need your comfort (but it take him a moment to convince himself to call for you since he feels like he is just bothering you)

Is not always that they are fighting though, just when they get really needy, is most of the time that they play along together (thanks to your help too)

Probably some times they ask you who is your favorite, and if you answer that you don't have one or you love them equally they will take that responce (for now), except for Masuru and Jataro who will tell you that thats not a valid answer

a/n. remember when I said I would write during the summer lol anyways srry I haven’t posted the good ole serotonin ran out ;-; but here I am! decided to write something self-indulgent lol as always, apologies if there are any mistakes. hope you enjoy!

You and Nagito were friends for quite some time before entering a relationship. The man has a difficult time understanding his own emotions, especially negative ones, and you were afraid that you would make him uncomfortable if you confessed your feelings.

Nagito was closer to you than anyone else. He would always defend you if someone was rude or disrespectful, he always gave you his lunch (even if you had yours, in which case you tried to persuade him that you didn’t need his lunch and he should eat instead. You end up compromising and share lunches), and you always made sure to involve him in activities with your class.

“[Name], I understand if you would rather attend alone than with me. After all, I’m probably making everyone uncomfortable…”

You grip his hands. “Nagito, if I didn’t want you to come, I would have never mentioned the party in the first place. And you know, everyone cares about you. You’re important, and you deserve to have a good time like anyone else. Where I go, I take you! … I-If you’re okay with it, obviously.”

He lightly laughs and your heart pounds a bit harder. “Of course. Anywhere with you is always pleasant.”

Your classmates tease you when you come to the party still flustered. Nonetheless, they knew the special bond you and Nagito shared, and while some may have had reservations, they truly did care for the both of you. Things were going well!

… Until one day, Nagito began avoiding you.

“I’m sorry [Name], but it’s for the best we don’t speak to each other...”

Since then, every time you entered into his vicinity, he quickly left in the opposite direction. He looked away whenever you glanced at him. When you waited for him to walk home, he quickly and quietly ignored your presence. No acknowledgment, no greeting, and no walk home.

This came as a shock to everyone, of course. You and Nagito were always glued to the hip. So what happened? You went to Hajime for help, which led to a heavy conversation about him.

“I don’t think you did anything wrong, [Name],” Hajime said.

“But… why would he avoid me, then? Oh, Hajime, what if I accidentally hurt him?”

He shook his head. “I doubt you could do anything severe that would cause him to avoid you entirely. Maybe…” Hajime stood deep in thought. “… He realized that… You never left him…”

You frowned. “I mean, of course not. Why would that…?”

After a moment, you and Hajime looked at each other. Of course.

Nagito, the self-deprecating man, never imagined himself to find someone to love or someone to love him back. His upbringing was a cold one, and with his luck, it was no surprise that the thought of emotional attachment pushed him into a state of confusion, panic, and avoidance. You were suddenly a pillar in his life, and if you were to leave, his spirit would collapse. He was afraid, and you didn’t deserve to feel hurt by these new, unexplored emotions of his. So he left before you could say anything. Perhaps, you would forget about him. Doesn’t everyone in the end?

Of course, you had no intentions of leaving. If he didn’t want to be your friend, then so be it. But you were not leaving without having your feelings known. You told Hajime your goodbyes, and aimed to set things straight.

You finally got Nagito alone after multiple attempts of trying. His eyes were pained at your presence, expecting a scolding for leaving you. Maybe you were going to insult him. Maybe you realized what bad of a person he was all along. But you merely held his hands. He didn’t shy away.

“I think… I know why you suddenly left me, Nagito. And I respect whatever you want to do. But… But I want you to know that I never found you a burden. I want to keep spending time with you, and I don’t want you to go through things alone. You’re… someone special to me, Nagito.” You looked at him in the eyes. His eyes shined with tears. “And I want to be with you.”

For the first time, you witnessed Nagito cry in front of you. The man never let this side of him show with his normally calm and relaxed demeanor. But you knew it was because he never let himself feel and understand these unpleasant and scary emotions.

“You deserve to feel love, Nagito. I want you to be happy. If you’re happy without me, please tell me- "

“N-No! [Name], how could I be happy without you? That’s …. No. Rather, you would be happy without me.”

“That’s not true!”

“But it will. Don’t you see? Every moment you’re around me, your hope dwindles because of my luck — aha. How despairing. The longer you’re with me, the more despair corrupts your incredible hope. And you deserve someone who will uplift that hope… Not worthless scum like me.”

