I think one of my favorite things about adventure time is the fact that gods and deities are portrayed as mostly normal people.
Death is a punk rock enjoyer and hangs out with Pep Butt
Prismo hangs out with other immortals and special friends at time room parties
Cosmic Owl struggles with his dating life and kind of a dorky bachelor
Even Finn who is a LITERAL REINCARNATION OF A CATALYST COMET is a just a completely normal dude
And then there's Scarab who thinks he's hot shit despite literally being the biggest snitch ever

Hey uh-
Some sketch fanart for @scruplescripture's daydreamer au I did in my notebook that I just thought I'd share. Please go check them out their art is fucking incredible
(+some human design Prismo because I definitely don't have a crush on him TvT)
I fucking love Simon and Prismo and the fact that there's an au centered around them is incredible.

i was never into adventure time when it was coming out bc i was busy being INSANE over fanboy and chumchum (which i dont really regret bc thats funny as fuck) but ive grown to just really not like at and get annoyed seeing it bc of past associations yeah but also just because it was EVERYWHERE and constantly seeing something i dont really care for one way or another makes me hate it. it might just be that the first couple seasons only being the quirky comedy just wasnt my thing and like im curious of the story stuff and the later seasons but maybe

Okay, I know everyone is focused on Vampire Queen Marceline
Or the classical tragedy of Betty and Simon
Or Baby Finn just abandoned in a tank
But I cannot stop thinking about that last world, and how terrifying it really is. The Lich won.
Everyone died.
There wasn't some catastrophe, no bomb going off, no apocalypse, no war. Everyone just... died. If that Ice King tape is accurate, and not just creepy imagery, then it was instantaneous. Just BAM skeletons.
Except there wasn't even really a BAM. Just... death.
It reminds me of an SCP story (don't ask me which one) where they visit a world where everything there just died, down to a microscopic level. People just collapsed in the middle of meals, the food still there. Nothing even rotting because the maggots, even the bacteria, died too.
It's just... chilling.
The Lich has always been a terrifying concept. Not a villain in the traditional sense, but a force of nature. A machine. Not even death, but extinction. Death without meaning. The simple ending of life. Can't be reasoned with. Can freeze you with a word. His only weakness is how laser focused he can get, ignoring a threat sometimes to get to the goal.
And now he's back, yet again. He always comes back. Even in the afterlife, he comes back.
On a less serious note, I hope there's a scene where Scarab squares up to the Lich, thinks he can take him, but Prismo just goes "Scrabby? Maybe don't. That guy killed me once."

Something for an au I'm making. Might just add to it in doodles or oneshots
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The old switcheroo au. I've already seen other people making their own versions of if Prismo and Scarab switched job positions
My take on it! I wanted Prismo to look actually like a cosmic horror with some bug features as an amen to Scarab.
His body is constructed of both Light and Dark with his backside still being galaxies. However, his back, instead of just looking pretty, is where he stores weapons or anything he uses. Infinite pocket. And the capsule thingy he uses, instead of the Gem like Scarab, he uses a handheld version of the Time Room that's more of a maze and never ending. Time doesn't move inside the cube. That's where he traps those who step out of line
For Scarab, I made him look more human but he still hides behind a mask in this. And that's because of his Third Eye. He uses it to see the true intentions of those who come to him for wishes. And I'm thinking of adding him calling Prismo anytime he gets a Wisher who wants to make a world changing negative wish to capture. OH. And I couldn't get rid of his glorious suit :33
In this version, Prismo is feared for his position and ruthlessness. He may have an easygoing and friendly personality but he takes his job very seriously. Except when it comes to Scarab. He folds so easily and his terrifying personality turns into a complete golden retriever the moment Scarab calls for him.
Meanwhile, Scarab, his personality is more calm but he still sticks to the rules and tries to keep wishes orderly. He's known as Scarab The Tricky Wishmaker because of the outcomes of some of the wishes he's granted. It was the Wishers faults for not being specific. His opinion of Prismo is honestly very low. He thinks he's an imbecile who somehow got the job to maintain the order of the universe. He thinks he is sometimes too easy on certain gods. Don't even get him started on how Prismo treats him!
Despite his low opinion of the God Auditor, he still tolerates his presence. Why? He.. doesn't really know. And if he did, he would never admit it.

