Thanks to Rangers at Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park for making the rescue of this weak and dehydrated first-year Double-crested Cormorant down in the park early this morning. The Cormorant has been administered fluids and treated for parasites to begin rehabilitation in our clinic.

Does anyone know how to edit a wiki? 😆
The Horizon wiki claims the Sunwing is based on the appearance of a pterosaur, when obviously it's based on the double-crested cormorant. Its entire "solar charging wings" behavior is based on the cormorant's habit of sunning its wings.
Sure, the crest on its head is reminiscent of Pteradon ingens, but the way it behaves (colony nester, wing-sunning pose) is all cormorant. And, while it's not quite as pronounced, cormorants have crests, too.
This connection was obvious to me, but the wiki just says it's a "pterosaur"! Are we really not talking about the fact that the sunwing is a cormorant??

A Double-crested Cormorant was standing on a dock after a swim with its wings stretched out very wide. The Cormorant had previously gone for a swim and was drying off its wings. Around the Cormorants, there were a flock of Caspian Terns and Gulls.