You hug him. “You’re not scum! If I wanted to leave you, Nagito, I wouldn’t be here. I want… want you - I don’t want… anyone else.”

You felt Nagito’s body shake in your arms. You didn’t know how, or when, you both collapsed onto the floor, but it didn’t matter. All you remembered was the sound of his heart beating, and his hair tickling your face. His face was tinted red, and you slowly caressed his cheek. At that moment, you vowed that you would never leave him, as long as he wanted you by his side. His luck would not stop you from loving him, and so he allowed your lips to press against his, despite the hammering of his heart.

The beginning of your relationship was rocky, full of push and pulls. Nagito was a lingering presence near you, hyper-alert of your proximity. This was new to him, after all. Every hug, every kiss, and every touch always started with a was this touch okay? Please let me know if I’m making you uncomfortable. Do you still love me? Am I doing something wrong -

“Nagito, love,” you say, pressing a slight kiss to his cheek. “I’m still here. It’s okay.”

His body tenses, but instead of pulling away, he gently hugs you from the waist. “… O-Okay. Only if you’re sure.”

However, once Nagito eased at your touch, and the both of you understood each other a bit more, Nagito’s true feelings finally blossomed - especially his affection for you.

He respects your boundaries, of course, and always makes sure you’re comfortable with his touches. But he cannot help feel his heart burst for your touch at random times. With a quick “is this okay?” he’ll wrap his arms around you and lean into your body. You laugh at his sudden affection, which causes him to become flustered.

“Hehe, I didn’t know you wanted to hug me this badly, Nagito.”

His cheeks burn. “Y-You said this was alright…” You feel him grow nervous.

To calm him, you place a small kiss on his nose. “Of course, I’m just teasing. I never want you to leave.”

You notice when he’s tired, he often forgets his usual rational and calm demeanor, and will flop onto your stomach and cling to your body without realizing what he’s doing. You like playing with his hair and massaging his shoulders as he slowly falls asleep on top of you. It isn’t until he wakes up that he profusely apologizes.

“I-I’m so sorry, [Name]! D-Did I do something wrong? I didn’t hurt you, did I? I’m such a -"

You quickly cut him off. “Nagito, you only fell asleep on me. It’s alright,” you said soothingly. “You’re very warm, anyway. Like a blanket!”

“[Name]…”

“I mean it! I promise, you did nothing wrong.” You kissed him and pulled him back toward you. “You may sleep on me as many times as you’d like.”

He sighs, but allows your touch and slowly closes his eyes.

You also realize that Nagito never spends a day without spoiling you to some degree. He’s… well, pretty rich.

“Nagito… ? What is this?”

“Oh, it’s just something I found when walking home. I thought it would look nice on you and decided to buy it.”

“… Isn’t this brand expensive?”

“… Hm, I suppose it is.”

“Nagito!”

You lightly scold him and tell him not to spend his money on such expensive gifts, especially material things. But somehow, there’s always brand new, high quality sets of markers and pens on your desk, or a new watch you meant to replace, or a new office chair to replace your old, squeaky one you’ve mentioned to him. He doesn’t stop giving you presents despite your assurances, as you were the ultimate hope of his life, and he wants to treasure you.

Nagito realizes a new world of hope just from being with you. You invite him to all sorts of places he’s never been to or things he’s never done…

… Like going to the theater! He loves to see you happy, so he has no opinions on the movie. As long as he’s with you, you could pick or do just about anything. Of course, with a bit of convincing, he’ll help you pick a movie and add his input, albeit a bit reluctantly.

Though, most of the time, the movie isn’t exactly your highest priority…

“Here, Nagito, try some!” you said, plucking a piece of popcorn and leaning towards him.

Nagito's usually absorbed in the movie and doesn't like to be distracted. However, once he hears your voice, he immediately turns toward you. “U-Um, but [Name], it’s your food…”

“Oh, we used to share food all the time! You know it’s alright.”

“But… isn’t it a bit different now?”

“… Nope! You’re still you, and I love feeding you. Here you go,” you say as you slowly inch the popcorn towards his mouth. He nods and blushes as he opens his mouth. He tries to pay attention to the rest of the movie! But it's difficult when you're around...

You also find out that despite Nagito’s luck causing accidents in the kitchen, his food is… actually pretty good? He tries making all sorts of your favorite meals when he can despite the trouble he has, and you often find him waiting for you to eat lunch together! Or go out if his food is beyond fixing. You try to convince him to eat if he’s hungry, but he can’t imagine himself eating alone anymore. Perhaps because of his feelings of isolation that slowly haunt him when he’s alone? Feelings of his life before you…?