Okay, so here is my Thought…
It’s already being established that the majority of worlds in the AT Multiverse are born from wishes granted by Prismo. I mean, we know there are other types of alternative universes (Like Flapjack’s universe) - but Prismo’s exposition implies they are the exceptions and not the rule. And we already know the Wish that birthed Farmworld, and we even got a Word of God about Babyworld (a Wish made by BMO) but…
Was Winterworld also born from someone’s wish?
While first watching the episode, I was wondering if that was a universe born from Ice King’s wish to, like, make Princess Bubblegum madly in love with him or something. But after all of the reveals at the end of the episode and thinking about it a bit more - I feel like this is unlikely.
I mean for once, there is the question of how the ‘One Wish Per Person' rule works with the existence of a multiverse. Because we know our Simon also tried using his Prismo Wish
Tumblr media
(And from their interactions in Episode 4 it seems like Prismo considers Ice King and Simon to be the same person, So a Wish made by Ice King would also count as the one Wish for Simon)
So like… if Ice King made a Wish with Prismo and then got teleported into Winterworld where his wish was granted and then like… a duplicate of him keeps going in Mainworld Ooo and that one’s actually the Simon we follow… would that Simon get his own Wish from Prismo? Or would the Winter King count as the separate Simon who didn’t waste his Wish yet? Finn has already used up his own Wish but his situation is kinda unique cause he, like, came back from being Farmworld Finn. I’m not sure about the rules here but I’m feeling like it shouldn’t work, Simon used up his one Wish failing to bring Betty back so that means he probably didn’t wish up Winterworld.
I don’t feel super-confident about that, but I feel a bit more sure of this next observation; Prismo says that the Wishes he grants, whatever he wants them to or not, always have some sort of a Monkey’s Paw or ironic twist thing going on. They never go quite right for the Wisher. And the Winter King was doing extremely well until our Free Radicals came along.
I mean… maybe the fact that Pre-Curse Simon would’ve been disgusted with the Winter King’s actions counts. Or maybe the implication is that with the Candy Queen’s recent ‘escalation’ he would’ve been killed sooner or later even without the Multiverse Trio’s intervention.
Tumblr media
But… compared to how throughly and how quickly Farmworld went badly for Finn specifically- that honestly feels like a stretch. I think that if Winterworld was born from the Wish of any character - it was most likely Marceline.
Tumblr media
She has all the motivation to Wish for Simon to have his memories and/or sanity back - and had it for the longest time out of all of his acquaintances. And if it was her Wish - then it sure as hell has gone extremely wrong for her.
The woman that she loves has been doomed to the same torturous existence Simon has been trapped in alongside her entire kingdom. And Simon might have his sanity and identity again, but this vile man who willingly and knowingly condemned PB to a life of suffering in his stead is so much farther away from the kindly father figure Marceline remembers than Ice King the crazy old Wizard ever was.
And then he also stole Marceline's most beloved personal possessions and like… probably killed her and definitely replaced her with an icy duplicate who is forever the child he wants her to be. If this Wish is some sort of Ironic Monkey's Paw to anyone, I think Marceline makes the most sense.
Tumblr media
(I will give an honorable mention to Betty, because she also very much has the motivation and it is kinda weird we haven’t seen her try and save Simon with a Prismo wish. But I think that while, like, dying in the Mushroom War unmourned and unremembered by the man you did all of this for is a pretty miserable fate.... I still think that Marceline’s narrative fits the idea of cruel irony a lot better)

