APPLE & CINNAMON PANCAKES Recipe 👇 Ingredients: Overripe Bananas – 4 Multigrain Bread – 6 slices Eggs – 3 Milk – 1 cup Baking powder – ½ tsp Cinnamon – 1 tsp Grated Apple – ½ cup Grated Coconut – ½ cup Dates – 3 (for sweetness) Salt – ½ tsp Butter – 2 tbsps. Garnish: Apple – ¼ cup Roasted almonds – 10 Maple Syrup – 3 tbsps. Butter – 1 tbsp. Preparation: Mash the bananas & dates until smooth. Beat the eggs. Soak the bread with milk. Melt the butter. Method: Mix all the prepared ingredients one by one in a large mixing bowl. Add cinnamon powder and baking soda and mix well. Add the coconut, apple, butter and mix well until smooth. Heat a lightly buttered non-stick griddle pan over a medium high heat. Scoop the batter onto the pan (approx. ¼ cup for each pancake). Brown on both sides. Garnish with almonds, dates, and apple. Mango and Banana Crunchy Icecream Recipe 👇 Blending Ingredients: Mangoes – 4 Bananas – 4 Coconut Cream – 1 cup Coconut Milk – 1 cup Honey – 4 tbsps. Kimia Dates – 5 Chia Seeds – 1 tbsp. For the crunch: (All ingredients are to be finely chopped) Mango – 1 Walnuts – 3 tbsps. Kimia Dates – 6 Almonds – 3 tbsps. Cashews – 3 tbsps. Method: Freeze the bananas and mangoes for 2 hours. Blend everything under ‘blending ingredients’ until smooth. Empty it in an airtight container and freeze. If you do not want the crunch in the ice cream, the ice cream preparation is complete. Once frozen, you can scoop out the ice cream and garnish with dry fruits of your choice. To add a crunchy bite to the ice cream - Once the ice cream is frozen halfway, take it out, add the dry fruits and chopped mangoes, and freeze it through.