Anyway, because he cares about you so much, and is naturally a very observant person, he’ll make sure you’re eating foods that are not only delicious, but healthy and nutritious! He sincerely doesn’t mind cooking or buying food for you, and will always come up with balanced meals! (Of course, you have to get him to eat. He sometimes forgets he also exists).

And because Nagito is observant, he notices when you forget to take any necessary medication.

Every morning he’ll place your pills on your bedside table, and he’ll ask you once you’ve eaten breakfast, or right before bed, if you’ve taken your medication. If you don’t have a schedule, he essentially creates one for you so you don’t forget to take any important doses. He always encourages you lovingly though - he doesn’t want to push your boundaries, but he also worries about your health, so expect him to be a bit concerned and motherly at times.

Reading is a hobby of Nagito’s, and you often find him reading before midnight. He has trouble sleeping due to nightmares, so reading before bed often calms him down.

Now that you’re here, though, his nights go much smoother! If you’re not embarrassed, you read his book of interest while he lays next to you, his white hair sprawled on your lap. Your voice, regardless of the way it sounds, relaxes him, and you realize after a few chapters that his breaths become slow. Nights without your voice become difficult to bear.

If it becomes a habit of you two, Nagito feels the need to read to you as well! He’s a bit nervous at first, but as he continues reading, you feel him become more confident and immersed into the story. You usually fight a battle between falling asleep to his beautiful voice or staying awake to listen to it, but sleep always overtakes you.

And when you wake up in the morning, Nagito is a koala at your side, never letting go of your body. He apologizes when he awakens, but you only hold him back tighter underneath the covers. Sometimes you pepper kisses all over his face and neck and hug him tightly, leaving a very flustered and weak Nagito. Sometimes, he tears up over the heartfelt affection. You’re intimate with him in a way he’s never experienced. And every morning feels like another miracle.

It is inevitable that Nagito will sometimes revert to his old state, isolating himself and questioning his worth. He’s much more approachable now, but his pain is nevertheless still very prevalent.

You feel him hold back a bit more, keep quiet when he normally says what’s on his mind, and wake up to an empty spot beside you. During these times, you make sure to remind him that you have no plans on leaving him.

“[Name], you shouldn’t touch me. I’m filthy. Disgusting… Don’t you see who I really am?”

You gently guide Nagito to sit on the edge of your bathtub. After turning on the faucet, you slowly remove his shirt.

“How could anyone touch such scum like me? Seeing your hope only proves that you’re too good for me…”

The warm water rushes between your fingers, and you feel a spark when your hands glide against his upper body. You rub small circles into his shoulders and back. His words tumble out slowly.

“Why would… anyone … want to see me… like this? Why…”

You work your way up to his scalp, and he ceases altogether. His eyes close, and he leans his head into your hands that lather his hair with shampoo. You whisper words of assurances.

“You’re beautiful, Nagito. Every day, I’m glad to have met you. You’re so kind, and respectful, and smart…”

You stay like that for some time, making sure he’s comfortable and relaxed as you wash him as gently and lovingly as you can. As you finish washing him, you notice his cheeks are wet. He doesn’t say anything.

“You must be cold, Nagito. Let’s get you warmed up and dry, okay?” You bring him close to you and press a small kiss on his cheek. He lets out a small sigh. “Okay…”

He cries when you shower him with such love. But he never pulls back. Every time you compliment him, he feels that it’s simply not real. But each time, with every touch, he slowly comes back to reality - a reality where you love him, and he’s allowed to love you.

“ oh my god peko how do i do this “ fuyuhiko asked, having no idea what to do. he was currently in the kitchen with peko, about to bake something for you while youre out with your friends. “ the fuck?? how do i do this shit?? “ he asks “ i believe you should start with heating the oven “ peko tells him, turning on the oven and setting it to 375 degrees. “ then you have to grease the baking sheets with this “ peko continues, handing fuyuhiko the butter.

for afew more hours the two finally finished the cookies they made for you. they quickly set up the cookies on a cute plate fuyuhiko bought you afew years ago before they both took one cookie each to try. it didnt taste like the ones u make and it made fuyuhiko a little sad but he hoped you’d like them anyway. he sat down on your couch with the cookies on the coffee table as he nervously waited for you to come home, peko already being upstairs in her room.