Fionna and Cake theory: Simon the Artist
Tumblr media
Nothing like a good old creative panic attack.
Fionna and Cake good. Haven’t been excited about a show like this in a long time, though it being a part of Adventure Time does help quite a bit. I was holding on to some cautious optimism for the show when it was announced as yet another big IP series covering the multiverse (still waiting to groan at THAT scene where Prismo has to explain to us about there being infinite universes), but as usual, Adventure Time’s crew continues to surprise me with its creativity, humor, and thematic resonance.
The most striking part about Fionna and Cake so far is just how deliberately the show wants us to differentiate it from the original Adventure Time.
We’re getting shots where Simon pops an artery from his arm, a theme song that explicitly talks about suicidal ideation, discussions of rent and financial problems, and curses no longer disguised with AT’s usual dialogue. Adventure Time has always had violence, thematic density, and juvenile rating pushers, but they were always reserved at small points. Meanwhile, these are factors that are just casually shown and discussed in Fionna and Cake every 3 minutes or so. This is not an all-ages miniseries, it’s for young adults. (hint: this will be relevant later)
Let’s get right into it. This is much less a speculative lore theory and more on what thematic direction the story may be going.
Before we do, let’s get this out of the way first. This theory assumes that the current Fionna and Cake world is all a part of Simon’s head and not merely a separate multiverse, which… I’m certain is fact for the following reasons.
Tumblr media
The immediately obvious piece is that Fionna and Cake was always the Ice King’s fanfiction. Now if you’re versed in AT’s continuity you’re probably going to be asking about the red light in Fionna and Cake + Fionna and… I’ve no answer for it unfortunately. It’ll probably be relevant later in the series and possibly age this post like milk but for now, we’re not here to focus on the how, but the why.
Tumblr media
Second is that the intro and the ending of Ep 2 literally show Fionna’s world spilling right out of Simon’s head like an animated world out of a frozen brain. If that isn’t clear enough-
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Didn't realize this until writing, but these glasses are just plastic made to look like Betty's
There’s no other explanation for this other than that this world is artificial or influenced by Simon in some sense. Fionna even specifies that the statue went under renovation 12 years ago, but nobody seems to know who it is. Considering how Finn looks in the episode, it’s likely that it’s been that long since Betty’s sacrifice in the finale.
With that out of the way, here it goes.
The reason Fionna and Cake exist in the first place is because the creators found Natasha Allegri’s genderswap designs charming and wanted an in-universe reason to use them the Ice King wanted to create trashy, wish fulfillment through art. It was a phase.
Tumblr media
Definitely changed that image for publishing.
Simon can argue if they’re good or bad but it’s undeniably his art. It’s not just a portfolio he left behind in a closet, it’s an experience that was shared with a larger audience.
Tumblr media
And even if wasn’t liked at first, the citizens of Ooo seemed to have come around to it. And some of them love it!
Whether Simon likes it or not, he has a fan base that is so endeared to the story he made all those years ago that they demand he makes more. Why let a good story, loved by many, go to rest when you still have some life and creativity left in you?
Tumblr media
Can't move on in more ways than one.
Except, the problem is that Simon isn’t Ice King anymore. He’s aged out of it.
His real passion is history, he's an adult who who finds passion in the mundane and antiques from the past. And frankly, there isn’t much room for wish-fulfillment and fantasy anymore. Simon has responsibilities. He has a job and a daughter in a world that is moving faster than he can process.
And where Ice King wrote about looking for love, Simon has already had it.
Tumblr media
And lost it. His mind isn’t focused on the rosiness of finding new love, it’s grieving the one he already thought was the one.
Tumblr media
Wasn't he supposed to be good with kids?
Despite his new life experiences, all his peers seem to want from him is to make more of what they’re familiar with.
A story made from wants and wishes that he doesn’t even have anymore.
A story that was literally made by someone else at a different time. It’s a fiction he cannot connect to anymore, art that he’s embarrassed by. Yet also jealous of. Because at one point, the body Simon used to be in understood what exactly was missing from his life and could express that easily.
Seeing it again is like experiencing a retrospection of a cringey loser you don’t want to imagine having ever been. It’s not you anymore, and you don’t want to be reminded of that.
Tumblr media
Because despite him having a new creative passion, no one seems to care about that. All they want is Fionna and Cake. And what is more lonely than other people misunderstanding what you’re trying to express?
If I failed to make it clear somehow, my theory is that: Simon’s relationship with Fionna and Cake is a metaphor for creators growing out of their art. And this new Fionna and Cake world is still comfort art born out of Simon’s current desires and perceptions.
Tumblr media
The snippet subtitles this “child holding a phone”. I guess I’m wrong. Essay over.
Episode 1 and 2 both have direct parallels with each other. They’re both about a protagonist who are feeling displaced from their world, living a phase of losing a significant other, leaving a thankless job, wearing a mask of stability in front of the people they care for, seeking a guru at the heart of the forest, and concluding that they no longer belong in their current world.
Tumblr media
But more importantly, Fionna and Cake (the characters, the world, and the show) are no longer for an all-ages crowd. Fionna and Cake now feature young adults, curses, gore, alcohol, partial nudity, financial issues, morning routines, mid-life crisis, and overt suicidal ideation. These are the feelings that Simon relates to and possibly desires to express through art. Thus, his story and our new miniseries have warped that way.
Am I overthinking this? No. How dare you assume that.
Is equating the unconscious writings of his dementia-ridden self to Simon as his younger self seem a bit odd? ….Kinda. Again, it’s not the how but the why that matters in this case. I'm NOT crazy, I have proof that there is some acknowledgment of this directly in the show.
Rewatch the bar scene and apply this reading of the episode to what Simon says there:
Tumblr media
“Your old stuff, Fionna and Cake, honest to glob my man, is an inspiration to me.”
“My old stuff, I don’t really want to talk about my old stuff…”
“Why not? You should be proud! You wrote an entire extended universe in a fugue state if you think about it.”
"Simon cringes"
If you have ever shared art with a group of people in the past, you’ve had this conversation.
Not likely, not possibly, no perhapses. You HAVE.
And Fionna and Cake being an epilogue to a massive award-winning, near-decade-spanning, cultural sensation 5 years after it ended, might result in its creators feeling very retrospective about what audiences want from them now.
And how difficult it’s going to be to tell new experiences and tones from what’s come before. Also, come on. “Extended Universe?” That doesn’t sound like Fionna and Cake. That sounds a lot like something else.
Tumblr media
Again, seems bad with this kid.
One of the more profound shots in the main trailer for the show features the inconspicuously Finn-like kid crouching at her Fionna and Cake book in Simon’s trash. I believe this character is going to have a major role in two ways. Convincing Simon to be proud of what he’s accomplished and/or embracing that Simon wants to move away from his original work in order to create something new, or perhaps more likely, reinvent Fionna and Cake into what Simon relates to now.
We’ll just have to see what Simon thinks of his new Fionna next week.
PS. Talking as a fan now, WHAT IS UP WITH THE 1000+ TREEHOUSE IN THE INTRO?!!! ARE WE REVISITING THIS TIMELINE AGAIN?