"Hey, breathe Y/n" your girlfriend says as she rubs your back. Your tears ran hot and your throat burns, you're shivering, shaking and breathing heavy. You attempt to breathe in deep but it gets cut but more sobs. "It'll be okay just try again." You breathe in then successfully breathe out, satisfying Sakura. "Good, good. You did good I'm proud of you. Just keep doing that." Over and over you take deep breaths in Sakura's arms.

"Thank you" you say weakly sniffling and catching your breath. "Of course it was no problem Y/N truly" "Tha-" "No more thank you's, really it's no issue" you smiled at her comforting words and hugged her tighter. She returned the embrace and repositioned herself on the couch which in turn made you change positions. Now, laying on top of her you feel her heartbeat slow and steady. "You wanna tell me what you were feeling down about?" You stayed quiet for a moment reliving the moment then shook your head. "Alright."

You stayed like that for a while until she leaned close to your ears "Do you want me to make food?" You don't know why but both of you were giggling at the awkwardly timed question for a bit then she got up and started making dinner. Sneaking up behind her, you threw your arms around her. Sakura laughed but let your arms stay around her stomach. "You have work tonight, don't you?" After asking, Sakura's shoulders dropped and she took a deep sigh, "well yes. Are you okay to be on your own now?"

You nodded and leaned into her muscular back. You, of course didn't know at the time, but after your embrace was tightened she had a small smile on her face. Sakura wasn't the most affectionate with words usually cards and hugs but when she got flustered or happy with you, a small blush and smile would suffice.

"Almost done, kay?" Sakura asked attempting to look over her shoulder checking on you. "Okay and before you ask, yes I'm okay, Lovely" she laughed louder than she usually does but returns to cooking. "Can you pass me that?" She asks pointing to the seasonings (cabinet or drawer). "Uh okay sure" you answered scurrying to the seasonings and handing them to her. "Thank you so much, Lovely" she mocked your last response. You covered your agape mouth with your hands

"What? What happened?" She asked nervously. Which seeing her nervous is rare. "You called me lovely?" She thought about it, smiled then nodded "yes, you are lovely and that's your new nickname" "You stole it from me, that's not fair" you joked. "Fine then we can share it" "50/50?" After food was done Sakura is getting ready to leave slipping on her jacket, hat and scarf, "Hey" you called. "Yes?" "I'm gonna miss you, gimme a hug." The fifth trial it still hurt me a lot, is just... it was too much, but still I love it, Chiaki was so sweet and determinanted ❤️ and Monomi's last words really bring me hope ❤️

At the start of the trip Chiaki was more relaxed with everything and just enjoying everything on the misterious island with the rest of your classmates (specially excited to be able to enjoy it with you), but when Monokuma appeared and started the whole killing game she was really worried for everyone

Even when she were worried that doesn't really stop her from trying her best to enjoy the place and the company of her classmates, and since Twogami was the one who take the role of the leader she was glad to be able to rely in someone

Also, she were relying a lot in you too, Chiaki is easily distracted and sleepy, even being able to just fall sleep while being standing, so you just stay with her and make sure she is alright most of the time, something for what she is forever grateful

Chiaki truly loves your sweetness and gentleness not just towards her but everyone else, the killing game and Monokuma were stressing out everyone and even when not everyone were willing to cooperate or not so kind you never stoped being sweet and kind to them and that was inspiring her a lot too

It doesn't take much time before you were known between everyone as a really cute couple thanks to your sweetness and Chiaki's cuteness (and, of course, thanks to Ibuki too), and that gives a sense to normality to everyone, making them feel somehow a little more comfortable with the situation having just normal situations

Although Monokuma wasn't going to let the killing game end without even started and was just matter of time to finally start, things were slowly starting to be a chaos, distrusting each others, the insults and offences, the bewilderment and fear for what will happen and for not knowing if someone will really try to kill you, as well as the denial of one's own possibility

And despite everything you two continue trying to bring hope to the group, after what happened on the first trial Chiaki tried to quietly lead everyone to a better, while you were more direct, offering a hand with a smile to everyone, both of you were helping everyone to don't lose hope, and even if it was just a little it was bothering Monokuma and still he can't do much for a while since he doesn't attack the students just for no reason, he has clear rules that even he will follow, so he just awaits for the perfect oportunity to put a incentive on your way

The day finally come when he let out the despair disease, a disease that changes the personality of the affected, it was perfect because not just will affect you but other too and that will just make things more funny! (or at least for him)

That day you wake up feeling sick, your body hurts and it was like the day was way too hot, you were already mad for the pain but everything seemed to just annoy you more, your sweet smile with which you always greeted everyone was gone and replaced for a grimace and narrow eyes. Chiaki was one of the first to greet you, getting worried when you just passed by her, she followed you to the dining room and it was then when it become more evident the change on your behavior, getting mad at everyone and even insulting them when they tried to ask you what is wrong

Once Monokuma explained that this was strange and special disease was the next incentive Mikan doesn't waste time and take everyone to the hospital to be able to take care of them, the problem is that you manage to sneak from her and just go away taking advantage of the fact that the ones that weren't infected were trying to plan on what to do

Chiaki decided to follow you, she wanted to lead you to the hospital and make sure you were taken care of, you were always helping her so is the least she can do for you, she follow you quietly until she manage reach you, it could be that she surprised you or that you noticed her before, that doesn't matter because you reaction is still really bad, pushing her away and demanding to leave you alone

Chiaki tried to reason with you, telling you that you really need to be attended and even saying that you don't have to worry because she will accompany you to the hospital, just for you to call her an annoyance, complaining about her for meddling in what she shouldn't and even calling her a pest and a weirdo when she insisted on the topic. Your words hurt her, make her feel bad and even wonder if she is really just being annoying, and still it doesn't take her long to remember that all what are you saying is because the disease, it isn't really you

She was on the middle of trying to convice to go to the hospital when Monokuma appeared, laughing at the situation, pointing out how funny it is to see the cute couple of the Jabberwock island having their first fight since they arrived, Chiaki tried to just ignore him but in the state you were whatever he says just makes you more and more angry, you were so annoyed already that you didn't even care what he is saying you just don't like this teasing tone nor his laugh, now focusing on him instead of Chiaki

She tried to take this opportunity or at least catch your attention again because knowing Monokuma he doesn't have good intentions, but Chiaki isn't really stronge or with a loud voice so as much as she tried to make you pay attention to her you were too focused on the fact that Monokuma was laughing at you, and now even more for the failed attempts of her to help you

It reached a point were you were just so annoyed that you can't take it anymore and take it out on Monokuma, hitting him as hard as you can while screaming him to shut up, Chiaki get startled by the situation so she isn't able to react quickly, leaving Monokuma enough time to stand up and remind the two of you the rules with an angry tone, leaving you two with just enough time for her to understand the situation but before she could say something Monokuma attacked you, making you shut up before you could insult him once again

Chiaki was shocked for what she was seeing, is a horrendous view, she doesn't want to see you bleed and suffer the way you are doing it but she can't look away neither, even when your body fall on the floor and Monokuma laughs once again she still has troubles to react. Somehow Chiaki finds the strength to slowly approach to you, kneeling by your side and taking your hand, in this moment Chiaki is too shocked to say something, to cry, to even realice that you, with the last strength you have you still are just looking at her with annoyance and complaining about how you can't believe that that stupid bear had attacked you or how she isn't doing anything, and still when Chiaki manage to react is just in time to when you lose consciousness completely, Chiaki just smiles at you and promise to put an end to this, to save you

After what happened Chiaki still doesn't let herself get down, she still has to see for the rest of her classmates and, at the best of her habilities she tries to explain what happened as well to ask what is the plan to take care of the rest, she doesn't let anyone stop for what happened or try to ask her how she feels because it isn't until she is sure that the plan is underway and she can be completely alone when she finally let herself break, and she does break, Chiaki will spend a long time just crying, she just feel the need to be alone it isn't something that she want to share because it hurt her in a way that she can't explain to anyone, for the second time she lose the opportunity to be able too see you again, to be with you

She cries quietly and alone, and it isn't until she is done crying that she goes out of her room to see the others again, she accepts his words of encouragement and condolences but doesn't say much about it, it still hurt her and will still hurt for along time but she is determinante to continue with her mission, what motivate her to continue and to even smile again is that she is fighting for you and for her beloved classmates, she is fighting for you to have a bright future, even if is a future where she won't be able to be

"What a surprise to be seeing you here, Mr. Togami", you say ,not taking your eyes off of your book for even a second, "Your room seems to have a lot of books, don't get any wrong ideas I have no intention talking to you any further",he said with his signature hand cross, he's an odd individual that's for sure, "Go ahead and borrow anything you want" ,your eyes still not moving from the book, you look up to find the Togami heir towering over you, tapping his finger on the page you were in the middle of reading, "I want to borrow this one" the blonde smugly said, you sighed, you hate it when someone Interrupts your reading time and the man infront of you did just that "Let me rephrase that you can borrow anything except the one i'm reading right now" ,your response didn't faze him as he just stared at you,smirking, " if you want, read with me" ,"what's it in for me?", "an evening with a known historian", "And i'm an heir, why would an evening with some historian be important for me?", you were a bit offended by this but brushed it off, " suit yourself, don't read this then", your eyes went back to the book, only getting to read a few sentences before Byakuya sat beside you, scoffing in defeat, peaking at the book, "you finally came around", you smugly remarked.