Something about BMO and The Lich being friends in the Jerry world is so interesting to me. That episode where he’s stuck in the corner of the wish room, Prismo explains that because there’s no mortal life around him to destroy, he’s like a computer bugged out, frozen in place, no function to serve. They’re both machines but with opposite purposes. BMO exists to give love and make people happy. The Lich exists to destroy all life. Thematic contradictions. Two sides of the same coin.
In regular Ooo, BMO thrives because their job is to make connections. It’s as easy as going out and saying hello to a stranger. Their purpose is to make friends. But even if the Lich wins, he loses. He isn’t a malevolent person, he is a literal force of nature performing his function. His job is to take life until there’s nothing left. If he follows his programming with no obstacles, his purpose will cease to matter anyway. Which is what happens in Jerry world. BMO gets to grow and change and mature and find personhood outside their original programming because it’s easy to do what they were created to do. The Lich could’ve easily killed Simon, Fionna, and Cake when they ran into him. He says so himself. But he doesn’t. He actively chooses not to. Simon outright says they aren’t in danger and that he looks depressed. He finally fulfilled his purpose and got a sliver of autonomy and realised there was nothing left to live for because he destroyed it all doing his job. Everything died, except BMO for some reason. There was literally nothing else to do but hang out with them.
I wonder how much of the Lich showing mercy was their influence. How much did BMO rub off on him? Did they just say he was their friend because of their childlike view of the world? Or did the Lich actually acknowledge them as a companion? It’s not like they can’t die. He must’ve liked them a little bit, otherwise they would’ve been dead long before that episode. Which makes me SO INTERESTED to see where they’re gonna go with this

This is kinda inspired soo, what if prismo and scarab made carmen dreams au. Like prismo writes the story and scarab makes the designs, idk just a silly thought I did last night.
Tumblr media
It's actually the reverse! Prismo makes the designs & Scarab writes, due to the nature of the story it's very VERY dark it cannot be written by anyone except Scarab I'd say the AU both exists in fiction and in their reality too, despite it being an fictional works, the characters themselves are the only ones that was once fictional. they didn't know it would make it into reality as Iey is an already existing world within the universe mostly because of its canon event of the mushroom war and simon wishing instead to make world peace instead of protecting only the few people he loves Also its geographically different but yeah

Runaway — Farmworld! Finn Mertens x gn! reader
Tumblr media
summary: reader finds themself being pulled towards Finn like a magnet, but their advances seem unwanted and they flee in guilt. wanting to leave, they find themself in Prismo's cube.
tw: no vocal consent for a kiss, angst
a/n: this one may be triggering as the reader doesn't ask for consent to kiss, so skip this one if you aren't willing to read that (they don't force themself or anything, but always ask for consent before doing anything!!!!)

Chapter Four
Master List | Chapter One
Tumblr media
The sound of crackling fire was the only thing you could hear. The warm orange glow bathing the room in a soft gentle lighting. A cozy warmth overtook me, as the company I held was warm as well. It was late at night, Finn and I sitting together in front of the furnace. A ritual that seemed to have formed during my stay.
The longer I stayed here, the more I questioned the entire situation. The thought of staying grew every day. Each day, the less I thought of home, and I grew to doubt that Prismo even knew my whereabouts. It’s gotten to the point where I wouldn’t care if that was the truth. I felt at home, something I hadn’t felt in a long time.
I looked over to Finn from the corner of my eye. The orange glow hit his face so beautifully. His hat was nowhere to be seen, his blonde hair exposed. I knew that he was showing a more vulnerable side to him, as his hair was streaked with white highlights. I wasn’t told much, but with his aversion to the crown and the further evidence of white streaking his hair, I could only assume in this universe, he had worn the crown. Even Simon couldn’t escape his crown wearing self, as his hair also had a white streak in it. A constant reminder of the past.
Finn met my gaze and I felt my blood pump faster. Neither of us backed down, and stared at the other with a sense of adoration. I didn’t even notice when our faces drew nearer, breaths mingling together. The crackling of the fire seemed to go louder, all my senses trying to focus on something to ground myself. I searched his eyes, no uncertainty to be found.
I carefully placed my lips on top of his. They weren’t the softest, but it wasn’t unpleasant. Except for the fact that he was reciprocating.
I pulled back, nearly falling to the floor due to the force. My heart beat faster, this time with fear instead of enamor. My entire body felt like it was on fire, my skin felt like it was crawling. Oh glob did I actually do that?
“I-i’m so sorry,” I said desperately, unable to meet his eyes. “I-I should’ve asked first and…glob I’m so sorry.”
I stumbled back, nearly knocking into the kitchen table before running out the door, missing the fact that he reached his hand out to try and stop me from leaving. I ignored the chill of the outside air as I took to the sky, flying over the forest and away from the house. I wasn’t sure where I was going, only thinking about the weight I currently felt on my chest, and the tears that threatened to fall out of my eyes. When I felt far enough from the house, I descended into the forest, sitting under a tree. I rubbed my arms, trying to warm myself up.
I felt like a monster. How could I have done that? I thought I was better than that. Squeezing my eyes shut, I tugged at my hair, wanting to forget everything. A few tears fell before I stood up. I need to make a campfire, get my mind off of what happened until I can think more clearly. Gathering some big and small branches, I managed to get a decent sized fire going. I stared blankly into the flames, heart clenching at how just a few hours ago the situation was vastly different. Once the fire dwindled, I decided to lay down, wrapping my wings around myself like a blanket. Closing my eyes, I wished I could be anywhere but here. And like that, I fell into a dreamless sleep.
That was until my surroundings became a blinding white. And suddenly, I was in that familiar yellow cube, with a pink figure smiling sheepishly at me.