The next day, you woke up to a very tired looking Togami heir next to you, the both of you seemed to have fallen asleep while reading, you noticed how peaceful he looked without the smug attitude he had all the time, being mesmerized by his face and the morning grogginess, you unconsciously touched his cheek, his eyes began to slowly open, "W-what are you doing?!", he jumped up, he never lets anyone see his vulnerable side, "Geez...Stop being dramatic, i was just waking you up..", you got up feeling the soreness that was caused by sleeping on the couch, you stretched your arms before realizing it was almost time for breakfast, you went to the bathroom immediately to get ready.

Once you got out of the bathroom, you saw Byakuya sleeping on your bed, walking up to him, you slapped his hand, jolting the man awake while glaring at you, "Go take a bath already, it' almost time for us to have breakfast, I'm starved".

"There you two are! We were almost about to leave you both out of breakfast", Asahina exclaimed as the both of you walked into the kitchen, "Apologies, Mr Togami here really took his time when getting ready", the man just glared at you, "I for one don't rush things, unless i want to end up looking like you", he sarcastically said, earning him an eye roll from you.

After breakfast, you were on your way to your room when a certain blonde haired heir ran after you, "Are you busy tonight?", he asked, panting a bit, "No? Why do you ask?", you questioned, "nothing in particular" was all he said before you left the hall.

Back in your room, you began to again, start reading, there wasn't a lot to do while stuck in the school, you did like reading though, Monokuma was kind enough to give you your own bookshelves filled with the books you had gotten over the years, as you flipped through the pages, you began humming a song you have always been fond of ever since you were a kid, it helped with both calming yourself down and also letting you focus more on books.

Before long, it was the evening, you had forgotten lunch, nobody called for you during it, you closed your book and opened your door to find Byakuya reaching for the handle, "oh? What are you doing here?", you asked, "It's dinner, you don't want to miss another meal or you'll get too skinny", he pushed up his glasses, not wanting to seem as if he was worried about you not eating lunch.

You both walked towards the cafeteria to have dinner, the atmosphere seemed tense, "Woah, i was gone for a couple hours and this is what i return to?", you asked jokingly though, nobody laughed "Okay this is awkward, what happened?", still, nobody said a word, "Toko seems to be not coming out of her room", Makoto answered, "Maybe she's not in the mood to?", "could be the case but we've been hearing her talk to whatbseems to be herself, it's really weird", Kyoto added to the conversation, it then returned to being dead silent with only sounds coming from the dishes on the table, you sat down with Byakuya and ate, realizing how hungry you were.

When you did go back to your room, Byakuya went in with you to 'read some books' or so he says, you sat on your bed and continued residng the book you read before you went to eat dinner, "What do you think of this one?", Byakuya asked, asking for your opinion on the book he picked, "Oh that one, it's alright i can say, it's about-", you began explaining for hours on end, you loved talking about history while Byakuya stared at your expressions, you looked so happy explaining everything to him that he couldn't help but feel butterflies in his stomach, "And that's the end of the story, did you catch everythi-...", your voice got lower as you finished your sentence, you saw Byakuya's flushed expression ,"What are you blushing for?", you chuckled, you didnt say anything amusing, did you?, Byakuya realized he wss blushing and turned his head away, not wanting to be embarrassed by you.

"You know, you're an odd fellow, Byakuya", you said while resting your head on your arm, staring at him as he's doing the same thing, "how so?", "I saw you on the television a few times, you didnt seem well, like you now", you then continued, "you really do have a soft side, don't you?", "I'm not sure what you're talking about", he began to get flushed yet again, "haha...You can stop the act, have we met before? You seem to know me well", you chuckled a bit at his expression yet again, "no we hadn't met before this, i just watched a couple of your documentaries a few times in the past, dont flatter yourself or anything though, i was just bored", 'liar', you thought to yourself, "Do you maybe like me?", you asked, already knowing the answer, "No", he bluntly answers while turning his face away from you, you got up and turned him to make him face your way, then kissed him, his face flushed even more, "You really dont remember?", "huh?", "you promised to marry me one day when we were children, how did you forget?".