You know what? I absolutely LOVE the way Fionna & Cake (the show) told us how important Simon Petrikov (the one we know) was. Let's check out the most important universes. As expected, there will be spoilers:
Farmworld is pretty obvious itself. Simon was able to prevent the bomb that would have brought the Lich, which is pretty impressive itself, but that didn't stop the Lich forever and Simon wasn't able to take care of Marceline or even contact Hunson Abadeer. Because of this, Marceline dedicated her whole life (literal centuries) to guard the crown knowing it was too dangerous. Eventually, she dies after Farmworld Finn accidentally activates the bomb. Simon's sacrifice was noble, but it only delayed something that was inevitable and Marceline didn't have the best life guarding her friend and father figure's corpse for centuries due to the crown
Simon doesn't have the purpose of sacrificing his own life in order to save Marceline and other people. Becoming Ice King again for Fionna and Cake was a way to abandon and sacrifice the life he regained thanks to Betty. No one has such purpose, it was just Farmworld Simon's choice and we can see the consequences of his absence even years after those events occurred and our boy Prismo had to fix things a bit
Tumblr media
After that, the show presents us Winterworld and a version of Simon that managed to "conquer" the crown and seemed like the perfect outcome for everyone involved: Simon keeping his sanity without facing the consequences of not only using the crown but also being a magic user again to bring magic back to Fionna's world. Thing is MMS (Magic, Madness, and Sadness) applies to all magic users and it is unavoidable, all of them will show different degrees of those three characteristics. Winter King is no exception, he is still mad despite projecting most of his madness on PB. We can see this because he made an ice version of Marceline despite saying it would be unethical to do the same with Betty
Simon cannot be a magic user because otherwise he won't be the Simon we know (Remember the Tiny Manticore mentioning how Betty changed as well after becoming a magic user?). He knew this every time he needed to use the crown in order to protect Marceline and survive. He acknowledged it was the only way to do it despite knowing the long-term effects and being aware he also hurt Marcy. Simon was no coward, he probably was scared and knew no one could save him from the crown's madness, and still tried to be himself when he could
Probably the reason why Winter King lost his Marceline was because he wanted to have the crown's power to survive without facing the consequences of using it, maybe he overused the crown itself until Simon was completely gone, making him unable or too dangerous to take care of Marcy. Winter king lived in a bubble in which he thought he was completely sane (which is not even possible if you are a magic user) and everything, including himself, was perfect. He wants to believe he's Simon but that's not the case, Simon is far gone and deep down he knows it when he took the name "Winter King" and decided to make his kingdom instead of using his own name and trying to live as Simon Petrikov, not some king
Tumblr media
And, of course... Vampworld
The perfect answer to the question "How important is our Simon Petrikov?"
A world in which Marceline was never raised by Simon, and Hunson was absent or didn't mind that his daughter was raised by the Vampire King. Marcy didn't become a vampire hunter and didn't help humans survive. This is because she was educated in a different way since she was very little, and keep in mind that Marceline was already thinking she was a monster because she couldn't comprehend why her mother couldn't be with her anymore. Vampire King just encouraged her to behave like an actual monster
Simon cared about Marcy and her education, seeing her as a scared little girl living in the end of the world, not a monster despite knowing she was different. Again, he admitted he was Marceline's father figure and raised her as his own. This is why Simon is scared and maybe even a bit sad when he watches Marcy acting in such a cruel way, and that's why he loses his shit and calls the Vampire King a bad dad, he couldn't stand seeing someone else encourage that behavior on Marceline
Simon's education wasn't the best, he had his own struggles due to the crown, but he did his best and that made a difference on Marceline's life, he even bothered to contact Hunson so she wouldn't be all by herself. It was a pity he didn't know that Hunson himself wasn't that good as a father but leaving Marcy all by herself would have been cruel
Tumblr media
And yet, Simon himself couldn't see this despite living it. He was still trying to save Fionna's universe by becoming Ice King again. Why? He thought his purpose was to help others by sacrificing himself, that's what he learned with Marceline when he took care of her, this made him think that Simon Petrikov didn't matter, only Ice King because he's able to make Fionna's world magic again and could stop Scarab, fueling his identity loss
Most people cannot realize how important they are, even if they didn't lose their identity. Sometimes it is too hard to know how important we actually are or we tend to forget and re-learn it, and this is something the show remarks despite Simon helped Fionna save her universe. He didn't need Ice King, but that doesn't mean it is over and he learnt his lesson
It is a longer process because there are ideas or thoughts about ourselves that are hard to abandon or not to pay attention to in order to avoid repeating the same mistakes

Guys...so ever since I watched the newest episode of Fiona and cake I've been wondering why when Fiona kisses winter king, the crown stops working.
When my brother realized something
When the crown loses it's magic, it has the prismo colors
Tumblr media
The same thing happened to the hotdog soldier earlier with Cake
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
She touches it, it has the prismo colors and glitches and turns into a normal hotdog
Later on Fiona is wondering what she did, Scarab comes and says "you exist"
He's not being a villain, He's being honest
Prismo says they shouldn't exist and there's no telling how they might affect the multiverse.
When they physically touch someone or something it changes to how it would be in their universe
Hotdogs are just hotdogs. There is no magic, ergo no magic crown.
Every other time they interact with someone there is no direct physical contact, They use a stick or hammer or someone hits them
With 1 notable exception. Fiona hits a guy in the stomach and nothing happens. But he's not magic, he's human and normal just like her and her world
They're like a virus! They're spreading the mundane via physical contact
